Charles "Chuck" Blanton
Charles "Chuck" Blanton, 61 of River, Ky., died Tuesday. He is survived by his wife, Mary L. Blanton; 1 son, Charles "Bub" Blanton, Jr.; 2 daughters, Jessica Ousley and Claudia Webb; 4 grandchildren; 2 brothers, Lencie and Sid Blanton; and 2 sisters, Joyce Ann Fairchild and Peggy Webb. Funeral services will be Saturday 11 a.m. at the Pigeon Enterprise Baptist Church, Oil Springs with burial in the Blanton cemetery, Oil Springs. Visitation will be at the church Thursday after 5 p.m., all day on Friday and until time of service on Saturday. The Paintsville Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Christi Ann Pack
Christi Ann Pack, 39, of Staffordsville, died Sunday at her home. She is survived by her husband, Robert Pack; 2 sons, Mason and McCade; her mother and step-father, Doug and Carolyn Frazier Salyer; 1 sister, Lisa Ratliff; and 1 sister-in-law, Amy Pack Iricks. Funeral services will be Thursday 1 p.m. in the Chapel of the Paintsville Funeral Home with burial in the Staffordsville Church Cemtery. Visitation will be at the Paintsville Funeral Home Tuesday 5 to 10 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday 9 a.m. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers contributions be made to the Paintsville Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses.
Franklen K. Belhasen
Franklen K. Belhasen, MD died Tuesday. He is survived by his wife, Loretta Pinson Belhasen; a son, Franklen K. Belhasen II; a daughter, Dr. Sarah M. Belhasen; 2 grandsons, Franklen K. Belhasen III (Trey) and Brock Kenal Woods. Visitation will be Saturday 10 a.m. to 12 noon at the First Christian Church, Main Street, Paintsville. There will be a brief Memorial Service at noon followed by burial at the Lakeview cemetery, Staffordsville. Arrangements are by the Paintsville Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Red Cross by local disaster relief efforts.

Bobby Johnson, 45, of Paintsville, died Wednesday. He is survived by his wife, Deanna Hamilton Johnson; his son, Jacob Clayton Johnson; his parents, Bob & Linda Johnson; his sister, Teresa Waugh. Funeral services will be Sunday 1 1 a.m. at the Old Paint Primitive Baptist Church, Crockett, with burial to follow in the Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville. Visitation will be at the Paintsville Funeral Home Fri. 5 to 9 p.m., and Saturday after 4 p.m. at the Old Paint Primitive Baptist Church.

Dora Louise Trimble, 84, died March 23, 2012 at her home. She was born July 27, 1927 in Johnson County to the late Lindsey and Gegie Conley. She is survived by 2 Sons: Lindsey Trimble & Leo Trimble Jr. both of Oil Springs; 2 Daughters: Mary Arms of Mt. Airy NC & Charlotte Brown of Staffordsville; 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
