Fannie Jacobs, a homemaker, died May 25 in Los Angeles. She was 75. Mrs. Jacobs was born in St. Joseph and lived in New Orleans for 60 years and in Los Angeles for the past four years. She attended St. Joseph High School. Survivors include two sons, Amos Jacobs of Baton Rouge and Charles Jacobs of Houston; three daughters, Shirley Hardy, Denise Boldman and Patricia Jacobs, all of Los Angeles; a sister, Clara Robinson of Waterproof; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Evening Star Missionary Baptist Church, 8926 Hickory St. A funeral was held May 30 at First Evergreen Missionary Baptist Church in Compton, Calif. Burial was in Inglewood cemetery.

Sondra Jean Hines, a homemaker, died Monday of a heart attack at West Jefferson Medical Center. She was 36. Ms. Hines was born in Ferriday and lived in Harvey. She attended L.W. Higgins High School. Survivors include four sons, Warren and Dominique Hines, Darryl Robinson and Brandon Vedol; four daughters, Gloria Robinson and Terriana , Sandreca and Ariel Hines; her father, Climmie Hines Sr.; her mother, Gloria Goffner Hines; five brothers, Vincent, Dennis, Tracy, Fredrick and Reginald Hines; eight sisters, Debra Green, Denise Cason and Sharon, Mona, Stacey, Michelle, Kioca and Kiehanna Hines; and a grandchild. A funeral will be held Saturday at 12:30 p.m. at Davis Mortuary Service, 6820 West Bank Expressway, Marrero. Visitation will begin at noon. Burial will be in St. Joseph the Worker Church cemetery in Marrero.

Russell A. Hall Sr., a retired clerk for Illinois Central Railroad, died Wednesday of a heart attack at Chalmette Medical Center. He was 74. Mr. Hall was born in New Orleans and lived in St. Bernard Parish for the past 42 years. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife, June Appel Hall; a son, Russell A. Hall Jr.; three daughters, Mary Ann Thompson, Cynthia Gabb and Adrienne Lezina; three brothers, William "Billy" Hall, Dudley Hall and the Rev. Adrian Hall; a sister, Audrey Hall; and seven grandchildren. A Mass will be said today at 12:30 p.m. at Vickers, Verrette and Dornan Funeral Home, 3027 Jean Lafitte Parkway in Chalmette. Leroy Graham, a retired conductor who worked for Kansas City Southern Railroad for 38 years, died Tuesday at his home. He was 65. Mr. Graham was born in Keithville and lived in Orleans Parish for the past 38 years. He attended Booker T. Washington High School in Shreveport. He was a member of the Brotherhood of United Transportation and the Brotherhood of Kansas City Southern Railroad. Survivors include his wife, Johnnie V. Graham; a daughter, Jacqueline Graham-Morton; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. A funeral will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Tharp-Sontheimer-Laudumiey Funeral Home, 5001 Chef Menteur Highway. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Burial will be in Mount Olivet cemetery.

Mary Ann Stackhouse Garrett, a homemaker, died Wednesday of lung cancer at East Jefferson General Hospital. She was 64. Mrs. Garrett was born in Dupont, Ind., and lived in Kenner for the past 41 years. Survivors include her husband, Freeman L. Garrett; two daughters, Pamela G. Curtis and Christian G. Lavin; her mother, Pansy McQuary Stackhouse; two brothers, Robert and David Stackhouse; two sisters, Dorothy Graves and Catherine Shepard; and six grandchildren. A funeral will be held Saturday at noon at L.A. Muhleisen and Son Funeral Home, 2607 Williams Blvd., Kenner. Visitation will be today from 6 to 9 p.m. and Saturday beginning at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens.

William Albert Faucheux, a retired land surveyor for Shell Oil Co., died Wednesday at his home. He was 80. Mr. Faucheux was born in New Orleans and lived in Metairie for the past 40 years. He was an Army veteran of World War II and was awarded the Bronze Star. He graduated from Warren Easton High School and received a master's degree in engineering and forestry from Louisiana State University. He was a member of the American Legion and was a parishioner of St. Ann Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife, Eleanor Duncan Faucheux; a son, Maurice Albert Faucheux; two daughters, Michelle Faucheux Darling and Monique Faucheux Shepard; and two grandchildren. A Mass will be said today at 10 a.m. at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., New Orleans. Visitation will begin at 8 a.m. Burial will be in Metairie cemetery.

Cecilia Mullen Fagan, a cook, died Sunday of a stroke at Ochsner Foundation Hospital. She was 67. Mrs. Fagan was born in Lutcher and lived in Metairie for the past 40 years. She was a parishioner of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church and Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. Survivors include her husband, Luther Fagan; three sons, Michael, Norman and Luther James Fagan; a daughter, Alice Fagan; three sisters, Leonna Tyler of Los Angeles, Jean Lee and Theodora Mullen; 17 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Albert C. "Bud" Edwards Sr., a retired insurance agent, died Wednesday of kidney failure at East Jefferson General Hospital. He was 69. Mr. Edwards was born in Wilder, Idaho, and lived in Kenner for 25 years. He worked for State Farm Insurance Co. for 34 years. He was a Navy veteran of the Korean War. Survivors include his wife, Freida Rosa Edwards; a daughter, Pamela Rooney; two sons, Calvin Liggett and Albert Edwards Jr.; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A Mass will be said today at noon at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Burial will be in All Saints Mausoleum in Metairie cemetery.
