MEINHARDT
George Dorris Meinhardt, 88, Fulton, died April 10, 2003, at Callaway Community Hospital, Fulton.
He was born Feb. 11, 1915, in Fulton, a son of George and Ethel Beasley Meinhardt. He was married to Dorotha Jones, who survives at the home.
He worked as a city mail carrier in Fulton for 20 years and was a rural mail carrier for 20 years. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Fulton, where he served as deacon and trustee. He was a member of Fulton Masonic Lodge and Eastern Star. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
Other survivors include: one daughter, Diane Bulgin, Columbia; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Maupin Funeral Home, Fulton. The Rev. Murray Buschert will officiate. Entombment will be in Callaway Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. today.
Memorials are suggested to the H.E.L.P. Education Fund for Children.
HAGEMEYER
Oscar Hagemeyer, 91, California, died April 10, 2003, at his home.

McDOWELL
Florella L. McDowell, 76, Camdenton, died April 9, 2003, at her home.
She was born Feb. 14, 1927, in Hopkins County, Ky., a daughter of Leslie and Ruth Mae Swattard Riordan. She was married June 1, 1950, to Delmar E. McDowell Sr., who survives at the home.
She was a homemaker and waitress.
Other survivors include: two sons, Delmar E. McDowell Jr., Camdenton, and Dennis D. McDowell, Montreal; three daughters, Debra Kirby, Anita R. Stout and Melanie S. Stonitsch, all of Camdenton; three brothers, Frank Riordan, Niangua, Charles Riordan, Indianapolis, and Benny Ray Riordan, Tampa, Fla.; one sister, Edith Mae Smith, Indianapolis; 14 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
One son, William L. Williams, one grandchild and one great-grandchild preceded her in death.
Private services will be at a later date. Burial will be in Hedges Cemetery, Camdenton.
Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
GARRISON
Tommy J. Garrison, 47, California, died April 10, 2003, at Capital Region Medical Center.
He was born June 29, 1955, in Jefferson City, a son of Eugene C. and Vernie Lee Connell. His mother and step-father, Lee Murray, survive in California.
He was a 1973 graduate of California High School.
He worked for Fasco Corp., Eldon.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Weber and Sons Funeral Chapel, Russellville. Peter Kurowski will officiate. Burial will be in the Enloe Cemetery, Russellville.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today.

MILLER
Virginia F. Miller, 80, Jefferson City, died April 10, 2003, at Capital Region Medical Center.

KLEBBA
Virginia Mae Klebba, 86, Jefferson City, died April 11, 2003, at Villa Marie Skilled Nursing Facility.
She was born June 8, 1916, in Jefferson City, a daughter of Clifford G. and Margaret M. Nacy Scruggs. She was married June 9, 1941, in Jefferson City, to Lawrence B. Klebba, who died May 16, 1990.
She was a graduate of St. Peter High School. She attended Mount St. Scholastica College, Achison, Kan.; received her bachelor's degree from Fontbonne College, St. Louis; and continued her education at Lincoln University.
She worked with Scruggs-Guhleman Lumber Co. and was an elementary school teacher at St. Martin Catholic School.
She was a member of St. Joseph Cathedral, the church's Women's Association, Our Lady of Guadeloupe, Cole County Medical Society Auxiliary, St. Marys Health Center Auxiliary and volunteered in the community.
Survivors include: three sons, James M. Klebba, New Orleans, John M. Klebba, Golden, Colo., and Paul T. Klebba, Frisco, Texas ; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Cathedral. Burial will be in St. Peter Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home, with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m.

Joseph Ronald Shaldone, 66, Jefferson City, died April 11, 2003, at his home.

MARTIN
Pershing Parker Martin, 85, Jefferson City, died April 11, 2003, at St. Marys Health Center.
She was born Dec. 19, 1917, in Hayden, a daughter of John Franklin Parker and Edna Cordelia Miller Parker. She was married in 1933 to Herman Kolb. She later was married Oct. 20, 1946, in St. Charles,to James Russell Martin, who died Aug. 5, 2002.
She worked for Carter Carburetor and Nesco Food Service, St. Louis, and American Steel in Granite City, Ill.
She was a member of the Kenner Church of God, Hayden and First Church of God, Jefferson City. She also attended the First United Methodist Church, Jefferson City.
Survivors include: one son, Gary D. Kolb, San Antonio, Texas ; two daughters, Deborah K. Martin and Sheila L. Martin, both of Jefferson City; one sister, Louise Parker Freese, Peoria, Ill.; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home. The Rev. Jerrol L. Boehmer will officiate. Burial will be in the Hawthorn Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from noon-2 p.m. Thursday.

LOEHNER
David James Loehner, 63, Koeltztown, died April 11, 2003, in Porterville, Calif.

ALLEN
Wilbur "Glenn" Allen, 80, New Bloomfield, died April 13, 2003, at Capital Region Medical Center.
He was born July 18, 1922, in Guthrie, a son of William "Hulen" and Nellie Blanche Carnes Allen. He was married Dec. 31, 1941, in Eldon, to Omega Wyrick, who survives of the home.
He was a recreation officer for the Missouri Department of Corrections until his retirement in 1984. He was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church, New Bloomfield, where he was a deacon. He was a member of Gideons International and an Army veteran of World War II, receiving a Purple Heart.
Other survivors include: two sons, David Allen, Lebanon, and Jerry Allen, New Bloomfield; two daughters, Glenda Cundiff, Salt Lake City, and Carol Wolfmeier, Holts Summit; two sisters, Gladys Haley and Dolores Nichols, both of New Bloomfield; 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Hopewell Baptist Church, New Bloomfield. The Rev. Rick Hopkins, the Rev. J. W. Hall and the Rev. John Haley will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Debo Funeral Home, Holts Summit, and from 1-2 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
Memorials are suggested to Hopewell Baptist Church Building Fund or Gideons International.
MEISEL
Henry W. Meisel, 90, Jefferson City, died April 12, 2003, at Capital Region Medical Center.
He was born June 6, 1912, near Osage Bend, a son of John and Ida Propst Meisel. He was married June 9, 1940, in California, to Mildred A. Opel, who died April 3, 2003.
A lifelong resident of the Central Missouri area, he attended school in Osage Bend and Immanuel Lutheran School at Honey Creek. He was a carpenter and owned and operated Henry Meisel Construction Company for more than 30 years, until his retirement in 1974. He was a charter member of Faith Lutheran Church, where he served on numerous boards and committees including church properties. He was a member of the Lutheran Laymens League and was a Braille worker and delivered Meals on Wheels.
Survivors include: three sons, Larry Meisel and James Meisel, both of Jefferson City, and Leroy Meisel, Ft. Worth, Texas ; two brothers, John Meisel, Jefferson City, and Clarence Meisel, Englewood, Colo.; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Faith Lutheran Church. The Rev. Tony Alter and the Rev. Alvin Lange will officiate. Burial will be in Hawthorn Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, at Freeman Mortuary.
