DESTINY P. ROBINETTE
LONACONING - Destiny Page Robinette, of Cumberland, died May 24, 1998, at Sacred Heart Hospital, Cumberland, at birth.
She was the daughter of Gay Lynn Robinette, Cumberland, and Barry Lynn Schriver, Moscow, Md.
Preceding her in death were her maternal grandmother, Sally Ann (Yantz) Robinette; and maternal great-grandfather, Leo Robinette; paternal great-grandparents, Mary and Silas Schriver and Joseph Metz.
Surviving are her maternal great-grandmother, Mary Robinette, Midland; paternal great-grandmother, Florence Metz, Lonaconing; maternal grandfather, William Leo Robinette, Midland; maternal step-grandmother, Ruth Ann Robinette, Midland; paternal grandfather, Melvin L. Schriver Sr., Moscow; and paternal grandmother, Rose Marie Schriver, Moscow; and one brother, Tyler Mitchell, Hagerstown.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, May 28, 1998, at 10 a.m. at the Green cemetery, Garrett County, with the Rev. George Loar officiating.
Arrangements are being handled by the Eichhorn-McKenzie Funeral Home, P.A., Lonaconing.
M. LAVAUNE ROBINETTE
PITTSBURGH - M. Lavaune (Beall) Robinette, 77, of Pittsburgh, died Thursday, Oct. 8, 1998, at St. Margaret's Hospital following a lengthy illness.
Born Sept. 27, 1921, in Cumberland, Md., she was the daughter of the late William W. and Bertha Ann (Brown) Beall. She also was preceded in death by her husband, Donald L. Robinette; and a brother, William E. Beall.
Mrs. Robinette was a member of the Homeville Christian Church. She was the owner of Heeren's Metal Refinishing Co. in downtown Pittsburgh.
Surviving are a daughter, Jo Ann Cheryba, Verona, Pa.; a son, William L. Robinette, two grandchildren, Tracy McCann and Timothy Robinette, and a great-granddaughter, Cassidy Ryan McCann, all of Chicago; a brother, Vernon E. Beall, Westminster, Md.; and three sisters, Mrs. Blanche Valentine, St. Clair Shores, Mich., Mrs. William A. Jordan, Baltimore, and Mrs. Walter Himmler, LaVale, Md.
The Soxman Funeral Home, Penn Hills, is in charge of arrangements. Services will be held there Tuesday at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Don Brookshire officiating.
Visitation will be from 1 to 9 p.m. Monday.
Interment will be in the Jefferson Memorial Gardens, Pittsburgh.

BALTIMORE - On July 16, 1998, Alice Margaret (nee Hoban) Rodda, formerly of Cumberland, beloved wife of the late Robert F. Rodda; devoted mother of Mary Ann Miller, Williamsburg, Va., and Alice M. Greensfelder, Baltimore; dear mother-in-law of Adolph Miller, and Richard Greensfelder; dear grandmother of Robert Miller, Carolyn and James Moore, Ricky and Tracy Greensfelder, and Michael Greensfelder; dear great-grandmother of Brandon Michael; dear sister of the late William and Joseph Hoban, and Ann Bible; dear sister-in-law of Nellie Hoban, Frostburg, and Velma Hoban, Cumberland; dear cousin of Mary Catherine Stutzman, Cumberland. She also is survived by many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Ave., on Sunday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday in St. Clare Church, 714 Myrth Ave., at 9 a.m.
Interment will be in Oak Lawn cemetery.
GERALDINE M. RODEHEAVER
FRIENDSVILLE - Geraldine M. Rodeheaver, 77, of 33 Hoyes-Sang Run Road, Friendsville, died Friday, Nov. 20, 1998, at the Monongalia General Hospital, Morgantown, W.Va.
Born Sept. 7, 1921, at Altamont, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Carrie Mae (Lee) Wright. She also was preceded in death by one son, Donald Rodeheaver; three sisters, Iona M. Rodeheaver, Ruby G. Bateman, and Leona J. Savage; and one brother, Orlando C. Wright.
Mrs. Rodeheaver was a homemaker. She was a member of the Oak Grove Church of the Brethren and the Oak Grove Ladies Aid.
Surviving are her husband, Mason J. Rodeheaver; three sons, Ronald and Dwain Rodeheaver, both of McHenry, and Gerald Rodeheaver, Friendsville; two brothers, Charles W. Wright, McHenry, and Lyle E. Wright, Cumberland; one sister, Catherine E. Savage, McHenry; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received at the Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., McHenry, Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be conducted at the Oak Grove Church of the Brethren, Monday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Donald Matthews officiating.
The body will be taken to the church at 1 p.m.
Burial will be in the Oak Grove cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Oak Grove Ladies Aid.
Pallbearers will be Donald E. Rodeheaver Jr., Timothy Rodehaver, Gary Rodeheaver, David Rodeheaver, Scott Rodeheaver, Mark Rodeheaver and Jamie Rodeheaver.
LOUISE E. RODEHEAVER
OAKLAND - Louise E. Rodeheaver, 55, of Hotel Road, Oakland, died Thursday, Oct. 1, 1998, at her home.
Born April 6, 1943, in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Loaring S. and Marie I. (Tasker) Green.
He was a former acquisitions administrator for Bausch & Lomb. She attended the Deer Park United Methodist Church and was active in the Ladies Christian Group and she was a member of the Deer Park Civic Group.
She is survived by her husband, Lonnie L. Rodeheaver; two sons, Dwayne L. Rodeheaver, Baltimore, and Mark A. Rodeheaver, Deer Park; two sisters, Elizabeth M. Theodore, Hurricane, W.Va., and Ellanorah F. Mayle, Oakland; one brother, Sheridan A. Green, Germantown; and one grandson, Benjamin C. Rodeheaver, Deer Park.
Friends will be received at the Stewart Funeral Home, Oakland, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Saturday.
Services will be held at the Kurtz Chapel United Methodist Church on Sunday, Oct. 4, 1998, at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Neil Parsons officiating.
Interment will be in the Tasker cemetery.

CATHERINE M. ROGANO
LAVALE - Catherine M. Rogano, 82, of LaVale, died Sunday, March 8, 1998, at Sacred Heart Hospital, Cumberland.
Born Feb. 19, 1916, in Cumberland, she was the daughter of the late George Edward and Sophia (Schaidt) Allen. She also was preceded in death by one sister, Dorothy Brinker.
Mrs. Rogano was retired from the Celanese Corp., Cumberland, where she was employed for 42 years. She was Methodist by faith.
Surviving are her husband, Tony Rogano, LaVale; one daughter, Pauline Johnson and husband Don, Las Vegas, Nev.; three sisters, Lillian Hannas Heavener, Cumberland, Mary Ullery, LaVale, and Margaret Peterson, Cumberland; two brothers, Ed Allen, Cumberland, and Raymond Allen and wife Betty, Fort Ashby, W.Va.; two grandchildren, Tony Breighner and Lisa Breighner, both of Las Vegas; and five great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Ave., Cumberland, on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Wednesday at 1 p.m. with Father Vernon Busch, O.F.M., Cap., officiating. Interment will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
JAMES P. ROGERS I
LAVALE - James Paul Rogers I, 86, of LaVale, died Thursday, Dec. 17, 1998, at Sacred Heart Hospital.
Born March 10, 1912, in Transylvania County, N.C., he was the son of the late James David and Lola (Bradley) Rogers.
Mr. Rogers was a self-employed certified public accountant. A specialist in government accounting, Mr. Rogers was the auditor for Allegany County, the Allegany County Library, and the LaVale and Allegany County Sanitary Commissions. He was also the auditor for many towns in the Georges Creek area. He graduated from high school in North Carolina, and received his accounting degree from the Baltimore College of Commerce. He was a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Maryland Association of CPAs, and the Western Maryland Chapter of the MACPA.
Surviving are his wife, Ruth E. (Conway) Rogers; one daughter, Lois J. Lipscomb, Woodbridge, Va.; one son, James P. Rogers II and wife, Tonna, Springfield, Va.; four sisters, Mary Jane Hedden and husband, Harold, Chattanooga, Tenn., Faye Haynes, East Wenatchee, Wash., Ruth Garrison and husband, Horace, Hayesville, N.C., and Betty Alexander and husband, Robert, Hayesville; five grandchildren, Michelle L. Lipscomb, Woodbridge, Gregory M. Lipscomb, Fairfax Station, Va., Melissa Cadle and husband, Pat, Sterling, Va., Kathryn A. Rogers and Thomas J. Rogers, both of Springfield; and one great-grandson, Michael A. Lipscomb.
Friends will be received at Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Ave., on Friday from 7 to 9 p.m.
Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home on Saturday at noon with the Rev. Vance Pastorius, O.F.M., Cap. officiating.
Interment will be in SS. Peter & Paul cemetery.
