Carolyn E. Jung

Carolyn E. Jung, age 79, of Annandale, passed away peacefully at the St. Cloud Hospital surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, May 2, 2010.
Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, May 6, 2010 at Annandale United Methodist Church; burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Annandale. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Annandale and one hour before services Thursday at the Church in Annandale.
Carolyn Esther Jung was born on May 16, 1930 in Minneapolis to Oscar and Esther (Lindblad) Peterson. She graduated from Patrick Henry High School. She married Walter F. Jung on May 7, 1949 in Minneapolis and he preceded her in death on May 17, 1999. She resided in Minneapolis until 1981 when she moved to Annandale. She was a member of the Annandale United Methodist Church. She enjoyed summer vacations with her family, bowling, gardening, and fishing at the lake. Carolyn especially loved the long holiday weekends spent with her family and friends at her lake home.
She is survived by sons and daughters Walter A. (Sally), Carol (Scott) Picken both of Annandale, Gary (Connie) of Brooklyn Park, Sandy (Dave) Petersen of Coon Rapids; grandchildren, Stella (Adam), Peter, Tana (Kirk), Michelle (Norm), Tracy (Zach), Samantha, Andy, Branden (Jessica), Jessica (Steve); great grandchildren Paul, Adam, Michael, Maggie, Lauren, Julia, Rayna, Darius, Kya; brothers Gordy (Shirley) Peterson of Brooklyn Park, Lee (Tootie) Peterson of Isle. She was preceded in death by parents Oscar and Esther, husband Walter F., daughter Judy, sisters, Mert, Lois, and June, and brother Frank.
The pallbearers will be Peter & Andy Jung, Branden Petersen, Adam Schloner, Kirk Crowell and Norm Alston. Deb McCreight will be the pianist and the arrangements were entrusted to Dingmann Funeral Care of Annandale.

Cathleen M. Provo

Cathleen M. Provo, age 59, of Leesburg, Florida died Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at the Leesburg Regional Medical Center, Leesburg, FL.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at St. Timothy’s Catholic Church, Maple Lake, Minnesota with Fr. Michael Izen officiating. Burial will follow at St. Timothy’s Catholic Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Maple Lake. There will be a prayer service 7 p.m. Tuesday.
Cathleen Mary Provo was born February 16, 1951 at Fort Brag, North Carolina to the late Clayton & Betty (Wendling) Doherty. Cathleen married Michael Patrick Provo on May 2, 1980 and he preceded her in death on January 5, 1996. She lived in Maple Lake until moving to Leesburg, FL eight years ago where she was employed at Wal-Mart. She was a former member of St. Timothy’s Catholic Church. Cathleen enjoyed her family especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her four children Michelle (Tom) Purl of Leesburg, FL, Victoria (John) Sundell of Duluth, MN, Michael of Leesburg, FL, Mark (Heather) of Leesburg, FL, five grandchildren Ariel & Caleb Purl, Evan & Liam Sundell, Michael Provo II, brothers & sisters Pat (Debbie) Doherty, Kelly (Jeff ) Doherty-Bohn, Colleen (Tom) Fabricus, Sharon (Mark) Dunn, Tim Doherty, and Mike Doherty.
The music for the service will be provided by Sarah Goelz and Krista Elsenpeter Tarbox. The arrangements were entrusted to Dingmann Funeral Care of Maple Lake.

Carolyn Rose Kaml

Carolyn R. Kaml, age 62, of Kimball died Saturday, May 8, 2010 at the St. Cloud Hospital.
Visitation will begin at 12:30 p.m. with Memorial Services held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, May 17, 2010 at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Kimball.
Carolyn Rose Kaml was born September 6, 1947 at Crookston to Paul and Rose (Kluzak) Kaml. She was a homemaker and enjoyed knitting, crocheting, shopping, music and the outdoors.
She is survived by children, Tammie Joe Kaml (Kelly) of the Twin Cities, Charlan Dean Kaml & Mary of Kimball, Katina Elaine Kaml & Joe of Donnelly; grandchildren Charity & Curtis Kaml; step grandchildren Richard Smith & Elizabeth, Mary F. Smith, Samantha Dobis; special acquaintance, George Hart; sisters & brothers Marion Green & Daniel of Bynum, AL, Harlan Kaml & Lorna of Crookston, Elaine Kaml of Crookston, Myron Kaml & Charlene of Green River, WY. Her parents and brother Duane preceded her in death.

Beverly Rose Rolando

Beverly Rolando, age 94 of Annandale, formerly of Chicago died Wednesday, August 5, 2010 at the Annandale Care Center.
No Services will be held. Arrangements are entrusted to Dingmann Funeral Care, Annandale.
Beverly Rose Rolando was born April 19, 1916 in Minneapolis to John and Rose (Nelson) Just. She married Boyd Rolando in June of 1936 in Minneapolis. Beverly and Boyd moved to Chicago in 1941 and lived there for 37 years. Beverly had a career as a dental technician and her husband, Boyd was a professional musician. They retired to Cedar Lake in Annandale in 1978.
Beverly is survived by her children, Deanne Harley of San Diego, CA, Darrel Rolando of San Diego, CA and Dean (Susan) Rolando of Evanston, IL; sister, Justine Bradatsch of Annandale; and 5 grandchildren, Valerie Robbins, John, Christopher, Emily and Joe Rolando. She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Rose; husband, Boyd; brothers, John and Floyd Just; and sisters, Virginia Murtaugh and Maxine Devore.

Dorothy Marie Lampi

Dorothy Lampi, age 92, of Annandale died Monday, December 6, 2010 at Park View Care Center, Buffalo.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 10, 2010 at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church, French Lake with Rev. Edward Groop officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery, French Lake Township, Wright County. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Annandale and at the Church one hour prior to services. There will be a prayer service 7 p.m. Thursday.
Dorothy Marie Lampi was born June 12, 1918 in Cokato to Fred and Anna (Hurula) Nelson. She married Martin Lampi August 19, 1939 in Cokato and he preceded her in death on December 25, 1993. They lived at West Albion where they farmed and managed the West Albion Co-op Store. She helped Martin for many years on the farm and in the auction business by running the lunch wagon. She also worked in the lunch program for Annandale Schools. Dorothy was an active member of Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church, Minnesota Auctioneer’s Auxiliary, and Cokato Finnish-American Historical Society; she enjoyed her three trips to Finland. All her life she loved socializing with friends in neighborhood groups and more recently at Centennial Villa where she has lived for the last seven years. Spending time with her family and especially her great-grandchildren was the light of her life.
She is survived by her daughter Deanna (Brian) Hedman of Annandale, son Tom (Dayle) Lampi of Annandale, grandchildren Mitch Hedman, Michelle (LeRoy) Wurm, Trent (Kara) Lampi, Mark (Lynn) Lampi, great-grandchildren Jordan, Morgan & Raegan Wurm, Claudia, Justin, Connor, Claire & Olin Lampi, sisters Mildred Nelson of Annandale, Shirley Tyni of Van Nuys, CA, and brother Donald (Bertha) Nelson of Cokato. She was preceded in death by her husband Martin, sisters Mabel Compton & Alice Hoikka and brothers Ralph, Harry & Carl Nelson.
The pallbearers will be Mitch Hedman, Michelle & LeRoy Wurm, Trent, Kara, Mark & Lynn Lampi, and Jerry Hoikka. The music for the service will be provided by Carol Hobert & Margaret Groop and the arrangements were entrusted to Dingmann Funeral Care of Annandale.

Lyle Edward Reid

Lyle “Bud” Reid, age 82 of Annandale died Friday December 10, 2010 at his home.
Memorial services will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Annandale. Pastor Luke Nelson will officiate and burial will be in Fairhaven Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday and one hour prior to the service, both at the funeral home. A prayer service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday.
Lyle Edward Reid was born April 27, 1928 at his home in rural Faribault County to John and Annie (Blome) Reid. He served his country in the US Navy. On June 25, 1965, Lyle was united in marriage to Lois Pearl Clayton. Bud worked in construction for Barbarossa in St. Cloud, in the heat-treat department at Char-Lynn Factory in Minneapolis, as a machine operator at Sun Plastic in Clearwater and mowed sod fields for Marv Smith. He enjoyed fishing, reading, watching western movies and spending time in the outdoors.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Lois; children, Rhonda Thielbar of Poulsbo, WA, Pam Reid of Waterville and Roxanne & husband, Tom Slechta of Waseca; five grandchildren; six great grandchildren; sisters, Norma Matthees of South Haven, Delores Schmidt of Fair Haven and Fay & husband, John Lemke of South Haven; brothers, Ralph & wife Deloras Reid of Annandale and Willard & wife Doris Reid of Paynesville. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Lester Reid.
The urn bearer will be John Lemke. Arrangements are entrusted to Dingmann Funeral Care, Annandale.

Pandora Eldora Morford

Pandora E. “Pam” Morford, age 85, of Sauk Rapids died Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at the St. Cloud Hospital surrounded by her loving family.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 6, 2010 at Salem Lutheran Church, St. Cloud with Pastor Wayne Anderson officiating. Burial will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 8 at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery, Little Falls. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Friday at Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, Sauk Rapids and one hour prior to the service, Saturday at the church.
Pandora Eldora Morford was born July 7, 1925 in Stanton, ND to Gustav and Ida (Krecklau) Lang. She was united in marriage to Robert Morford in Baker, MT on July 16, 1946. Pam was a member of Salem Lutheran Church, St. Cloud, Kimball American Legion Auxiliary Post 261, and the District 6 POW.
Pam enjoyed fishing, camping, gardening, cards, games, cooking, needlepoint, dancing and spending time with family. She was a selfless woman, always there to help when you needed a hand. Pam was very truthful, had a hard time keeping secrets and always let you know where you stood. Her face would light up when she saw her grandchildren and you could not leave without getting a hug or pinch on the butt. She was very proud of her 64 year marriage to her sweetheart, her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Robert; children and their spouses, Raymond & Bonnie of St. Cloud, Allen & Jeanne of Eden Prairie, Jerry & Laurie of Sedalia, MO, Glen & Vikki of St. Cloud, Marlene & Art Dingmann of Annandale, Betty & Brad Moulton of St. Joseph, Janice & Kevin Gans of Sauk Rapids and Richard & Trisha of St. Cloud; sisters, Jean & Ray Brown of Weslaco, TX, and Mariann Maine of Valley City, ND; brother, Leslie & Nelda Lang of Stanton, ND; sister-in-law, Dorothy Lang; 18 grandchildren, Joel, Julie, Jerry, Scott, Jamie, Tina, Cris, Jameson, Phillip, Steven, Kimberly, Brian, Kevin, Brad, Stacy, Brett, Jerad and Ashley; 22 great grandchildren & 5 great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Herbert, Arthur and Arnold Lang; sisters, Evelyn Pettis and Marge Stanley; great grandchildren, Nicholas, Alex and Taylor.
Pallbearers will be Jerry, Scott, Jamie and Phillip Morford, Steven Dingmann, Kevin Mies, Brett Gans and Jerad Morford. Cris Green & Kim Morford will provide the music for the service. Arrangements are entrusted to Dingmann Funeral Care.

Mary Viola Miller

Mary V. Miller, age 83, of Annandale died Wednesday, October6, 2010 at Cokato Manor.
Funeral Services will be held 10:30 a.m. Monday, October 11, 2010 at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Annandale. Rev. Dave Nelson will officiate and burial will be in Our Savior’s Lutheran Cemetery, French Lake. Friends may call from 3:00-5:00 p.m. Sunday at Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Annandale and one hour prior to the service, Monday at the church. A prayer service will be held at 5:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Mary Viola Miller was born March 29, 1927 in Annandale to Charles and Elvira (Lihavainen) Leinonen. Mary was baptized and confirmed at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, where her parents helped establish the church. She married Stanley Vincent Miller on November 5, 1959 in Minneapolis. For 15 years she worked for Quality Park Printing and Engraving in St. Paul later moving from New Ulm, MN to St. Cloud where she worked for the St. Cloud School system for 8 years. Mary and Stanley were able to build their dream log home on Big Lake in Richmond, MN. She returned home to Annandale to be with family and friends, due to Stan’s failing health. Mary’s faith was important to her and showed through her membership at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Annandale. She loved to travel, having been to 49 of the States. Mary had a wonderful sense of humor and enjoyed visiting and meeting with people. She loved people, life and her family.
She is survived by her daughter, Tamara (Thomas Raehal) of Boulder, CO; sisters, Beatrice Lehtola and Helen Kangas both of Annandale. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Timothy, brothers, Walter, Howard, and Arnold Leinonen, and sisters, Hannah Perterla and Hazel Brown.
Ardis Nelson and Orma Lou Jacobsma will provide the music for the service. Arrangements are entrusted to Dingmann Funeral Care, Annandale.

Rheba Mae Holm

Rheba Brown Hewitt Holm, age 89, of Kimball died Tuesday, October 19, 2010 at the St. Cloud Hospital.
Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. with Memorial Services held at 11 a.m. on Friday, October 22, 2010 at the church of Christ in Kimball. Pastor Jon Albert will officiate and interment will be at the Kimball Cemetery. Arrangements were entrusted to Dingmann Funeral Care, Kimball.
Rheba Mae Brown Hewitt Holm was born September 6, 1921 at Kimball to Earl and Mary (VanNurden) Brown and in 1939 graduated from Kimball High School. She married Fillmore ‘Gabby’ Hewitt on August 8, 1942 and he preceded her in death on August 11, 1976. She married Delbert Holm on June 9, 1978 and he preceded her in death on April 20, 2008. Rheba worked as a waitress for many years at various restaurants and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star & Kimball American Legion Post 261 Auxiliary. She enjoyed crocheting, rug making, playing bingo, and trips to the casino with her grandsons.
She is survived by her two daughters Mary (Garrett) Anfinson of Willmar, Pam (Todd) Fischer of Kimball, four grandchildren Shawn (Monya) Kalkbrenner, Jeremy (Stacy) Anfinson, Eric (Kristi) Kalkbrenner, Korin Anfinson, two great granddaughters Haley & Kendra Kalkbrenner, sister Betty Jean (Merle) Pickle of Eden Prairie, brother Cal (Luella) Brown of Palisade, step children Barb (Dave) Winter, Dennis Holm, Bev Peterson, Becky Rogers, Dan Holm, Dean (Sue) Holm, 21 step grandchildren and 23 step great grandchildren. Rheba was preceded in death by her husbands, sisters Wanda Gillis & Janice Fischer, brother Neal Brown, and step son Donald Holm.

Clara Marie Stein

Clara M. Stein, age 95 of Kimball died Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at the Assumption Nursing Home in Cold Spring.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday, November 19, 2010 at St. Anne Catholic Church, Kimball. Fr. Gerald Mischke will Celebrate the Mass and burial will be in St. Anne’s Catholic Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-7:30 p.m. Thursday at Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Kimball and one hour prior to the service, Friday at the church. A prayer service will be held at 7:00 p.m. and a rosary at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, both at the funeral home.
Clara Marie Stein was born July 12, 1915 in Rockville to Frank and Aggatha (Molitor) Bauer. She married Anton N. Stein on November 5, 1935 in Rockville and he preceded her in death on May 19, 1995. Clara farmed with her husband and later worked as a home health aide. She was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church in Kimball, Christian Mothers and of the Litchfield Senior Citizens Club. Clara enjoyed sewing, crocheting, baking, music, dancing and being with her three children, 19 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
She is survived by two daughters, Laura Hanson & husband, Barry of Annandale and Rosella Decker & husband John of Cold Spring; sisters, Julia Voight of St. Augusta, Leona Hahn & husband, Larry of Cottage Grove, Catherine Eickers of Sartell, Tillie Anderson & husband, Aldine of Stansfield and Eleanor Brendalen & husband, Hans of Glidden, WI; 17 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Anton; daughter, Darlene Dodge; grandchildren, Joshua Hilsgen and Susan Decker; great grandchildren, Jonathan Decker and Cedric Ecker; sons-in-law, Marvin Hilsgen and Howard Dodge; sisters, Ida Schreiner and Alma Lovejoy; and brothers, Leo, Mike and Albert Bauer.
Pallbearers will be Troy Hilsgen, Darcy Anderson, Eddie Decker, Larry Decker, Danny Dodge and Toni Jean Schaepper. Frosty Schiefelbein, organist, and the St. Anne’s Choir will provide the music for the service. Arrangements are entrusted to Dingmann Funeral Care, Kimball.

Lowell Glen Olson

Lowell G. Olson, age 67, of South Haven died Thursday, November 4, 2010 at the St. Cloud Hospital.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 8, 2010 at the Dassel Evangelical Covenant Church, 301 Lake Street, with Pastor Lloyd Melvie officiating. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Sunday at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Annandale and one hour prior to the service on Monday at the church. A prayer service will be held 7 p.m. Sunday. In lieu of flowers please make your gift to the Lake Union Covenant Church Building Fund.
Lowell Glen Olson was born on his family farm in Southside Township, Wright County to John S. and Grace C. (Werner) Olson. He was a 1961 graduate of Annandale High School and served in the National Guard. He married Sheryl J. Lemke in Crown, MN on November 26, 1966. From 1969-1975 he owned & operated South Haven Oil Co. For over twenty years Lowell worked for Augsburg-Fortress Publishing in Minneapolis retiring in 1998. He was a lifelong member of Lake Union Evangelical Covenant Church, retired 20-year member of South Haven Fire Dept, chair of Lake Union Cemetery Board and former member of Fair Haven Lions Club. Lowell managed the South Haven Softball Team, loved farming & old tractors, and enjoyed welding, tinkering & could fix anything.
He is survived by his wife Sheryl, children Christopher (Shelly) Olson, Kara Dearing, Ryan (Heather) Olson all of South Haven, 9 grandchildren Zachary, Erin, Emma, Kelly, Colin, Isaak, Matthew, Nicholas & Owen, brother Leland (Judy) Olson of Duelm, and Cookie, his dog. He was preceded in death by his parents, son Jesse, sister Geneva Diers, and brothers Freeman & Irving Olson.
The pallbearers will be Ralph Forsman, Dean Schmidt, Harlan Graphenteen, Caleb Salmela, Kevin Weisman, and Zachary Jacks-Olson. The arrangements were entrusted to Dingmann Funeral Care of Annandale.
