Mildred W. Wilkins, a member of Dauphin Way Baptist Church, died Thursday. She was 95.
Wilkins was a native of Greene County, Miss., and a resident of Mobile.
Survivors include one son, Charles Stokes Sr.; one daughter, Alice Ward, both of Mobile; two sisters, Melonee Mizell of Moss Point, Miss., and Arlene Kinnison of Mobile; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Monday from 10 a.m. until the noon funeral at Pine Crest Funeral Home on Dauphin Island Parkway. Burial will be in Pine Crest Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Dauphin Way Baptist Church.
Chester Ray Thompson

Chester Ray Thompson, a U.S. Navy Korean War veteran, died Thursday. He was 73.
Thompson was a native of Lawrenceburg, Tenn., and a resident of Fairhope. He was a member of Hadji Shrine in Pensacola and Fairhope United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Phyllis Thompson of Fairhope; three sons, Doug Thompson of Sharp Chapel, Tenn., Steve Thompson of Setauket, N.Y., and Brian Thompson of Tampa, Fla.; one daughter, Darlene Howard of Waukesha, Wis.; one brother, Homer Thompson of Pensacola; two sisters, Geneva Shaw and Rachel Robertson, both of Lawrenceburg; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
The memorial service will be 3 p.m. today at Fairhope United Methodist Church.
Memorials may be made to Shriners' Hospital or Fairhope United Methodist Church Greeters Fund or Building Fund.
Arrangements are being made by Fairhope Funeral Home and Crematory.
Spurgeon Stallion Taylor Jr.

Spurgeon Stallion Taylor Jr., a U.S. Army World War II veteran, died Friday at an area nursing home. He was 89.
Taylor was a native of Moundville, Ala., and a resident of Pennington. He was a heavy equipment operator for Choctaw County.
Survivors include three daughters, Pat Dickey of Chatom, Bonnie Beard of Jacksonville, Ala., and Nancy Taylor of Tuscaloosa; a son, S. Stephen Taylor of Pennington; a brother, George Taylor of Tuscaloosa; a sister, Mary Jo Glass of Greensboro, N.C.; and four grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 2:30 p.m. until the 3 p.m. funeral at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Pennington. Burial will be in Ebenezer Cemetery.
Arrangements are being made by Bumpers Funeral Home in Butler.

Lee Roy Wade, a truck driver for Jimmy Gates Trucking, died Saturday at a family home. He was 62.
Wade was a native of Jackson, Ala., and a resident of Grove Hill.
Survivors include one son, Roy Wade of Grove Hill; two daughters, Vickie Dillman of Demopolis and Kristie Smith of Grove Hill; one brother, Leon Wade of Grove Hill; two sisters, Lavader Smith of Chilton and Retha Fuller of Grove Hill; and five grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 1 p.m. until the 2 p.m. funeral at Lathan Funeral Home in Jackson. Burial will be in Cantuche Cemetery in Salitpa.

Alicia K. Fitzhugh, a freight coordinator with Hornady Truck Lines, died Friday at a family home. She was 57.
Fitzhugh was a native of Dallas County and a resident of Frisco City. She was a member of United Christian Fellowship.
Survivors include her husband, Donald Fitzhugh of Frisco City; two sons, Chuck Fitzhugh and Troy Fitzhugh, both of Monroeville; one brother, Ronald Whitaker; and two sisters, Anita Barlow and Beth Brown, all of Selma; and three grandchildren.
The funeral will be 3 p.m. today at Monroe Chapel Funeral Home in Frisco City. Burial will be in Monroe Chapel Cemetery in Frisco City.

Lenore Amdall, a registered nurse, died Thursday. She was 75.
Amdall was a native of Foley and a resident of Lewisville, Texas.
Survivors include one daughter, Mary McDivett of Keller, Texas; three sons, Robert Amdall of Brownsville, Texas, William Amdall of Farmers Branch, Texas, and Steven Amdall of Wichita Falls, Texas; and five grandchildren.

Flora Odom Broome, who retired as a teacher from Citronelle High School, died Thursday at a nursing facility in Citronelle. She was 86.
A native of Livingston, Ala., she was a resident of Citronelle.
She was a graduate of Livingston University, now known as the University of West Alabama.
She was a member of St. Andrews Chapel in Creola.
Survivors include three daughters, Elna A. Trull of Mobile, Andrea R. Byrd of Wilmer and Nancy J. Brown of Citronelle; three sons, James H. Odom, Renny M. Odom and Carlton Odom, all of Citronelle; five sisters, Erna Gartan of Orland, Calif., Trudy Petree of Tucker, Ga., Rosie Ozment and Annie Lou Neel, both of Birmingham, and Mattie Humphrey of Boligee, Ala.; three brothers, James Ozment of Boligee, Oliver "Buck" Ozment of Livingston and Edward "Gump" Ozment of Sumterville, Ala.; 12 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 9 a.m. until the 11 a.m. service at Freeman Funeral Home in Citronelle. Burial will be in Pine Crest Cemetery in Citronelle.

Isaiah Anthony Brown, a native of Plateau, died Wednesday at his home in Eight Mile. He was 44.
Brown worked as an automobile mechanic.
Survivors include his mother, Anna Marie Collins of Eight Mile; one son, Aaron Dunning of Mobile; five siblings, Tommy Smith, Ingrid Ballard and Sherina Smith, all of Mobile, Demetrius Smith of California and Joni Collins of Baltimore; and two grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. service at Gilmer's Funeral Home on West Zeigler Circle. Burial will be in Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens.
