Luella T. Pauly
Luella T. Pauly, age 85 of Jordan passed away on Saturday, April 26, 2008 at Friendship Manor Care Center in Shakopee.
Luella was born September 28, 1922. Her parents were Albert and Cecelia (Klehr) Theis.
Luella married
Quentin Pauly on November 3, 1041 at Shieldsville, MN. Quentin passed away on December 19, 1963.
She is survived by children Sally Ann Pauly of Jordan, Jerry (Ramona) Pauly of Jordan, Donald Pauly, Richard (Sharon) Pauly of Jordan, Sandra (Nathan) Wittenberg of Chaska, 3 grandchildren, 5 step grandchildren, 9 step great grandchildren, sisters-in law Kay Theis of New Ulm, Mary Theis of Mankato.
Luella was preceded by her husband Quentin Pauly, son Roger Pauly, parents Albert & Cecelia Theis, sister Marline (Wayne) Liffick, brothers Elmer Thies, Eldren Theis & Roger Theis.
Luella enjoyed playing cards, gardening and her flower gardens.
Vistation will be Tuesday April 29, 4 till 8 PM at Ballard– Sunder Funeral Home in Jordan.
Mass of Christian Burial will Wednesday, April 30, 10 AM at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Jordan with Father Jon Shelley presiding.
Interment will be at St. Joe’s cemetery, in Jordan. Pallbearers will be Jason Pauly, Travis Wittenberg, Tyler Wittenberg, Harlan Seigler, Francis Beuch & Bernie Pauly.

Bennie Joe Melton
Bennie Joe Melton, age 77 of Prior Lake passed away on Thursday, April 24, 2008 at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis.
Bennie was born May 20, 1930 at Etowah, TN, his parents were Ray & Nora (Mull) Melton.
He is survived by children Pamela (Austin) Johnson of Prior Lake, Michael (Beth) Melton of Cottage Grove., 4 grandchildren Justin Nelson, Joshua Nelson, Michael Melton, Christopher Melton, sisters Judy (Mick) Penning, Dot, brother Darrel (Brenda) Melton of Etowah, TN.
Bennie had worked as a clothing designer.
He is a US Navy Veteran, the FT. Snelling Memorial Rifle Squad will provide military honors.
Graveside Services will be held at Ft. Snelling National cemetery in Minneapolis on Tuesday, April 22, at 10:15 AM

Adelaide M. Peterson
Adelaide M. Peterson, age 76 of Greenbush, MN, passed away peacefully surrounded by her extended family Thursday, April 24th at St. Gertrude’s Health Care Center, Shakopee.
Adelaide was an avid reader, a loved and respected teacher and enjoyed traveling and her winter home in Clermont, FL.
Adelaide Olstad was born in Marshall Co., raised in Bemidji and settled near Grygla where she raised her family and later taught at Grygla High School.
Adelaide is preceded in death by her father, Paul M. Olstad and her first husband, Johnny C. Lillevold.
Loved and forever missed by her husband of 23 years, Kenneth Peterson, her mother, Sally Olstad, children John Lillevold (Beth), Grant Lillevold (Kathy), Paul Lillevold (Dawn), and Dale Lillevold (Janet), Leslie Peterson, Mitchell Peterson, Kerry Peterson (Kathy), Laurie Herman (Wes), Carolynn Zehnder (Rich), Nancy Kasprowicz (Troy), 26 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Also survived by siblings Patricia (Fred Guyot), Paul Olstad Jr. (Sue), her aunts, Genevieve Jarshaw and Cora Olstad, and many cousins, in-laws and friends.
The family wishes to express special thanks to the staff of St. Francis Hospital, St. Gertrude’s Hospice and Emerald Crest for their concern and compassionate care for both Adelaide and her family.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 27th from 4-8 PM at Ballard-Sunder Funeral Home, Jordan and also one hour prior the service on Monday.
A service celebrating Adelaide’s life will be held Monday, April 28th at Hope Lutheran Church in Jordan, MN at 11:00 AM. An interment service will be held in Grygla, MN, at a later date.
In lieu of flowers please send memorials to the American Heart Association, the Alzheimer’s Association, the Masonic Cancer Fund or Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Grygla.

Joel loved to fish, ride his Harley and drive demolition derby cars. He was a big Kansas City Chiefs fan.

Edna Rauh, age 86 of Bloomington passed away on Saturday, April 19th, 2008 at Friendship Village of Bloomington.
Loved and forever missed by children: Jacqueline (Richard) Burke of Prior Lake, Mathew (Kathleen) Rauh of Ft. Collins, CO; 5 grandchildren, Richard Burke, Brenda Beach, Mathew (Laura) Rauh, Andrew (Julene) Rauh, Thomas (Laura) Rauh; 2 great grandchildren, Adam Michael Beach, Justin Mathew Rauh; many nieces and nephews.
Preceded by her husband, Mathew Rauh, her parents and 7 brothers and sisters.
Edna was born May 12, 1921 to parents Christian and Rosina (Schwindt) Ketterling in Zeeland, ND. She married
Mathew Rauh on Nov. 15, 1941 in Minneapolis, MN.
She was a member of the Senior Citizen’s Club in St. Louis Park. Edna enjoyed golf, bridge, 500 Club and her many friends. She adored her family. She was a hard worker at Honeywell for over 30 years.
Visitation will be Monday, April 28, 2008, 10:00-11:00 AM at Shepherd of the Lake Lutheran Church, Prior Lake with the service to follow at 11 AM. Final Resting Place will be at Lakewood cemetery, Minneapolis, MN

Glen Craig, 72, of Savage passed away on Thursday, April 17, 2008 at the MN Veteran’s Home, Minneapolis, MN
He was born Oct. 29, 1935 in Fairmont, MN to Vernon and Ruth (Streimer) Craig.

Glen served our country in the US Air Force and a member of the PL VFW. He worked at Honeywell for 38 years and was a member of the Min-reg Group at Honeywell. Glen was a past member of the PL Lakers Snowmobile Club and an active member of the Sno-trail. He enjoyed bowling and cooking.
