Former Medford resident Evelyn F. Goerg, 90, Colby, died Monday, Feb. 18 at Colonial Center in Colby, where she had resided the past 15 months. Funeral services will be held Friday, Feb. 22 at 11 a.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Medford, with Rev. Kris Bjerke-Ulliman officiating. Inurnment of her remains will take place at Medford Evergreen Cemetery II at a later date. Pallbearers are her nephews Jack, Alan and Jerry Czeshinski, grandson Timothy Goerg and family friend, Pat Meyer.
Visitation will be held Thursday, Feb. 21 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Hemer Funeral Home in Medford, and at the church on Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
Irmgard Eggert
1931-2008
Irmgard "Irma" Eggert, 76, Rib Lake, died Sunday, Feb. 17 at her home while under the care of her family and Hope Hospice. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Feb. 23 at 4 p.m. at Rib Lake United Methodist Church, with Rev. Dick Hartlerode officiating. Interment will take place at a later date at Lakeview Cemetery in Rib Lake.
Visitation will be held at the church on Saturday from 12 p.m. until the time of the service.

Mildred "Milly" Edith Ellen Motley Dixon, 90, Medford, passed away Thursday, Feb. 14 at Memorial Nursing Home in Medford. Services were held Monday, Feb. 18 at Ogema Baptist Church, with Pastor David Root officiating.

Grace Victoria Czerniak, 90, Chelsea, died Thursday, Feb. 14 at Golden Living Center in Rib Lake. A Mass of Christian Burial was held Tuesday, Feb. 19 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Whittlesey, with Father Gerard Willger and Deacon Joe Stefancin officiating. Interment was at Chelsea Community Cemetery.

Ione V. Curran, 92, Medford, died Saturday, Feb. 16 at Memorial Nursing Home in Medford, where she had resided the past 3 1/2 years. Funeral services were held Wednesday, Feb. 20 at the United Methodist Church in Medford, with Rev. Dennis Govier officiating. Interment was at Lakeview Cemetery in Rib Lake. Pallbearers were Jon and Tim Bresina, Rollie Hagen, and Skipper, Jon and Daniel Scudder.

Florence Kathryn Welnak O'Brien Adema, 90, Rib Lake, died Saturday, Feb. 16 at Golden Living Center in Rib Lake. Funeral services will be held at a later date. Interment will also be at a later date at Lakeview Cemetery in Rib Lake.

Richard "Dick" B. Mendenhall, 62, Westboro, died Tuesday, Jan. 29. Funeral services will be held Monday, Feb. 18 at 11 a.m. at Krause Funeral Home in New Berlin. Burial will be at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, Feb. 16 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and on Monday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.

Esther A. Linzner, 88, Medford, died Wednesday, Feb. 13 at Golden Living Center in Rib Lake, where she had resided the past month. Funeral services will be held Friday, Feb. 15 at 11 a.m. at Hemer Funeral Home in Medford, with Rev. Randal Jeppesen. Interment will be at Chelsea Community Cemetery in the Town of Chelsea. Honorary pallbearers will be all of her grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 9 a.m. until the time of the service.
Guenther Graumann

Guenther "Ginky" G. Graumann, 74, Rib Lake, died Thursday, Feb. 7 at Golden Living Center in Rib Lake. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Feb. 16 at 2 p.m. at Dallmann-Kniewel Funeral Home in Rib Lake, with Rev. Roger Sloan officiating.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 12 p.m until the time of the service.

Dan H. Fifield, 54, Wild Rose, died Saturday, Feb. 9 in Wild Rose. A celebration of life will be held Thursday, Feb. 14 at 4 p.m. at the Wild Rose High School auditorium with friends conducting the service. A private family interment of cremains will be held at a later date.
A memorial visitation will be held at the auditorium on Thursday from 2 p.m. until the time of the service.

Arlene Ruth Anderson, 79, Cambridge, Minn., died Monday, Feb. 11 at The Villages of North Branch. Funeral services will be held Friday, Feb. 15 at Cambridge Lutheran Church, with Pastor David Everett officiating. Mary Falk and Delores Oslund will serve as vocalists and Mary Kay O'Neill as organist. Interment will be at Cambridge Lutheran Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Rick Hicks, Jon and Joseph Kirchberg and Jeff, Scott and Troy Travis.
Visitation will be held Thursday, Feb. 14 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Strike Funeral Home, Cambridge Chapel, and at the church on Friday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service.

Frederick "Fred" Reinhold Werner, 68, Ogema, died Tuesday, March 18, 2008, in Ogema. His cremated remains were buried at Spooner Veterans Cemetery.

John P. Stachowski, 60, Medford, died Friday, March 21, 2008 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield, where he had been a patient the past two days. Memorial services will be held Friday, March 28 at 1 p.m. at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Medford, with Father Gerard Willger and Deacon Joe Stefancin officiating.
Visitation will be held at the church on Friday from noon until the time of the service.

Donald Victor Frane, age 80, Colby, died Friday, March 21, 2008 at home with his family at his side and under the compassionate care of Ministry Home Care Hospice. Mass of Christian Burial were held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Colby. Father John Gualbert officiated. Kathleen Slipek provided music. Burial was in St. Mary's Catholic Church Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers were Donald's grandsons, Dale Frane, Jeremy Jakel, Donald Kilty and Jeffrey, Eric and Kyle Frane.
