She was a retired factory worker and a member of and on the Motherboard for the Greater Macedonia Baptist Church in Osceola. AR. Ms. Allen is survived by her parents Louis and Nadell Strickland Turner both of Camden, AR, her husband Robert Allen of Osceola, AR, two sons Pastor Bryant (Kim) Whitted of Osceola, AR and Philippi Whitted of Hanna, SC, three sisters Bishop Dr. Michelle (Anthony) Bragg of Dallas, TX, Rev. Dr. La ’Vern Turner (Johnny) Jones of Boerne, TX and Cynthia Denise Turner (Vernard) Hayes of Springhill, CA, five grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. The funeral will be held Friday, July 28, 2017 11:00am at the Greater Macedonia Baptist Church in Wilson, AR with Pastor Bryant Whitted officiating. The burial will be held at Whiteside Cemetery in Osceola, AR. Services provided by Wilson Funeral Home Osceola, AR.

Sylvester Davis, of Luxora, AR passed away on July 22, 2017 in Memphis, TN at the age of 76. He was a retired factory worker for Delta Products and of the Baptist Faith. Mr. Davis is survived by his wife Dorothy Davis of Luxora, AR, one son Demetrius Jefferson of Jonesboro, AR, four daughters Sherry Lincoln of Orlando, FL, Angela Smith of Memphis, TN, LaWanda Davis of Bridgeview, IL and Raven Madden of Syracuse, NY, Five brothers Leo, Leon and Richard Davis all of Memphis, TN, Lewis Simmon of Charleston, MS and Earnest Simmon of Cleveland, OH, Ten sisters France Fisher of Minneapolis, MN, Annie Mae Davis of Marion, AR, Virginia Davis, Adawall Plez, Gloria Lauderdale and Alcoria Tate all of Memphis, TN, Floriasteen Johnson of Southaven, MS, Callie Fane of Memphis, TN, Dorothy Tellis of Charleston, MS and Nicole Andrews of Marked Tree, AR, nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents Alton and Annie Willis Davis, three brothers Alton Davis, Jr., Willie Davis and Jerry Davis and one sister Dora Davis. Visitation will be held Friday, July 28, 6:00 to 8:00pm at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, AR. The Funeral will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2017 10:00am at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, AR with Pastor Michael Davis officiating. The Burial will be held at Whiteside Cemetery in Osceola, AR. Charles LeLand Garris passed away on July 17, 2017 in Trumann, AR at the age of 72. He was a retired mechanic and a resident of Trumann, AR for many years. Mr. Garris survived by his wife Sharon Garris of Simi Valley, CA, two sons Thomas McGuiness of Harrisburg, AR and John McGuiness of Simi Valley, CA, two daughters Lisa Fernandez and RaeNee Brooks both of Simi Valley, CA, one sister Ann Brunick of Simi Valley, CA, nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents Charles and Ruth Garris. He will be directly cremated. Services provided by Wilson Funeral Home Tyronza, AR.

Jean Savage Wagner was born February 12, 1924 in Baldwyn, MS to James Clarence and Mildred Gertrude Allred Savage.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Broadway Church of Christ in Marked Tree, AR
Ms. Wagner passed away at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro, AR on August 15, 2016 at the age of 92.
She is survived by her son Robert (Kathryn) Wagner of Irmo, SC, two daughters Virginia (Charles E.) Williams and Shirley Hardesty both of Marked Tree, AR, three sisters Vernell Adams of Sikeston, MO, Edna Mae Staten and Elouise DuVall both of Trumann, AR, four grandchildren Rachel Wagner of Irmo, SC, Brad WIlliams of LIttle Rock, AR, Teresa Corneil and Carter Corneil both of Athens, AL, eight great-grandchildren, a host of other relatives and many friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Roy Edward Wagner, four brothers Paul Edward, Herman, Thurman and Billy Joe Savage and three sisters Pauline Shepard, Lorriane Jones and Janie Sue Savage.

Born to the late Jessie Gillom and John Hawkins. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Charlean Williams, brother Lee Gillom and sons Joel and Isaac Ware. She was joined in holy matrimony to Freddie Ware, Sr. on October 14, 1964 in Luxora, AR.
