Imbeau, I., I. Imbeau, aged 75, of Germania, Ark., died last night at the home of his son, O.C. Imbeau, 2611 High street. The body will be sent this morning to Germania by P.H. Ruebel & Co. Surviving are his wife, two sons, O.C. and Gus Imbeau, and three daughters, Mrs. Mabel Warner, Mrs. Florence Burgess and Miss Mally Imbeau. Funeral services will be under the auspices of the Masonic lodge of Mabelvale, of which he was a member. 6/13/1917 Ingram, John, Conway, June 29 - John Ingram, aged 66, pioneer of Conway, died this morning at his home from tuberculosis. He is survived by four children by his first wife, Mrs. Lillian Hammond of El Dorado, Misses Corrine and Elma Ingram, and Mike Ingram of Conway, and by his second wife, Mrs. Eva Ingram. 6/30/1917 Inman, C. E., C. E. Inman, aged 50, a planter of Roland, died at a local hospital at 11 o'clock yesterday morning. He is survived by his wife, three sons and one daughter. The body will be taken to Roland, overland, this morning by the Cook-Drummond-Overman Company, where funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock this afternoon in charge of the Masons of which he was a member. 1/7/1922 Inman, Willie Lee, McRae, Jan 12 - Willie Lee Inman, for a long time operator for the Cotton Belt here, died of tuberculosis at his home Wednesday, afternoon. He was an only son, and is survived by his wife, two children, mother and three sisters. 1/13/1917 Insco, Wallace James Jr., Bentonville, Jan 22- Wallace James Insco, Jr. the seven-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Wallace James Insco, died Friday afternoon. Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at the family residence by the Rev. W James Robinson, pastor of the First Baptist church. 1/23/1922 Irvin, Gertrude, Nashville, April 30 - Mrs. Gertrude Irvin, wife of D.C.Irvin, died at Ozan at 8:30 Thursday night of tuberculosis, and the remains were buried at St. Paul at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon, the Methodist burial service being had. 5/1/1909 Irvin, Robert W., Funeral services for Robert W Irvin, who died Tuesday night at Hot Springs, will be conducted this morning at 10:30 from the family residence, 520 West third street, by the Rev. Anderson. 8/9/1917 Irwine, J.C., Fort Smith, June 21 - Mrs. Pearl Irwine, who lives north of Van Buren, recieved confirmation today of the report that the body of a man taken from the Mississippi river at Cairo, Ill., two weeks ago was that of her husband, J.C. Irwine. According to information Mrs. Irwin has received, her husband was murdered. 6/22/1917 Isaacs, Jonas, Mrs. Leopold Dreyfus and Henry Isaacs have been called to St. Louis by the death of their father, Jonas Isaacs, a successful undertaker and liveryman. Mrs. Dreyfus and Mrs. Isaacs left Sunday night for St. Louis, but their father died before they arrived there. Mr. Isaacs visited his children here last winter. He was 67 years old and is survived by seven children. Ives, night foreman of the Iron Mountain railroad shops in Argenta, died Thursday at the home of his mother, Mrs. J.M. Van Patten at Columbus, Ohio, according to a message received here. Mr. Ives had gone there for a visit and was taken ill soon after arriving. Mr. Ives held a commission under Sheriff W.G. Hutton as deputy. He was a member of the Argenta lodges of the Masons and Elks. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. J.M. Van Patten; one brother, H.J. Ives, and one sister, Mrs. S.T. Sullivan, 2127 Main street, Argenta. Funeral services will be held from the residence of Mrs. Sullivan tomorrow. Jean. 4/7/1915 Jackson, Frank, Poughkeepsie, March 12 - Frank Jackson, Aged 23 of Cave City, died Monday of tuberculosis. 3/13/1917 Jackson, George L., Forrest City, Jan. 17 - George L. Jackson, aged 74, pioneer school teacher and former Confederate soldier, died last night at 7:40 o'clock. The funeral was held at the home this afternoon, the Rev. J.F.E. Bates officiating. Mr. Jackson served under Albert Sidney Johnston, as a member of the Fourteenth Alabama. He fought in a number of the most important engagements of the Civil war and was wounded at Shiloh. He is survived by his wife and three sons, Andrew, John and Earle. 1/18/1917 Jackson, Mary, Mrs. Mary Jackson, 40, died at a local hospital at 3:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon. She is survived by one son, Earl H. Jackson, who arrived last night from his home at Des Moines, Ia. The body is at the family residence, 2208 Commerce street. Funeral announcement later. 4/14/15 Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Jackson, who died at a local hospital at 3:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon, were held from the family residence, 2208 Commerce street, at 4 o'clock yesterday afternoon. The Rev. R.G. Bowers officiated. Burial was in Oakland cemetery. She is survived by one son, E.H. Jackson, of Des Moines, Iowa, who attended the funeral.. 4/15/1915 Jackson, O.M., Atkins, Aug 7 - O.M. Jackson, a farmer, died at his home here today. 8/8/1917 Jackson, Richard, Paragould, Feb. 1 - Richard Jackson, aged 73, a pioneer of Paragould and Greene county, died at his home here at noon today of dropsy. He had been critically ill for three weeks. Mr. Jackson came to Greene county from Stoddard county, Mo., in 1866. He was a Confederate veteran. For many years he was the leading merchant at Gainesville, the old Greene county seat. For more than 25 years he was land agent for the Iron Mountain railroad in this section. He had owned several thousand acres of fine lands in this and adjoining counties, but during recent years had sold most of it. He was vice president of the National Bank of Commerce and was financialy interest in many Paragould enterprise. He is survived by his wife, one son, Arthur Jackson of this city, and three daughters, Mrs. W.P. Robinson of El Paso, Tex.; Mrs. A.G. Herget and Miss Emma Jackson of this city. Funeral servies will be held at the home at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon by the Rev. T.L. Ramsey and the Rev. A.C. Griffin. Pinson, conducted by the Rev. W.C. Hilliard. 9/9/1917 Jacobs, E.M., Bentonville, Sept. 29 - Funeral services for E.H. Jacobs, aged 49 years who died at his home Thursday, were held Friday afternoon at the family residence. He is survived by his wife, one son, one brothers; W.S. Jacobs of Commerce, Okla., and two sisters, Mrs. Wooden and Miss Alberine Jacobs of Tulsa Okla.; Under the pen name "JeDil," Mr. Jacobs was well known as a newspaper correspondent. He devoted much time to geology and had a large collection of Specimens. 9/30/1917 Jacobs, John H., John H. Jacobs, aged 58, died at the family residence, 2300 Railroad Avenue, Argenta, at 9 o'clock yesterday morning. Mr. Jacobs was born in Amsterdam, N.Y., where he was engaged in the meat business for 25 years. He moved to Little Rock where he operated the Jacob Union meat market at 920 Main street for five years. Mr. Jacobs was a well known turfman in the East, and once owned a large string of horses. He is survived by two sons, Valentine "Al" Jacobs and Johnson A. Jacobs; one daughter, Mrs. William Mason, all of Argenta; one brother, George Jacobs, and two sisters, Mrs. Peter Schandorff and Mrs. John Windball, all of Amsterdam, N.Y. Mr. Jacobs was a member of Aerie No. 60, Fraternal Order of Eagles. The body is at the parlors of Healey & Roth awaiting the arrival of relatives from the East. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. 9/27/1917 Jacobson, Anna K., Mrs. Anna K. Jacobson aged 68, died at a local hospital at 1 o'clock yesterday afternoon. She is survived by six daughters: Mrs. C.A. Gallegher of Goven, Sasketchewan, Can.; Miss Mary Jacobson of Little Rock; Mrs. J.E. Iddings of Petemine, Cal.; Mrs. So Travis of Memphis, Tenn.; Mrs. W.L. Jones of DeWitt, Ark., and Mrs. R.H. Barnes of Tennessee Ridge, Tenn.; and also by thee sons, J.S. and A.A. Jacobson of Gillette,Ark., and C.T. Jacobson of Stewart, Tenn. Ruebel & Co. 9/26/1917 Jacoby, Jacob T., Jacob Thomas Jacoby, 22, died at 11:15 o'clock last night at the residence of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. Jacoby, Eleventh and Jefferson streets. He is survived by five brothers, Rudolph, Albert, Conrad and Bert, all of Little Rock, and Edward of Los Angeles, and by four sisters, Mrs. Fred Parker, Mrs. Leslie MGuire, Mrs. Ed Kaufman and Miss Lavada Jacoby, all of Little Rock. Burial will be this afternoon in Pilgrim's Rest cemetery. 4/14/1915 James, Harry, Texarkana, Jan 23 - A telegram received yesterday from New Orleans says that Harry James, well known in Texarkana, where he was wanted by police on several charges, died there Sunday. 1/24/1917 James, W. J., Poyen, Jan 16 - W J James, aged 69, former county and probate judge of Grant county, died at his home here this morning. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Annie James and one daughter, Mrs. Mary Davis of Leola. 1/17/1922 James, William R., Conway, Jan 21 - William R James Sr, aged 95, probably the oldest man in Faulkner county, died at the home of Mrs. J W James on Faulkner street at 7:40 o'clock this morning. Mr. James succumbed to the infirmities of extreme age. Funeral services will be conducted tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the First Baptist church, Mr. James was born July 29, 1826, at Crab Orchard Ky. After residing in Illinois for a while, he moved to Palmyra Mo, where he lived for about a half century. Fifteen years ago he came to Conway to make his home. He served during the Civil war in the Confederate army. He was the father of six children, of whom two survived. They are George W James of Conway and Mrs. William S Lair of Comos, Ind. 1/22/1922 Jarman, T.T., Arkadelphia, July 27 - T.T. Jarman, aged 86 years, died yesterday at the home of his niece, Mrs. C.B. Earle. He was one of the county's oldest residents and the last member of the Jarman family. He served throughout the Civil war in the Confederate army. 7/28/1917 Jarrell, W.H., Fort Smith, July 17, Mrs. W.H. Jarrell, 77 years old, died here today. She was the mother of J.T. Jarrell.; adg7/18/1917 ; Mrs. Mary Jarrell, aged 76, died Tuesday at her home at Lavaca, Ark. Jarrett, J.M., Leslie, April 9 - J.M. Jarrett, 68, died this morning. W., Pine Bluff, Jan 13 - Mrs. S W Jeannin, aged 75 of Kennett, Mo., Died here yesterday at the home of Mrs. J R Martin, 618 West Fifth avenue, where she had been visiting her daughter, Mrs. Alma Jenkins. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Jenkins of Pine Bluff and Mrs. W F Shelton of Kenneth, Mo., and a son, H W Jeannin of Toledo, O. 1/14/1922 Jefferson, Thomas, Yellville, Jan. 18 - Thomas Jefferson, aged 27 years, died at his home yesterday of typhoid. Burial was in Layton cemetery this afternoon beside the grave of his wife, who died recently with the same ailment. They leave two small children. 1/19/1917 Jelks, J. T., Hot Springs, Jan 6 - Dr. J. T. Jelks, aged 49 of Hot Springs, died last night in Hollywood, Cal, where he had gone with his wife and family for his health. Dr. Jelks suffered a stroke of paralysis about a year ago and died of the same trouble. He was anative of Hot Springs and had been practicing medicine here about 20 years. Besides his wife he is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Harry Weimer and Miss Isabelle Jelks, who are in Hollywood; and two sisters, Mrs. Robert A Jones of this city and Mrs. Charles R Dexter of Princeton, Ky. The body will be cremated in California. 1/7/30 Jenkins, Hal, Yellville, Feb. 13 - Hal Jenkins, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ross Jenkins, died Saturday night after five weeks Illness with typhoid fever. 2/14/1917 Jenkins, Harry, Batesville, June 18 - Mrs. Harry Jenkins, aged 36, wife of a fireman on the White River division of the Missouri Pacific, died at their home here last night. 6/20/1917 Jenkins, Infant, Yellville, Feb. 13 - The little son of County Treasure and Mrs. Ross Jenkins die of pneumonia today. 2/14/1917 Jenkins, J.L., Pine Bluff, Oct. 13 - Mrs. J. Lee Jenkins, aged 45 years, of Sherrill died at a hospital in this city last night and the funeral was held this afternoon from the home of Mrs. J.R. Martin. She is survived by her husband, a planter, and by two sisters, a brother and two children. Her children are Mrs. Ray Moaed of Little Rock and Pierce Jenkins, now with the United States Marines at Philadelphia. Her sisters and brother are Mrs. Heoles and Mrs. Ada Pierce of Staves and J.A. Private funeral services will be held at the home at 2 o'clock this afternoon. Burial will be in Oakland cemetery. 1/20/1922 Jennings, Robert, Batesville, Sept 26 - Robert Jennings, aged 21 years, died at his home near Zion September 20. 9/27/1917 Jennings, T.A., Graysonia, April 1 - T. A. Jennings died with pneumonia at 12 o'clock Tuesday night. 4/2/1915 Jennings, Rev. W.D., Mountain Home, April 17 - The Rev. W.D. Jennings, a well known Baxter county preacher, who was injured 10 days ago in an accident while driving a team out of a barn, died Saturday. For nearly 20 years he was held pastorates in this county. He is survived by a wife and two children. 4/18/1917 Jessup, Jack, Texarkana, June 24 - Leo. Krouse of this city is in receipt of a message advising him of the death of Jack Jessup, aged 19, a seaman on board the United States battleship Texas. The body is expected to pass through here en route to Mount Pleasant, Tex., where Interment will be made. The young man was the son of a well known merchant at Mount Pleasant. He enlisted a few months ago and was but a little more than a month ago transferred from the naval training station. 6/25/1917 Jett, Lula B., Mrs. Lula Brooks Jett, widow of the late A.S. Jett, died yesterday afternoon at the home of her sister, Mrs. J.B. Shults, at Fulton. Mrs. Jett formerly lived in Little Rock. She is survived by one daughter, Nannie Jett. The funeral services will be held at Washington tomorrow noon. 5/16/1917 Jett, Major B.P., News was received yesterday by Maj. E.B. Jett, 2001 Cuumberland street, property and distributing officer in the adjutant general's office, of the death of his brother, Major Benjamin Pendleton Jett, aged 79, at his home in Dallas, Texas. Major Jett was the son of the late Dr. and Mrs. M.P. Jett of Washington, Ark. He was a Confederate veteran. Besides his brother here, he is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Claude Hardeman; two sons, Edward and Pendleton Jett; one sister, Mrs. Media Rainey of Texarkana, and two brothers, W.A. Jett of Little Rock and C.H. Jett of Wickers. Funeral and burial will be in Dallas. 5/11/1917 Jinks, R.A., Texarkana, Feb. 20 - R.A. Jinks aged 48, died last night at his home three miles west of town. He is survived by his wife and two children. He was a soldier in the Spanish American war, and was a member of the Army and Navy Union. He will be buried with military honors tomorrow. 2/21/1917 Joel, Moses, Fort Smith, April 13 - Moses Joel, aged 77, one of the leading businessmen of Fort Smith during the early days of this city, died at his home in Chicago yesterday. 4/14/1917 Johnson, Andrew, Fort Smith, Jan 18 - Andrew Johnson, aged 74, died suddenly at the home of his daughter, Mrs. D C Scott, this morning. He is survived by his daughter and one son, E A Johnson of Los Angeles, Cal. 1/19/30 Johnson, Mrs. Charles, Cottar, April 21 - Mrs. Charles Johnson of Cotter died at the home of her brother in Kansas City Thursday. 4/22/1917 Johnson, Ed, Alicia, April 4 - Ed Johnson, a timber worker, died here Sunday. 4/5/1915 Johnson, Ellen, Plumerville, July 1- Mrs. Ellen White Johnston, wife of M. Johnston, of this place, died at their home here this morning. Her husband, two children, one brother and two sisters survive her. 7/2/1917 Johnson, Eudora, Kingsland, April 22 - Mrs. Eudora Johnson, 56, wife of D.C. Johnson, died Tuesday night at her residence here. She is survived by two children and her husband. 4/23/1915 Johnson, Fred, Hermitage, June 1 - Fred Johnson, aged 20, was instantly killed while sawing down a tree eight miles sourth of here yesterday. The trunk rebounded and struck him with terrific force, breaking his neck. He was unmarried and a native of this community. 6/2/1917 Johnson, George, Danville, Feb. 27 - Mrs. George L. Johnson, one of the oldest residents of Yell county, died at her home near Danvile Saturday. 2/28/1917 Johnson, Herschel, Pine Bluff, July 13 - Herschel Johnson, aged two years and nine months, son of Mr. and Mrs. O. Johnson, died here this morning of ileocolitis, complicated with meningitis. The child and its parents recently returned from a visit to Missouri, and it is believed that the disease was contracted there. 7/14/1917 Johnson, Jennie, Pea Ridge, March 8 - Mrs. Jennie M. Johnson, aged 72, formerly of Madison county and Mansfield, died Wednesday night of pneumonia at the home of her son, R.B. Wilson. 3/9/1917 Johnson, Jordon, Ozark, aug. 29 - Jordon Johnson, aged 70, died Monday Night. He was a Confederate veteran. He is survived by one brother, J.W. Johnson. 8/30/1917 Johnson, Lou, Ashdown, April 19 - Miss Lou Johnson, 14, daughter of S.M. Johnson, died last night of pneumonia. She is survived by her father, one brother and two sisters. 4/20/1915 Johnson, M., Piggott, Oct. 6 - The body of M. Johnson, aged 72 years, of St. Francis who died at his home Wednesday night, was interred in Hall cemetery yesterday afternoon. He was one of Clay county's oldest and most respected citizens. He is survived by his wife, one daughter of Stamps, and three sons. 10/7/1917 Johnson, Major, Millville, April 11 - Major Johnson, negro, alleged to be 123 years old, was found dead in his bed Monday as a result of influenza, which he contracted about three weeks ago. According to a memorandum found among his belongings, which is said to be an exact copy of one given to a slave buyer in New Orleans by his original owner, Dr. Johnson, some years before the Civil war, Uncle Major, as he was familiarly known, was born May 5, 1792, in Wayne county, Ga. About the age of maturity he removed with his master, Dr. Johnson, to South Carolina and remained there until a few years before the war between the states, when he was sold to a slave buyer in New Orleans. Shortly afterward he was bought for $2,000 by Captain Daniel Tobin of Hampton, Ark. After a number of years of faithful service he went to Texas where he remained for some time. Returning to Arkansas in 1895 he came to Millville, where he found employment with the Freeman-Smith Lumber Company as a wood cutter. During the last two years of his life he became so feeble that he was unable to do active labor, but has been fed, clothed and housed at the lumber mill because of his faithful service. He reimbursed the men with interesting stories of 100 years ago. 4/12/1915 Johnson, Minnie, Mrs. Minnie Johnson, 28 years old, died at 2:30 yesterday morning at the family residence, 1014 Eighth avenue. She is survived by her husband, R.G. Johnson, two daughters, one son and her parents. The body will be sent to Landers at 7:15 this morning by Healey & Roth for burial. 1/30/1917 Johnson, R.M., Texarkana, April 22 - R.M. Johnson Jr., tax assessor of Bowie county, Tex., died last night in a local sanatorium where he had been undergoing treatment for several weeks. Death was due to a general breakdown. He had served two terms as district clerk before his election three years ago as tax assessor. The body was sent to New Boston, where the funeral took place this afternoon under the auspices of the Knight Templars, of which he was a member. 4/23/1915 Johnson, R.H., Booneville, April 5 - R.H. Johnson, aged 34, proprietor of the O.K. Restaurnt, died today. He is survived by his wife and three children. 4/6/1917 Johnson, Reid, Kingsland, April 5 - Miss Reid Johnson, 31, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. D.C. Johnson, died yesterday morning at her home here. 4/6/1915 Johnson, Dr.S.S., Stuttgart, April 6 - Dr. S.S. Johnson, aged 88, one of the pioneers of Arkansas county, died at the family home here yesterday. Dr. Johnson was born in Tennessee and moved to this county in 1860, living in the country near Stuttgart until about 11 years ago, when he moved to this city. He is survived by his wife and six children. 4/7/1917 Johnson, T. W. Jr., Conway, Jan, 13- News has been received here of the death of T W Johnson Jr. at a hospital at Monroe, La. Saturday. He is survived by his wife and two children, Margaret and Herbert. The family formerly lived at Conway. The body will be taken to Harrison for burial. 1/14/30 Johnson, Thomas D., Thomas D. Johnson, aged 83 died at his home, 623 East Second street, at 10:45 o'clock last night. The body is heald at hte parlor of Healey & Roth pending funeral arrangements. 1/21/1922 Johnson, Younger, Hope, April 10 - A message was received tonight that Younger Johnson died suddenly at his home in Idabell, Okla., this afternoon from a stroke of paralysis. Congleton, three miles west of town, yesterday. The body was taken to Illinois last night for Interment. 3/10/1917 Jones, John A., Conway, April 7 - The death this week of John A. Jones of Cypress township removes perhaps the most eccentric figure in Faulkner county. Mr. Jones who was about 40 years old and unmarried , became obsessed about 15 years ago with the idea that it would be dangerous for him to leave his own premises and from that time until his death, he never set foot off his own land. At first he would work on the farm, but later he gradually circumscribed his movements until for the last four or five years he never even left the house in which he lived. With the exception of the eccentricity, however, he was friendly with everyone in the neighborhood and enjoyed long conversations with friends over the telephone. He was manager of the central telephone office for that section. In this manner he gathered the news, which he sent in to a local newspaper every week. He was the newspaper's correspondent at Woodrow Schoolhouse about 18 years and he never missed a week in sending in his items, which were well written. He often made shrewd and pointed observations on current events. 4/8/1917 Jones, M.C., Pine Bluff, May 24 - Mrs. M.C. Jones, sister of Attorney J.W. Crawford of this city, and for many years a resident of Pine Bluff, died the morning at Jonesboro, where she had been living for the past seven years. The body will be brought to Pine Bluff early Friday morning, and the funeral services will be held at 3 o'clock from the First Presbyterian church. Besides her brother, J.W. Crawford, she is survived by a sister, Mrs. A.C. Crenshaw, of Dermott, and four children, Mrs. Mary Maury of Hamburg. He began his business career as cashier of the First National Bank of Winnsboro, Tex. In 1906 he became cashier of the Commonwealth National Bank of Dallas. He resigned five years later to engage in the cotton business at Greenville. Six years ago he moved to Texarkana where he has continued in the cotton business. He is survived by his wife, by a half-sister, Miss Clara Morris and a half brother. Robert S Morris of Texarkana. He was a member of the First Methodist church and was a Thirty-second degree Mason. The funeral was held this afternoon in charge of the Rev J D Hammons. Struck by a car from the rear, Jones grabbed the brake beams and held on for a half block, when he lost his hold. His legs were ground off at the knees. 6/30/1917 Jones, Robert, Sheridan, Jan 30 - Robert Jones aged 55, farmer and stockman, died today at his home, six miles east of here, after a few days' illness with pneumonia. Funeral services will be held tomorrow. Burial was in St. Louis. 2/13/1917 Jones, W.B., El Dorado, Feb. 16 - Mrs. W.B. Jones of Parker's Chapel die of paralysis Thursday night after a brief illness. She is survived by her husband and six children, two sons and four daughters. 2/17/1917 Jones, W.H., Paragould, Jan. 8 - W.H. Jones, aged 65, died at his home here this morning of acute indestion. He was ill only a short time. He was a native of Greenfield, Tenn. He came to Paragould 34 years ago. During the last 15 years he devoted his time to real estate investments and improvements and amassed a fortune. He was a director in the National Bank of Commerce, a director in the House-Jones Grain Company and vice president of the Stedman Hardware Company. He is survived by his wife and four children, Harry E. Jones, Mrs. E.G. Weldman, Miss Almeda Jones and Johnny Jones, all of Paragould. One brother, Marion Jones, lives at St. Francis. Jordan, aged 66, pioneer of Clay county, died at his home here early yesterday. He was for several years county judge and has since been practising law here. 6/10/1917 Jordan, Judge W.H., El Dorado, May 24 - Judge W.H. Jordan, aged 77, died here Tuesday night. He was stricken with paralysis last Friday night. He was born in Tennessee and moved to Ouachita county in 1844, where he lived until 1893, when he came to Union county. At the beginning of the Civil war he enlisted in the Fifteenth Arkansas Infantry and served throughout the war. He is survived by three daughters and two sons, Mesdames Elia Wallace of Womble, Jennie Fale of Camden, Fred Hudson of Norphlet and Messrs. Frank Jordan of Norphlet and James G. Jordan of Los Angeles, also by Ritchie Burlesdon, whom Judge Jordan reared. Funeral services were conducted yesterday from the Presbyterian church by the Rev. John Stanley Thomas, the Rev. W.C. Judkins, who was a state senator, representative and lieutenant governor, died at the home of her son, W.H. Judkins, 2104 Grand avenue, at 3:45 yesterday morning. She had been ill for about six months. She was born in Tennessee, and when a young girl moved to Smithvile, Lawrence county, where she was married . She resided at Smithville until she became ill. She is survived by four sons, W.H. Judkins and Walker D. Judkins of Little Rock, C.F. Judkins of Black Rock and Horace H. Judkins of San Marcos, Tex. Surviving him are his parents and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Furror, who live on Twelfth street pike, and Mr. and Mrs. John A. Jungkind, 1122 Scott street. Funeral services will be conducted from the home of his grandparents at 1122 Scott street at 10 this morning. Services also will be held at St. Edward's German Catholic church, Ninth and Sherman streets, conducted by the Rev. Morris Rohner.
