Age 74 of West St. Paul, left this earth on September 29, 2015 and will ALWAYS be loved and deeply missed. Beloved wife of Aaron Schiefelbein. Beloved mother of Joanne (David) Binder, Lisa Schiefelbein, Stevan (Tina) Schiefelbein, and Nick (Brenda) Schiefelbein. Doting grand-mother to Nathan, Joanna, Abby, and Christina Schiefelbein, Katie Binder, and Gerrit and Dina VanderWaal. Loving sister/sister-in-law to Dan Kelley, Mary and Phil Qualle, Dawn Kelley, Linda Natzel, Gloria and Gordon Lutz, and Bud Kelley (deceased). Sweet aunt to many nieces and nephews. Diane was born in Spencer, Iowa to farming parents Louisa and Dale Kelley. Some of her favorite childhood memories were spent with her grandparents in Lake Okoboji, Iowa. She loved Spirit Lake, the beautiful surrounding orchards, and the quiet, peaceful time spent fishing with her grandpa Lester Kelley and grandmother Della. When she was 14, she moved to Osceola, Wisconsin- where she later met and married
her husband of 56 years, Aaron. Aaron and Diane raised their four children in Cottage Grove. When her youngest child was in Kindergarten, she became a cosmetologist and sold Avon. She was an avid reader and enjoyed music and art, nature, flowers, plays, films, and collecting pottery. A small private service for immediate family will be held on the beautiful banks of the St. Croix River - a place she cherished. She will always be remembered for her kind and gentle spirit, grace, and compassion.

Age 94 of Princeton, MN passed away on September 28, 2015 at Sterling Pointe Senior Community in Princeton after his final battle with Alzheimer's. George was born on February 22,1921 in Janesville, WI, the youngest child of Louis and Rosetta (Yahnke) Wellenkotter. On May 30, 1953, he married
Priscilla Alden Mills in Janesville. George served in the 28th Infantry 8th Division in World War II in the European Theater and received the Purple Heart. He was a co-owner of the A&W Grocery Store in Madison and then owned The Suburban Super Liquor Store for many years. George loved duck hunting, gardening and cooking on the grill. He is preceded in death by his wife, Priscilla; parents; sister, Thelma Swanson; brothers, Gerhardt (Gay), Earl, and Harold. Survived by daughters, Sandra (Darwin) Parker of Richland, WI and Jane (Tom) Moore of Zimmerman, MN; grandchildren, Melanie (David) Vance, Ginger Parker, Nicholas (Jamie) Parker, Alexander (Catherine) Parker, Brigitte (Nicholas) Thorne, Samuel (Jill) Moore, Emily (Lucas) Cameron, Kimberly (Brian) Freiberg, and Gregory (Brandy) Moore; 21 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends. Graveside service at Fort Snelling National cemetery in Minneapolis at 1 p.m. on Thursday, October, 15, Lane #2. Memorials preferred to the Alzheimer's Association.

Age 80 of Crystal. Roy was born July 4, 1935 in Hamel, MN and passed away Sept. 22, 2015 in Brooklyn Center, MN. Roy was preceded in death by wife, Jane Broman; parents, Hugo & Clara Broman; brother, Bruce Broman and Harriet Olson Broman. Survived by children, Nancy Iten (Tom), Scott Broman (Jean), Susan Joy Broman, and Janel Broman; granddaughters, Lori Broman, Ember Broman and Jenae Broman; great-grandson, Sam Broman; siblings, Lucille, Floyd (Carol), Ben (Ruth), Marcene Olson, Sylvia Severson (Sheldon), Rita Kelley and David; along with many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Roy was a mentor to many and a friend to all. He will be missed. Roy lived in Crystal, MN for most of his adult life. He also worked at Robbinsdale Farm and Garden for over 40 years. A celebration of life for Roy will be held Sunday, Oct. 4, 2015 at Brunswick United Methodist Church, 6122 42nd Av N, Crystal, MN. 11:30 Visitation, 12:30 Service, followed by a luncheon at church. Interment service at Mound cemetery 3515 69th Ave N, Brooklyn Center, MN 55430.
