Kathryn Boucher Moore, 79, Rochester, MN, died Tuesday, February 22, 2000 at her home.
Memorial services were held Friday, March 3 in Rochester.
Kreibich, Edwin Carl
Edwin Carl Kreibich, 80, Buffalo City, WI, died Tuesday, February 29, 2000 at his home.
He was born July 4, 1919 in the town of Alma, Buffalo County, WI to Theodore and Alice (Ruff) Kreibich. On August 26, 1947 he married Phyllis Kurtzweg at Zion Ev. Lutheran Church in Cream, WI.
Together they lived over 33 years on the Alma bluff on his home farm. In August of 1997 they celebrated 50 years of marriage. He was a member of Zion Ev. Lutheran Church in Cream.
Edwin farmed 33 years on the Alma bluff. After retiring to Buffalo City he worked as sexton at Buffalo City Cemetery.
Edwin enjoyed fishing, woodworking, gardening, watching baseball, and the Minnesota Vikings. He enjoyed his family most of all, and loved spending time with them.
Survivors include his wife Phyllis of Buffalo City; four children, Carlos (Ruth) Kreibich of Plymouth, WI, Curtis (Annette) Kreibich of Alma, WI, Cheryl (Butch) Schreiner of Mondovi, WI, and Linda (Blake) Seitz of Mondovi, WI; ten grandchildren; a sister, Norma Wald of Menomonie, WI; and a brother, Earl Ruff of Alma, WI.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Elmer and Harry, and a granddaughter, Emily.
Funeral services were Saturday, March 4 at Zion Ev. Lutheran Church in Cream, WI, with Rev. Elroy V. Conradt officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.
Pallbearers were Carlos Kreibich, Curtis Kreibich, Michael Kreibich, Andrew Seitz, Christopher Kreibich, John Schreiner, and Ryan Schreiner.
Stohr-Hagen-Wozney Funeral Home assisted the family with the arrangements.
Lockwood, Shirley A.
Shirley A. Lockwood, 68, 55 Links Lane, died Thursday, March 2, 2000 at her home.
She was born October 29, 1931, in Kewaunee, WI, to Walter and Ella Kracht. She attended the University at Oshkosh and graduated from Dr. Martin Luther College at New Ulm, MN. She married Herbert Lockwood in 1958 in Kewaunee, WI.
She taught grade school at both St. Martin's and St. Matthew's Schools. She also was a health care provider for the elderly prior to retirement.
She was a member of St. Matthew's Evangelical Lutheran Church and enjoyed bowling and golfing.
She is survived by her husband, Herbert; sons, Paul of Sturgeon Bay, WI, Keith (Irene) of Minneapolis, Craig of Waupun, WI, and Kyle of Chicago; grandchildren, Jason, Melissa and Breanna; brother, Walter (Lois) Kracht, Jr., Two Rivers, WI; and sister, Loraine Oswald, Green Bay, WI. She will also be missed by the Steve and Candi Kohner family who loved her dearly.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 6, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Matthew's Evangelical Lutheran Church, with Revs. O. H. Lindholm and James Nelson officiating. Burial will be in Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at the church after 9 a.m. on Monday morning.
Memorials may be directed to St. Matthew's Evangelical Lutheran Church in lieu of flowers.

Thurley, Mabel Elizabeth
Mabel Elizabeth Thurley died Tuesday, Feb. 29, 2000 at her home in Belleair Bluffs, Florida.
She was born July 31, 1911 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Thomas and Waldburga (Rossow) Lewis. She married Albert Thurley in 1931.
After she retired from the Mobil Corporation, they moved to Florida in 1970. Mabel was known for her unique sense of humor. They both enjoyed traveling, often visiting with relatives and friends. Mabel was a devoted wife and faithfully cared for her husband for many years after he became ill.
Preceding her in death were her parents, son, brother, and husband.
Survivors include brothers- and sisters-in-law, Robert and Lillian Thurley, Elsie Dorsch, and Phyllis Thurley, all of Winona, and Ruthe and Elmer Gottschalk of Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, nieces and nephews, and dear friends.
A private service will be held at the Prasser-Kleczka Funeral Home in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on Monday, March 6, 2000.

Theis, Alice D.
Alice D. Theis, age 86, died Friday, April 26, 2002 at Lake Winona Manor. She was born in Winona on November 15, 1915. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard J. Theis.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. at the Fawcett-Junker Funeral Home. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Thursday. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Sulla, Dale A.
Dale A. Sulla, 72, of Valley View Tower, Winona, died Sunday, April 21, 2002 at his home.
Dale was born September 2, 1929 in Winona, to Bernard and Lillian Leibner Sula. He graduated from Winona Senior High School in 1947, and attended Winona Business College and Dakota Vo-Tech. He married Mabel Nogle in 1968. She preceded him in death in 1977.
He served in the National Guard from 1947-1950.
He worked as a professional drycleaner for fourteen years in Hastings and for seven years at the Peavey Mill in Hastings. He returned to Winona in 1984.
He was a member of St. Martin's Evangelical Lutheran Church, the Leon J. Wetzel American Legion Post #9 and its Forty & Eight, and was a Past President of the Hastings Eagles Club.
He is survived by a sister, Alice (Harry) Pozanc of Winona; nieces, Linda (Greg) Aichele and Nancy Valentine; a cousin, Jo Linda (Ronald) Jaszewski; and a grandniece, Alexis Valentine.
He was also preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be Monday, April 29, at 1 p.m. at Martin-Myhre Funeral Chapel, with Rev. Timothy Dost officiating. Burial will be in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Wilson, Minn.
Memorials may be directed to St. Martin's Evangelical Lutheran Church.

Orlikowski, Thomas P.
Thomas P. Orlikowski, born March 2, 1957, passed away Wednesday, April 24, 2002 at LaCrescent Healthcare Center, LaCrescent, Minn., where he was awaiting a lung transplant.
He is survived by his wife, Kimberly and a daughter, Kacy Orlikowski of Marshall, Tex.; his mother, Cecelia (Orlikowski) Edel and stepfather, Leon P. Edel of Winona; three brothers, Gerald and Dennis Orlikowski of Winona, and Kevin (Amy) Edel of Florida; and a sister, Donna (Dennis) Burns of Lewiston, Minn.
He was preceded in death by his father, Eugene Orlikowski, paternal grandparents, Sylvester and Johanna Orlikowski, maternal grandparents, Marianus and Minnie Loeffen, and his father-in-law, Neal Mays.
Tom formerly worked at Vac-Hyd Turbine Casings and LTV-Vought in Texas. He also worked in the Silhouette Shop in Marshall, Tex. with his father-in-law, Neal Mays, who was the owner of the shop.
He also served in the National Guard for five years.
Tom loved to watch the Vikings, was an avid coin collector and loved to repair and build guns.
Funeral services were Saturday, April 27, at Watkowski-Pronschinske Funeral Chapel with Msgr. Roy E. Literski officiating.
