CHRISTINA LUPINACCI
KATY, Texas - Christina (Kirk) Lupinacci, 83, of 1527 Barraud Court, Katy, died Saturday, July 26, 1997, at Memorial Hospital, Houston.
Born March 22, 1914, in Barton, Md., she was the daughter of the late John and Maude (Russell) Kirk. She also was preceded in death by four brothers, William Russell Kirk, James Kirk, John Kirk and Richard Brett Kirk.
Mrs. Lupinacci formerly worked at the Celanese at Supervisor in perning and twisting examination. She then moved to Miami and retired from Jordan Marsh Department Store.
Surviving are one son, Louis Lupinacci Jr., Katy; two brothers, David Kirk, Cumberland, and Robert Harvey Kirk and wife Betty, LaVale; three sisters, Jeanette Jarrett, Thomasville, Ga., Lola Green, St. Augustine, Fla., and Mildren Martin, Port Orange, Fla.; three grandchildren, Louis Lupinacci III, Matthew Lupinacci and Allison Lupinacci, all of Katy; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the Boal Memorial Chapel, Barton, on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be conducted at the chapel on Thursday at 2 p.m.
Interment will be in the Mount View cemetery, Moscow Mills, Md.
BLANCHE B. LYNCH
CUMBERLAND - Blanche B. Lynch, 89, formerly of Central Avenue and the Kensington-Algonquin, Cumberland, died Monday, July 28, 1997, at the Cumberland Nursing Home.
Born Aug. 3, 1907, in Cumberland, she was the daughter of the late Nelson Bennett and Mary Elizabeth (Smith) Bennett. She also was preceded in death by her husband William Clarence Lynch, in 1952.
Mrs. Lynch was employed in the Coning Dept. of the Celanese Corp. and retired in 1972 with 42 years of service. She was a member of the Livingstone Church of the Brethren and the Senior Citizen, Frederick Street.
She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Surviving are one son, Ronald Clarence Lynch and wife Jeannie; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the Kight Funeral Home, 309-311 Decatur St., Cumberland, on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Timothy Monn officiating.
Interment will be in the Zion Memorial Park.
JOHN L. LYNCH
CUMBERLAND - John Leroy "Roy" Lynch, 94, formerly of Booth Tower Apartments, Cumberland, died Sunday, March 23, 1997, at the Cumberland Nursing Home.
Born June 25, 1902, in Mount Savage, he was the son of the late George and Sarah (Rizer) Lynch. He also was preceded in death by his wife, Nellie Mae (Himmelwright) Lynch, on May 21, 1975; and his close friend, Clara A. Williamson, on Nov. 8, 1996.
Mr. Lynch was retired from the C&P; and Western Maryland railroads as an engineer, and later retired from the Frostburg State College maintenance department.
He was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Frostburg; Pope John Council 5450, Knights of Columbus; and Cumberland Lodge 63, BPO Elks.
Surviving are one sister, Cecilia Carder, Mount Savage; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the Durst Funeral Home, Frostburg, on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Michael's Catholic Church on Wednesday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Paul Byrnes as celebrant.
Interment will be in the Rest Lawn Memorial Gardens.

MILTON R. LEASE SR.
CUMBERLAND - Milton Ralphord "Bill" Lease Sr., 72, of Oldtown, formerly of Gay Street, Cumberland, passed away from his family, at his son's residence in Oldtown, on Saturday, Nov. 1, 1997. He will be greatly missed by all.
Born Jan. 9, 1925, in Cresaptown, he was the son of the late Wilbert Garrett and Lydia Margaret (Parker) Lease. He also was preceded in death by his sister, Yvonne M. Lease.
Mr. Lease was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving in World War II. He was a member of the American Legion and a life member of the Oldtown VFW.
He is survived by a son, Milton R. Lease Jr. and wife Susan J., with whom he resided; a daughter, Kimberly A. Clark and husband William J., Quinton, Va.; five grandchildren, Spec. 4 Milton R. Lease III and wife Silke M., Cumberland; Amanda L. Stevens and husband Randy, Richmond, Va.; Joseph A. Lease; James R. Lease, and Pvt. David M. Lease, USMC, all of Cumberland; one great-grandson, Zachery A. Lease, Cumberland; and many friends.
Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, 108 Virginia Ave., Cumberland, on Monday from 7 to 9 p.m.
Graveside services will be held at Oldtown Veterans cemetery on Tuesday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Wayne R. Turner officiating.
Pallbearers will be grandsons, Milton R. Lease III, Joseph A. Lease, James R. Lease, Private David M. Lease, USMC, Randy C. Stevens, and friend, Robert Wilson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the Western Maryland Home Hospice of Cumberland.
LOUISE M. LEASE
WESTERNPORT - Louise Maxine Hines Lease, 81, of 430 Vine St., died Sunday, April 6, 1997, at Memorial Hospital.
Born Sept. 23, 1915, in Westernport, she was the daughter of the late Charles Millison and Gladys Marie (Fazenbaker) Hines. She also was preceded in death by her brother, Donald E. Hines and a nephew, Donald R. Hines.
She was a retired employee of the Westvaco Corp., Luke. She was a member of St. James Episcopal Church.
Surviving are her husband of 53 years, Edgar F. Lease; one niece, Marleen (Hines) Pinto, Chesterfield, Va., two great-nephews, Donald G. Hines, Centerville, Va. and Douglas R. Hines, Westernport; one great-niece Stacie C. Pinto, Winchester, Va.; three great-great nephews, Christopher P. Hines, Derek C. Hines, and Douglas R. Hines II; and one great-great niece, Brigette R. Hines.
Friends will be received at the Boal Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 8, 1997, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be held on Wednesday, April 9, 1997, at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Charles McClean officiating.
Interment will be in the Philos cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Greg Hines, Doug Hines, Derek Hines and Joseph Pinto.
She will be loved as much in her passing as she was loved in life.
