Joseph was an avid golfer at Deerpath Golf Course for many years and in 2001 he was inducted into the Chicago 16 Inch Softball Hall of Fame for his many years of outstanding play. Beloved wife for 56 years of the late Peter; dear sister of the late Mariclaire Stubbs, Bernard Trainor and John Trainor; cherished mother of Mariclaire (Lowell) Dixon and Patrick (Dianne) Halligan; adored and adoring grandmother of Bennett Dixon and Meredith (Mark) Sullivan; dear great-grandmother of Spencer Sullivan.
