Madelyn C. Langione
A Funeral Mass for Madelyn C. (Coffey) Langione, 86, will be celebrated on Saturday, October 21, 2006, in the Church of Saint Patrick, Watertown.
Mrs. Langione was born in Boston and lived her life in Watertown. She attended Saint Patrick Schools and graduated from Girls Trade High School, Boston. Mrs. Langione was a member of the Blessed Virgin Mary Sodality of St. Patrick Parish and was a Precinct Poll Checker for the Town of Watertown Election Commission. She enjoyed arts and crafts especially making angels, needlework and knitting.
Mrs. Langione was a member of the former Couples Club of Saint Patrick Parish and had worked at one time for Kings Department Store and Nims Caterers. She died at her residence on Tuesday, October 17, 2006, of cancer.
She leaves 8 children: Lois F. Dolan of Marlborough, Janice M. Meehan of Waltham, Robert L. Langione of Watertown, Phyllis A. Gordon of Boston, Barbara J. Gallagher of Taunton, Paul J. Langione of Boston, Michael F. Langione of Needham
and Joseph E. Langione of Keene, NH; a sister, Mary McDermott of Humarock. She was also loved by 20 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; and was a devoted friend to many.
Loving wife for 46 years of the late Louis F. Langione who died in January 1988, she was the daughter of the late Thomas P. and Josephine (Leyden) Coffey; and sister of the late William T. Coffey and Ruth A. Duncan.
The Funeral will be from the MacDonald, Rockwell & MacDonald Funeral Home in WATERTOWN SQUARE, at 6 Riverside St., (crnr. No. Beacon St.,) Watertown, on Saturday at 9:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30 o'clock in the Church of Saint Patrick, 212 Main St., Watertown. Interment will be in Ridgelawn Cemetery, Watertown.
Calling hours will be on Friday, October 20th from 4-8 PM in the MacDonald, Rockwell & MacDonald Funeral Home in Watertown Square. Relatives and friends kindly invited to attend.

James L. Johnston
The Funeral Service for James Lewis Johnston, 57, will be held on Tuesday, October 17, 2006, at 11:30 AM in the Church of the Good Shepherd, Watertown.
Mr. Johnston was born in Cambridge, a son of William Walter Johnston and Ernestine M. (Goodrow) Johnston. He had attended the Watertown schools and for the past 4 years lived in Sharon moving there from Stoughton. Mr. Johnston was an office clerk and a member of Delta Projects. He died on Wednesday, October 11, 2006, in the Caritas Norwood Hospital, Norwood, after a sudden illness.
He leaves his mother, Ernestine M. Johnston of Watertown; two brothers: Walter W. Johnston of Watertown and Ernest C. Johnston of Newtonville; two sisters: Barbara A. Olson of Medway and Janet M. Johnston of Watertown; nieces and nephews; and his friends at Delta Projects.
A visiting hour will be held in the MacDonald, Rockwell & MacDonald Funeral Home in WATERTOWN SQUARE, at 6 Riverside St., (crnr. No. Beacon St.) Watertown on Tuesday from 10-11 AM followed by his Funeral Service at 11:30 AM in the Church of the Good Shepherd, 19 Russell Ave., (crnr. Mt. Auburn St.) Watertown. Mary Jane Morgan
Funeral Services will be held on Monday June 12, 2006 for Ms. Mary Jane Morgan. Ms. Morgan was born in Somerville, a daughter of the late Joseph J. and Mary G. (Marshall) Morgan.
She grew up in Somerville, graduating from Somerville High School and later attended Burdette College. She worked for many years for the Houghton Mifflin Publishing Company in Boston and recently was employed as a Teacher’s Aide in the Somerville Public Schools. Ms. Morgan died on Wednesday June 7, 2006 at the Wingate of Brighton after a long illness at the age of 59.
She was the sister of Russell J. Morgan and his wife Dorothy A. of Watertown and the late Barbara A. D’Italia; aunt of Cheryl A. Frias and her husband Carlos of Reading, David Morgan of CA, and Julie Zalegowski and her husband Matthew of CT. and great aunt of Kyle, Nicholas and Caitlin Frias and Nathaniel and Cole Zalegowski.
Funeral Services will be held from the MacDonald, Rockwell & MacDonald Funeral Home in WATERTOWN SQUARE at 6 Riverside St. (cnr. of No. Beacon St.) Watertown on Monday at 8:00 A.M. followed by a Funeral Mass at 9:00 O’Clock in the Church of St. Patrick, 212 Main St. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Interment Mt. Auburn Cemetery. Visiting hours Sunday 4-7 PM.

Doris R. Clancy
A Funeral Mass for Doris Rachel (Avery) Clancy, 84, will be celebrated on Friday, June 16, 2006 in the Church of Saint Patrick, Watertown.
Mrs. Clancy was born in Belmont, lived most of her life in Watertown and was a graduate of Watertown High School. Mrs. Clancy, a homemaker, enjoyed cooking and crocheting. She knitted many afghans and hats which she gave to family, friends, and many, many charitable organizations. She also enjoyed Word Search Puzzles and playing Bingo supporting the games at Our Lady’s in Waltham, A.L. Post 440 in Newton, and the Armenian Cultural Center in Watertown. Mrs. Clancy died in the Mount Auburn Hospital, Cambridge, on Friday, June 9, 2006, after a sudden illness at home.
She leaves seven children: Joan M. Nichols of Newport, No. Car., Michael J. Clancy of Watertown, Evelyn T. Downey of Monson, Mass., Thomas A. Clancy of Waltham, Richard J. Clancy of Watertown, Rita E. Connolly of Easton, Md. and Stephan M. Clancy of Princeton, Tex.; 17 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; a sister, Evelyn Fallon of Lake Placid, Fla.; and two brothers: Clifford Avery of Lake Placid, Fla. and Walter Avery of Adams, Mass.
Wife of the late William I. Clancy, she was also the mother of the late Maureen Clancy, daughter of the late Abraham A. and Rachel (Wilkinson) Avery and sister of the late Eleanor Walton.
The Funeral will be from the MacDonald, Rockwell & MacDonald Funeral Home at 270 Main St., on Rte. 20, Watertown, on Friday at 8 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 9 o'clock in the Church of Saint Patrick, 212 Main St., Watertown. Interment will be in Saint Patrick Cemetery, Watertown.

Edna M. Meehan
Private Graveside services for Edna May (Skinner) Meehan, 85, were held on Wednesday, June 14, 2006, in Ridgelawn Cemetery, Watertown. The Rev. Lael Atkinson of Payson Park Church, Belmont officiated.
Born in Boston, Mrs. Meehan was a lifelong Watertown resident and a graduate of Watertown High School, Class of 1939. She was a secretary for the Town of Watertown in the Purchasing Department for 20 years until her retirement in 1980. Mrs. Meehan enjoyed sewing, history and genealogy. She died on Saturday, June 10, 2006, in the Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston.
She leaves a son Christopher J. Meehan and his wife Elizabeth Meehan of Duxbury; a daughter Lisa Kouyoumjian and her husband Vahe Kouyoumjian of Waltham; four grandchildren: Sean D. Meehan, Scott A. Meehan, Matthew Kouyoumjian and Ashley Kouyoumjian; and many nieces and nephews.
Wife of the late Joseph M. Meehan, she was the daughter of the late John and Edith (Glass) Skinner and sister of the late John Skinner and Robert G. Skinner.

Russell B. Palmer, Jr.
Russell B. Palmer, Jr., 80 years, died Sunday night, June 18, 2006, at his home, after a long illness.
He had spent Father’s Day with his family consisting of his wife of 57 years Lillian M. (Anderson) Palmer; son Gary R. Palmer and his wife Mary Castelli of Chichester, NH and their three daughters: Katelyn, Jessica and Rose Palmer; and son David J. Palmer and his fiancé Judi Fitts and David’s children: Kirsten and Dylan Palmer.
Another son, Neil R. Palmer resides in Nevada.
Son of the late Russell B. and Miriam E. (Ball) Palmer, he also leaves a sister, Joyce Richardson of Charlton; a sister-in-law Doris Ware; and many nieces and nephews.
Mr. Palmer was born in Boston, graduated from Wellesley High School and from Wentworth Institute of Technology. He served in the Army Air Corps during World War II and received the Asiatic Pacific Theatre Campaign Medal. He was a Mechanical Engineer for Raytheon Company retiring 15 years ago after 35 years of service. Mr. Palmer was an active member of the First Parish Universalist/Unitarian of Waltham and had volunteered for many years at the Boy Scouts of America on the District Level.

Beverly Ann Farago
Funeral services will be held on Friday June 23, 2006 for Mrs. Beverly Ann Farago. Mrs. Farago was born in Cambridge, a daughter of the late Raymond and Winifred (West) Scott. She grew up in Somerville. She had been a Newton resident for over 40 years and for the past 4 years she resided in Stow, MA. Mrs. Farago had been an office manager for many years in the dental practice of Dr. Francis Visalli, frormerly on Summer St. in Watertown Square. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, crocheting, knitting. She also loved to refinish furniture and was an avid oil painter, creating many family portraits. Mrs. Farago died on Tuesday June 20, 2006, at the Genesis Westford House at the age of 65.
She was the wife of the late Frank F. Farago; mother of Frank A. Farago and his wife Sophia of Los Angeles, CA and Sandi Yannoni and her husband Paul of Stow; grandmother of Anthony Michael and Amber Marie Farago and Brandon Scott and Danielle Rae Yannoni andsister of Shirley Conroy of Norwich, CT and the late Avard Hanright. She was also survived by her loving companion of 15 years, Alfred Daniels of Stow.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 11:00 A.M. in St. John’s United Methodist Church, 80 Mt. Auburn St., Watertown. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Interment St. Patrick’s Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held in the MacDonald, Rockwell & MacDonald Funeral Home in WATERTOWN SQUARE at 6 Riverside St. (cnr. of No. Beacon St.) Watertown on Thursday 4-7 P.M.
