Services at the Schlossberg-Solomon Memorial Chapel, 824 Washington St., Canton, on Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2004, at 10 a.m. Remembrances in her memory may be made to the charity of one's choice.

— Of Brockton, Oct. 7, 2004, Anna (Garcia) Barboza, 88 years, wife of the late Luis Barboza; mother of Pedro Santos, Albert Santos, Joao Pires, Martina Gonsalves, Marta Monteiro, Antonia Alves, Flavia Pires and Lourenca Pires; also survived by 19 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Funeral from the Russell Funeral Home, 165 Belmont St. (Rt. 123), Brockton, on Wednesday at 8 a.m., thence to St. Edith Stein Church, 71 East Main St., Brockton, where a funeral Mass will be celebrated for the repose of her soul at 9. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Brockton. Calling hours Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.

A graveside service with military honors will be held at Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne on Thursday, Oct. 14, at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends invited. Cook-Royle (and her husband Craig) of Rockland and James E. Cook (and his wife Sandra) of Rockland; also survived by 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and extended family, Hon.
