Robert (Bob), aged 86 years, dearly beloved husband of the late Doreen, loving father of Brian and Susan, dear father-in-law of Elaine, loving and devoted grandad of Jackie, Nicola, Steven, Michelle, Glenn and Alan, great-grandfather of Amy, Rebecca, Morgan, Ethan, Nathan, Dane and Anya and dear friend of Jenny. Would friends please meet for service at St. Luke's Church, Ferryhill on Thursday, May 4 at 9.45 a.m., followed by cremation at Durham. Bus provided from Church. All welcome for refreshments at All Saints' Church Hall afterwards.


HARRIS - April 18 (peacefully), of Bishop Auckland. Monica (nee Trainor), aged 87 years, loving mam of Stephen and the late Beryl Thompson, mother-in-law of Mary and Brian, a dearest grandma of Sandra, Helen and Craig also a much loved great-grandma of Danielle, Shaunna, Jamie-Lee, Jake, Robbie-Lee, Alicia and Faith. Friends please meet for service in Durham Crematorium Chapel on Thursday, April 27 at 10.00 a.m. followed by cremation.


HENDERSON - (nee Anderson) On April 27, peacefully in hospital, following a long illness, of Shildon. June, aged 66 years, dearly loved wife of Gordon, much loved mother of Russell and Stewart, mother-in-law to Suzanne and Tracy, dear sister of Joseph, Lenny, Brian and Alma, also sister-in-law and aunt. Will friends please meet for service in Shildon Methodist Church at 2.30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 3, cremation at Durham Crematorium to follow.


HOLE - On April 25, peacefully in St. Teresa's Hospice, Joyce Eileen (nee How), aged 88 years, of Darlington. Wife of the late Harold 'Flex' Hole, loving mother of Marcia, Martyn and Nigel, a dear mother-in-law, also a much loved grandmother and great-grandmother. Funeral service to take place on Thursday, May 4 at Darlington Crematorium at 10.15 a.m. Friends invited, please meet at the crematorium chapel. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if so desired, to St. Teresa's Hospice.


HUDSPETH - April 20 (suddenly), of Bishop Auckland. Charlie, aged 74 years, a loving husband of Marion, dearly loved stepfather of Paul, Keith and the late Anita also a much loved grandad of David. Friends please meet for service in St. Anne's Church, on Thursday, April 27 at 12.00 noon followed by cremation at Durham Crematorium.

William (Bill), aged 78 years of Hurworth Place, dearly beloved husband of June, much loved dad of Sandra, special father-in-law of Stuart, adored grandad of Samantha and Steven, also a very special brother and brother-in-law. Olive, aged 65 years, dearly beloved wife of Frank, dear mother of Heather and Alistair, mother-in-law of Mark and Liesl and a loved grandmother of Alex and Scarlet. Funeral service and interment to be held at St. Lawrence Parish Church, Hutton Bonville, Northallerton on Friday, April 28 at 1.30 p.m. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu may be given to church funds and Macmillan Nurses, plate provided at the service.


HUTCHINSON - April 21 (suddenly in Stanhope House). Malcolm Paul (Mally), aged 28 years, of Church View, Chilton. A loving son of Liz, stepson of Lee, a much loved brother of Stephen and Samantha, a devoted grandson of Cora and the late Ronald, also uncle of Caitlin and baby Ged.


JACKSON - April 20, of Tudhoe, Spennymoor (formerly of Coxhoe). Ronald, aged 77 years, beloved husband of the late Audrey, loving father of David and Beverley, dear brother, grandad and uncle. Friends please meet at Tudhoe Methodist Church for service on Wednesday, April 26 at 2.45 p.m., followed by cremation at Durham Crematorium at 3.30 p.m. Sleep tight, best mate.

Elizabeth (Betty), aged 77 years, beloved wife of the late Tony, devoted mam of Barry, Ian and Trevor, dear mother-in-law to Marjorie, Sus-an and Liz, a much loved and loving nana of Ben, Murray, Michael, Mel and Anna, also a dear sister, sister-in-law and aunt. Will friends please meet for service in Howden-le-Wear St. Mary's Church at 1.15 p.m. on Tuesday, May 2, followed by interment in Howden-le-Wear Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu may be sent or left with the family for Cancer Research.


JOHNSTON - Stanley Peacefully on April 22, aged 71 years, of Yarm. Beloved husband of Pearl, dearly loved father of Stuart and Ian and beloved grandfather of Tom, Ben and Sam.
