Richard L. Kindsvatter
Richard L. Kindsvatter, 75, of 1013 Oak Hill Ave., Hagerstown, died Friday, March 27, 1998, at ManorCare Nursing Home, Chambersburg, Pa.
Born Aug. 12, 1922, in Baden, Pa., he was the son of the late George and Mabel Heron Kindsvatter.
He was a self-employed structural engineer.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps.
He was a member of Morris Frock Post 42 American Legion.
He is survived by his wife, Martha Wingert Bristow Kindsvatter; and one daughter, Barbara Bristow of Hagerstown.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, William Kindsvatter and George Kindsvatter.
Services will be Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at Gerald N. Minnich Funeral Home, 305 N. Potomac St., Hagerstown. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hagerstown.
Visitation will be at the funeral home Tuesday 30 minutes prior to the service.

Mary C. Griffith
Mary C. Griffith, 90, of Walnut Street, Hagerstown, died Friday, March 27, 1998, at Williamsport Nursing Home.
Born March 26, 1908, near Bakersville, Md., she was the daughter of the late John W. and Maggie Mae Gaylor Sisler.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Griffith.
She was a member of Jehovah's Witnesses for 43 years.
She also was preceded in death by three sisters, Josephine E. Shelton, Martha Jane Weller and M. Mae Sisler; and four brothers, John H. Sisler, Charles Howell Sisler, Francis Eugene Sisler and Carl W. Sisler.
Memorial services will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 30 Nottingham Road, Hagerstown. Roger Ridenour will officiate. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hagerstown, at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements are by Davis Funeral Home, Smithsburg.
Carroll G. Babington
Carroll G. Babington, 74, of Hagerstown, died Saturday, March 28, 1998, at Washington County Hospital.
Born Dec. 18, 1923, in Wolfsville, Md., he was the son of the late Benjamin and Minnie Eccard Babington.
He was a 1941 graduate Hagerstown High School.
He was employed by Fairchild Aircraft for 22 years, Hagerstown Post Office for two years and Mack Trucks for 26 years, retiring in 1991.
He was a veteran of World War II and served with the U.S. Army Air Corps in China-Burma-India.
He was of the Protestant faith.
He was a member of VFW Post 1936 of Hagerstown and Dixon-Troxell Post 211, Funkstown.
He is survived by one daughter, Jo Ann Collins of Wilmington, Del.; one son, C. Richard Babington of Hagerstown; one granddaughter, April D. Collins of Wilmington; and one niece.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Margaret S. Sealock; and one brother, W. Glenn Babington.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
There will be no viewing.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Disabled American Veterans.

Donald L. Mundey Sr.
Donald Lee Mundey Sr., 63, of National Pike, Hagerstown, died Saturday, March 28, 1998, at Washington County Hospital.
Born in Hagerstown, he was the son of the late Ernest Clayton and Anna Rebecca Palmer Mundey.
He previously was employed by O.P. Bohman and Hoffman Chevrolet, both of Hagerstown.
He was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Hagerstown.
He was a member of Enterprise Fire Co. 4. He was formerly active with Boy Scout Troop 75, Hagerstown.
He is survived by his wife, Donna K. Mundey; and two sons, Donald L. Mundey Jr. and Melvin Mundey, both of Hagerstown.
He was preceded in death by a son, Richard A. Mundey; and two brothers, Richard A. Mundey and Ernest C. Mundey Jr.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Ruthedna Zeller
BOONSBORO - Ruthedna Zeller, 92, of Fahrney-Keedy Home, died Sunday, March 29, 1998, at her home.
Born June 14, 1905, in Chicago, she was the daughter of the late Fred W. and Mayme Ritzmann Zeller.
She was a member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church, Lappans Crossroads, Boonsboro.
She is survived by one sister, Marie L. Witmyer of Fahrney Keedy Home; one brother, Fred W. Zeller of Ocean City, Md.; two nieces; and two nephews.
A memorial service will be held Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown. The Rev. Anne O. Weatherholt will officiate. Burial will be in Blue Ridge Cemetery, Thurmont, Md.
There will be no viewing.
The family requests the omission of flowers.

Donald L. Mundey Sr.
Donald Lee Mundey Sr., 63, of National Pike, Hagerstown, who died Saturday, March 28, 1998, also is survived by one sister, Elva Gordon of Hagerstown; and one niece.
Constance K. Crain
NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. - Constance Kulpinski Crain, 52, of New Port Richey, died Monday, March 30, 1998, in New Port Richey.
She was born in Elizabethtown, N.J.
She was a nursing assistant.
She served in the U.S. Navy.
She was a Catholic.
She is survived by her husband, Harry Crain; two brothers, Joseph Kulpinski and William Kulpinski, both of Hagerstown; one niece and one nephew.

Rex M. Klipp
Rex Morris Klipp, 78, of 203 Avon Road, Hagerstown, formerly of York, Pa., died Wednesday, April 1, 1998, at Western Maryland Hospital Center, Hagerstown.
Born Oct. 16, 1919, in Hagerstown, he was the son of the late Herbert A. and Maple Frock Klipp.
He was a graduate of Hagerstown High School and George Washington University.
He was an employee of Fairchild Aircraft, retiring in 1982 after 30 years. He earlier was a licensed pharmacist.
A veteran of World War II, he served in the U.S. Army in the European Theater. He was awarded the Purple Heart.
He was a member of Morris Frock American Legion Post 42.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth Juanita Klipp; a daughter, Elizabeth Baldwin of Thomasville, Pa.; a son, Douglas E. Klipp of Somers Point, N.J.; a sister, Doris Rogers of Waynesboro, Pa.; a brother, Herbert Klipp Jr. of Waynesboro; three grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home, 1331 Eastern Blvd. North, Hagerstown. The Rev. Victor Zuck will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park, Hagerstown, with military honors conducted by American Legion Morris Frock Post 42.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Calvin G. Troup
Calvin George Troup, 81, of 810 Woodland Way, Hagerstown, died Wednesday, April 1, 1998, at his home.
Born May 1, 1916, in Hanover, Pa., he was the son of the late Edward W. and Mary Alverta Ernest Troup.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Anna Mary Troup, on Feb. 3, 1998.
He was employed by Western Maryland Railroad for 34 years, retiring in 1976.
He was a Protestant.
He was a member of United Transportation Union Local 633 Retired Club.
He is survived by a daughter, Jane Stone of Hagerstown; two sons, Richard G. Troup of Winchester, Va., and William J. Troup III of Williamsport; a sister, Catherine Stockslager of Hagerstown; a brother, Clair H. Troupe of Hagerstown; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy M. Sprecher; and three brothers, Charles E. Troup, William J. Troup and Lester L. Troup.
Services will be Saturday at 11:30 a.m. at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown. The Rev. Louis L. Emerick will officiate. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
