Jarid Lee Sorrow, 22, of Kiln, MS passed away on Wednesday, December 12, 2007 in Kiln, MS. He was born
in Anderson, SC and was a resident of Kiln, MS. He was of the Baptist Faith. Jarid loved to play music.
He is preceded in death by his Grandmother, Agnes Faye Dunaway.
He is survived by his parents, Eddie and Tamra Sorrow of Perkinston, MS, his brother, Christopher Sorrow of Kiln, MS, grandparents, Edward and Bobbie Sorrow of Summit, MS, grandfather, Billy Dunaway of McComb, MS, and a nephew, Dustin Sorrow of Kiln, MS.
Services were held Sunday at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis, MS. Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis, MS was in charge of the arrangements.
JOHN PECOUL SR.
John "Johnnie" Joseph Pecoul, Sr., age 87, passed away in Biloxi, MS. He was born
January 1, 1920 in New Orleans, and lived there most of his life, moving to Waveland in 1999. His proudest accomplishment was being a veteran of the Army, serving with General Patton in World War II. He was a founding member of VFW Post 6640.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 66 years, Erma; his parents, Alfred and Elvina Pecoul, and siblings, Charles, Alfred, Adelle, Sis, Norman, and Jimmy Pecoul.
John was the loving father of John J. Pecoul, Jr. and wife Karlyn, and Kathleen P. Camp and husband Charlie. He was a proud grandfather to Meliss Carlson, and husband Steve, Keith Pecou, Laura Freeman, and husband Jared, Katy Camp, and Kelly Camp; great granddaughter, Layne Carlson; also survived by brother, Stanley Pecoul; and many nieces and nephews.
The funeral service was Tuesday, December 18, 2007 at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 9113 Kiln Delisle Rd, in Pass Christian. Interment followed in Bayou LaCroix cemetery.
EDITH DAVIS
Edith "Maw Maw" Favre Davis, 78 of Bay St. Louis, MS passed away on December 16, 2007 in Bay St. Louis, MS. She retired from Hancock County as a Road Foreman after many, many years of service. She enjoyed fishing, hunting, the outdoors, and was a great cook. Maw Maw, as most knew her, was a very special person, once you met her you would never forget her. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Frank Davis, parents, Cameron & Viola Favre, brothers, Francis Tubb Favre, Bill Favre, J.C. Favre, Milford Favre, and her sister, Wilma P. Stamnes, and her grandson, Joby Necaise.
She is survived by her daughter, Nancy Davis Necaise and her husband, Joe of Bay St. Louis, MS, her brother, Hugo Favre, Sr. & his wife, Myrna of Bay St. Louis, MS, her sister, Murdy Shiyou & her husband, Dolphus, sister-in-law, Virgie Favre of Long Beach, MS, 3 grandchildren, Joe Necaise, Clay Necaise, & Ray Necaise, 3 great grandchildren, Blayton, Clay Joby, Jaleigh Necaise, and numerous nieces & nephews.
The visitation will be on Wednesday, December 19, 2007 from 6:00 pm until at 1001 Washington St., Bay St. Louis, MS. The Funeral Service will be on Thursday, December 20, 2007 at 1:00 pm on Washington St. Interment will follow in Bayou CoCo cemetery.

EUNICE TOURNE
Eunice Fayard Tourne died Sunday, January 20, 2008 while visiting her son in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Services are scheduled for Wednesday, January 23, 2008 in Picayune, Mississippi. Visitation will be at McDonald’s Funeral Home from 12:30 to 1:30 and mass will be at 2:00 at St. Charles Catholic Church. Internment will be at New Palestine cemetery immediately thereafter.
The last surviving child of Louise Gazzo Fayard and Judge Henry T. Fayard, Sr., Eunice was born
in Bay St. Louis on January 22, 1920, graduated from St. Joseph’s Academy and resided there until her marriage to Paul D. Tourne, Sr. of Picayune. Preceding her in death are her husband Paul, her grandson, Jason Ashton Tourne, her parents, Louise and Henry Fayard, her brothers, Pete Fayard, Elton Fayard, H.T. Fayard, Jr. and Robert Fayard; her sisters, Ildred Hart, Emma Fischer, Emelda Kearney, Genevieve Ziegler and Mercedes Sawyer.
Eunice is survived by her children, Paulette (Richard) Koenig of Tehachapi, CA, Paul D. (Stephanie) Tourne, Jr. of Albuquerque, NM and Thomas E. (Mary Lou). Tourne; her four grandchildren, Paulette, Jesse, Edwin and Jeremy; seven great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews as well as grand and great grand nieces and nephews also.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Jan. 23 at noon at Trinity Outreach Ministries for Deshone Vincent Warren Sr, 26, of Picayune, who died Wednesday, Jan. 16.
Burial will be in the Picayune cemetery under the direction of Brown's Funeral Home.
Visitation will be Wednesday, Jan. 23 from 11 a.m.-noon at Trinity Outreach Ministries.
BRANDON KING
Funeral services will be held Friday, Jan. 25 at 1 p.m. at East Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church for Brandon King, 26, of Picayune, who died Wednesday, Jan. 16.
Burial will be in the Picayune cemetery under the direction of Brown's Funeral Home.
Visitation will be Friday, Jan. 25 from noon-1 p.m. at East Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church.
Eunice E. Williams
PERKINSTON, MS - Mrs. Eunice E. Williams, age 95 passed away Tuesday, November 14, 2006 at Stone County Hospital. Mrs. Williams was a homemaker and a member of Little Creek Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents Tom and Elmira Evans; husband, Lamar A. Williams and one son, Pete Williams.
She is survived by three daughters, Shirley Deloney of Perkinston, Rita Shoemaker and husband Henry of Perkinston, and June Schloegel of Gulfport; nine grandchildren, Devona Todd, Andrea Crawford, Shannon Phelps, Todd Shoemaker, Greg Shoemaker, Keith McQueen, Kevin McQueen, Mark McQueen and Kip Schloegel; and 14 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Friday, November 17, 2006 at Moore Funeral Home Chapel in Wiggins with interment that followed at Little Creek cemetery in Perkinston.

Minnie L. Preston
PERKINSTON, MS - Mrs. Minnie L. Preston, age 75 passed away, Sunday, November 19, 2006. Mrs. Preston was born
in Wiggins on February 6, 1931 to Robert and Elizabeth Rayburn. She was the 12th of 14 children. She graduated from Big Level High School, and married
John T. Preston on July 23, 1950. She was a member of Big Level Baptist Church. Mrs. Preston was preceded in death by her husband, John Preston, her father and mother, Robert and Elizabeth Rayburn.
She is suvived by a brother, Jake Rayburn of Perkinson; a daughter, Debbie Nida and her husband Bill of Niceville, FL, their daughter, Tracy Cooper and her husband Erik of Camp LeJuene, NC; sons, Will and Alex Cooper; a son Kevin Preston of Perkinston, and a son David Preston and his wife Peggy of Plano, TX and son Chris Preston and daughter Katrina Preston of Dallas, TX.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 22, 2006, 10am at Big Level Baptist Church with interment that will follow at Big Level cemetery. Reverend David Perry will officiate.
Donations may be made to the Big Level Baptist Church Building Program Fund, 1346 City Bridge Road, Wiggins, MS 39577.

Edward Pykosz
WIGGINS, MS - Mr. Edward Pykosz, age 85 passed away Sunday, November 19, 2006 at Stone County Rehab and Nursing Home in Wiggins. Mr. Pykosz was of the Catholic faith, a Air Force Veteran of the Korean Conflict, and a retired Captain U.S. Air Force and Navy.
He is survived by friend and caretaker, Tayna Rich of Wiggins.
Graveside services will be held Friday, November 24, 2006 at Biloxi National cemetery.

FRED LYMUEL JR.
Fred H. Lymuel, Jr, 56 of Byronm, MS, died January 18, 2008 in Jackson.
Mr. Lymuel was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church, Jackson, MS. He was a 1972 graduate of Bay St. Louis Senior High School and was employed with General Motors Delphi for over 20 years.
He was preceded in death by his father, Fred H. Lymuel, Sr. and stepfather, Lester "Buster" Johnson.
His survivors include: a son Germaine D. (Latoya) Lymuel, Jackson, MS; his mother, Mary Tate Johnson, Bay St. Louis, MS; four sisters, Charlene M. Johnson, Tina (Tommy) Harrell all of Bay St. Louis, MS, DeAnna Lymuel, CA, Traci (Anthony) Wyche, TX; five brothers, Michael Lymuel, Gulfport, MS, Eric Lymuel, Gerard (Lisa) Lymuel both of Bay St. Louis, MS, Troy Lymuel, Darryl Lymuel both of TX; a loving companion, Anita Oliver, Jackson, MS; stepmother, Shirley Lymuel, Austin, TX; three great-aunts, Victoria Webb, Pass Christian, MS, Lilly Gueno, New Orleans, LA, Victorine McDade, CA; Services: 11 am, Friday, January 25, 2008, St. Rose de Lima Catholic Church, Bay St. Louis, MS with a visitation one hour prior to services. ROSEMARY BONADONA
Rosemary "Millinery" Bonadona passed away peacefully with her family by her side in Alameda, Calif. on Jan. 17, 2008. Rose was born
in Bay St. Louis on Jan. 13, 1937. She went to Bay St. Louis High School, where she excelled in basketball and track. While attending Pearl River College, she met her husband Philip Bonadona, who is a retired Alameda Police Sergeant. She worked for Pacific Bell and SBC for 30 plus years and became the first female Right-of-Way Agent in California. She was a member of AT&T; Pioneers, was the first female president of the Alameda Athletic Association, one of the founding members of what is now known as the Alameda Soccer Club and had a special fondness for the Special Olympics.
She was preceded in death by her mother Mabel Curet and her father Philip Molinario. She leaves to cherish her memory, loving husband Philip Bonadona, daughter Denise Falcon; sons Morris, Philip Jr and Joseph Bonadona; sister Dorothy Poyadou, grandchildren Megan and Roman Falcom; Danielle, Kaylee, Jordan, Joshua, Daniel and Andrea Bonadona.
Rose was a beautiful wide, mother, grandmother and a caring friend to many. She was always easy going and so understanding and forgiving. The door was always open and food for everyone who entered. Because of her involvement with many youth programs, Rose was a second mother to many young people.
She very seldom talked about herself and very few knew of her athletic prowess. Rose was once compared with Babe Zarharias by a sports writer from Mississippi. According to the article, she was sensational and dominated the basketball court when she played. Coaches were unable to figure out a way to stop her from scoring. She made the varsity team when she was in the eighth grade and went on to average 35 points per game for five years in a row. She was also a high school champion in all track events and went undefeated in tennis while attending Pearl River College. Rose was a phenom in sports and phenomenal in life with everyone she met.
A celebration of her life and a memorial service for Rose will be held Monday, Jan. 28, 2008 at 10 a.m. at St. Alberts Church, 1022 Holly St., Alameda, Calif. Reception to follow.

JOHN HILL
John Walter Hill, 80, of Bay St. Louis, MS passed away on Tuesday, February 19, 2008 in Picayune, MS. He was born
in New Albany, MS and was a longtime resident of Bay St. Louis, MS. He was a Deacon and Elder of the First Presbyterian Church in Bay St. Louis, MS. John was a Veteran in the U.S. Coast Guard having served during World War II and was a Member of the American Legion Post #77 in Waveland, MS. He was a Graduate of MS State University in 1950. He retired from NASA in 1990 after 36 years. He loved his family, loved to fish and loved MS State Football and Baseball. John will be sadly missed by all that knew him.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Helen Hill.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Eleanor Hill of Bay St. Louis, MS, his daughter, Beverly Heinsz and her husband, Mark, & 2 grandchildren, Joshua and Caleb Heinsz of Slidell, LA, sister-in-law, Tommie Lupo of Martinsville, MS.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2008 at 11:00 am at the First Presbyterian Church, 114 Ulman Ave., Bay St. Louis, MS. Visitation to follow in the Fellowship Hall. In Lieu of flowers, the family request donations to the First Presbyterian Church in Bay St. Louis, MS or their favorite charity.

JEFFREY FAVRE
Jeffrey Joseph Favre, 77, passed away on Sunday, February 10, 2008 in Jacksonville, FL. He was a lifelong resident of Bay St. Louis, MS before moving to Jacksonville, FL after Katrina to be closer to his son. He was a member of Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church in Bay St. Louis, MS. Jeff was a Personnel Officer for the U.S. Army.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Cecile McCaleb Favre, his parents, Alphonse Gabriel & Inez Adele Blaize Favre, Sr., his brothers, A.G. Favre, Nelius A. Favre, and Bruce E. Favre, and his sisters, Udell L. Favre, and Beverly Ann F. Scianna.
He is survived by his son, Jeffrey " Chris" Christian Favre and his wife, Lori of Jacksonville, FL, 3 brothers, Curtis B. Favre of Bay St. Louis, MS, Gregory E. Favre of Sacramento, CA, Byron "Pat" Favre of Longview, TX, sister, Inez A. Pope of Bay St. Louis, MS, sister-in-law, Jewel McCaleb of Bay St. Louis, MS, and his 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
The visitation will be on Saturday, February 23, 2008 from 10:00 am until 12:00 noon at Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church in Bay St. Louis, MS. The Mass of Christian Burial will be at 12:00 Noon. Burial will follow in St. Mary cemetery in Bay St. Louis, MS.
