ROBINSONVILLE - Services for Ronald A. Deyo Sr., 57, of Robinsonville, formerly of Folton, N.Y., truck driver for Brown Trucking in Memphis, who died of cancer Feb. 1, 2003 at his home, will be 2 p.m. Feb. 5 at Brantley-Phillips Funeral Home in Hernando, with burial in Goodrum Memorial cemetery.
He was a Vietnam veteran. Mr. Deyo, the husband of Judy S. Deyo, also leaves a daughter, Debra A. Deyo of Fulton, N.Y.; three sons, Ronald A. Deyo Jr., of Phoenix, N. Y., Ricky J. Deyo of Mamers, N. C., and Robert N. Deyo of Fulton; his mother, Faith Deyo; four sisters, Shirley McGinley, Elaine Cary, and Patricia LePointe, all of Fulton, and Marjorie Altman of Phoenix, N. Y.; a brother, Gerald Deyo of Mid West City, Okla.; and six grandchildren.

Nell Alma Edwards
SOUTHAVEN - Services for Nell Alma Edwards, 80, of Southaven, homemaker, who died Feb. 1, 2003 at DeSoto Healthcare Center, will be 2 p.m. Feb. 5 at Forest Hill South Chapel, with burial in Forest Hill cemetery.
She was a Baptist. Mrs. Edwards, the widow of Charles Watson Edwards, leaves a daughter, Rebecca Ann Edwards of Indianopolis, Ind.; a son, Charles M. Edwards of Kansas City, Mo.; a sister, Myrtle Grammer of Hueytown, Ala.; and two grandchildren, Rachel and Joel Edwards of Kansas City.

Pauline H. Harris
HERNANDO - Services for Pauline H. Harris, 86, of Hernando, teacher for DeSoto County Schools for over 30 years, who died of cancer Jan. 31, 2003 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-DeSoto, were Feb. 3 at Hernando Baptist Church, where she was a member, with burial in Hernando Memorial Park. Brantley-Phillips Funeral Home in Hernando.
She was a graduate of University of Mississippi, and a member of Gideon International. Mrs. Harris, the widow of W. I. 'Pete' Harris, leaves five daughters, Nella Wicker of Waxahachie, Texas, Joan Pierce, and Lola Robison, both of Hernando, Barbara Wright of Tunica, and Zada Malouf of Jackson, Miss.; four sons, Jimmy Harris of Jackson, Billy Harris of Hooston, Texas, Doc Harris of Southaven, and Wayne Harris of Hernando; four sisters, Ann Baker, and Jeanette Baker, both of Byram, Miss., Fannie Morris Rhodes of Pelahatchie, Miss., and Rea Fulgham of Jackson, Miss.; four Bob Hollingsworth of Chica, Miss., and John Hollingsworth, Juliuw Hollingsworth, and Paul Hollingsworth, all of Byram, Miss.; 22 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be sent to Hernando Baptist Church Building Fund.

Eva Blanche Scott
MEMPHIS - Services for Eva Blanche Scott, 76, of Memphis, who died Jan. 31, 2003 at her home, will be 1 p.m. today at Forest Hill South Chapel, with burial in Forest Hill South cemetery.
She was a member of Central Church in Collierville, and former member of The British Club. Mrs. Scott, the wife of Edgar Lee 'Scottie' Scott for 51 years, also leaves a daughter, Anne R. Nesta of Memphis; a son, Douglas Lee Scott of Horn Lake; a brother, Douglas Thompson of Wales, U.K.; and a grandson.

Maybelle Chinault Waldrop
OLIVE BRANCH - Services for Maybelle Chinault Waldrop, 79, of Olive Branch, retired from Goldsmith's, who died Feb. 1, 2003, will be 1 p.m. today at Brantley Funeral Home in Olive Branch, with burial in Pleasant Hill cemetery.
She was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Mrs. Waldrop, the widow of Wade William Waldrop, leaves three daughters, Mary Waldrop Lethers of Olive Branch, Barbara Waldrop Tunnell of Southaven, and Betty Waldrop Putman of Brandon, Miss.; two sisters, Josephine Prewitt of Oxford, and Louise Dodson of San Bernadino, Calif.; a brother, Harold Chinault of East Alton, Ill.; nine grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.

Kevin M. 'DaQuad' Barnette
SOUTHAVEN - Services for Kevin M. 'DaQuad' Barnette, 30, of Southaven, who died Dec. 14, 2002 at St. Francis Hospital, will be 1 p.m. today at Forest Hill South Chapel, with burial in Forest Hill South cemetery.
He was a member of Harley Davidson Owner's Group (HOG), and Christian Motorcycle Association (CMA). He leaves his Mother, Teresa Barnette of Southaven; three sisters, Debbie Martin of Jacksonville, Fla., Danielle Smith of Southaven, and Melissa Rushing of Horn Lake; three brothers, Sg.t Shane Luker of Alaska, Ron Luker of Jackson, Miss., and Kerri Barnette of Vicksburg; and grandparents, Geneva Garner, and Gladys Barnette.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in Kevin's name.

Maggie L. Fields
MEMPHIS - Services for Meggie L. Fields, 88, of Memphis, retired from Sears after 42 years, who died Dec. 14, 2002 at Baptist East Hospital, were Dec. 16 at Brantley Funeral Home in Olive Branch, with burial in McKay cemetery in Hickory Flat, Miss.
She was a lifetime member of Rivercrest Baptist Church. She leaves two sisters, Mae E. Fields, and Mrs. River F. Dickerson, both of Memphis; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Rafe W. Kendall Jr.
OXFORD - Services for Rafe W. Kendall Jr., 71, of Oxford, Miss., retired from law enforcement, who died Dec. 15, 2002 at Baptist Memorial North, will be 1:30 p.m. Dec. 18 at Webb Sumner United Methodist Church in Webb, with burial in Woodlawn cemetery in Sumner, Miss. Hernando Funeral Home has charge.
Mr. Kendall, the widower of Nancy Kendall, leaves a daughter, Karen Lovett of Abbeville, Miss.; two sons, Robbie Kendall of Atlanta, Ga., and Kerry Paul of Conway, Ark.; a sister, Betty Caffey of Birmingham, Ala.; and three grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Webb Sumner Methodist Church.

Louise Euton Moberly
HERNANDO - Services for Louise Euton Moberly, 79, of Hernando, homemaker, who died Dec. 11, 2002 at Baptist Hemorial Hospital-DeSoto, were Dec. 14 at Brantley-Phillips Funeral Home, with burial in Hernando Memorial Park.
She was a member of Parkway Baptist Church of Hernando. Mrs. Moberly, the widow of Robert L. Moberly, leaves a daughter, June Hambrick of Leesburg, Va.; two sons, Robert L. Moberly of Boyce, Va., and Brad Moberly of Hernando; a sister, Edith Davis of Senatobia; and seven grandchildren.

William Wathen Prewitt Jr.
SOUTHAVEN - Services for William Wathen Prewitt, Jr., 86, of Southaven, formerly of Fairbanks, Alaska, retired power plant operator with Nasa Gilmore Tracking Station of Alaska, who died Dec. 15, 2002 at his home, will be 11 a.m. Dec. 18 at First Baptist Church of Nesbit, with burial in Forest Hill South cemetery.
He was a member of First Baptist Church of Nesbit, also retired from civil service in Ft. Wainwright, Alaska, a member of Masonic Lodge of Leland, Miss., Fraternal Order of Eagles of Fairbanks, previous owner of Southaven Video and Hobby, and former employee of Central Hardware in Memphis.
Mr. Prewitt, the widower of Patricia B. Prewitt, leaves three daughters, Janice L. Walters of Cordova, E. Eva Prewitt-Bradshaw of Anchorage, Alaska, and C. Melody Prewitt of Southaven; sons, five sons, William W. Prewitt III of Jonesboro, Ark., Stephen E. Prewitt of August, Ga., Clarence R. Prewitt of Anchorage, Alaska, Robert C. Prewitt II of Southaven, and Darrell Prewitt of Marked Tree, Ark.; 15 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, R.E. Prewitt.
Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Nesbit.

Muriel Elizabeth Ray
MEMPHIS - Services for Muriel Elizabeth Ray, 93, of Memphis, retired from Model Laundry, who died Dec. 13, 2002 at St. Francis Nursing Home, were Dec. 16 at Forest Hill South Chapel, with burial in Forest Hill South cemetery.
She was a member of Union Avenue Baptist Church. She leaves a sister, Frances Ragan of Memphis; and eight nieces and nephews who cared for her.

Charles Wesley Saurenman
HERNANDO - Services for Charles Wesley Saurenman, 78, of Hernando, auto mechanic, who died Dec. 14, 2002 at his home, were Dec. 16 at Hernando Funeral home, with burial in Memphis Memory Gardens.
He was a motorcycle, stock car, and boat racer. Mr. Saurenman, the husband of Arnie R. Saurenman, also leaves a daughter, Sharon K. Corson of Southaven; a son, Thomas E. Saurenman of Hernando; a brother, Leo R. Saurenman of Cheney, Kansas; and four grandchildren.

Loveta M. Soderberg
SOUTHAVEN - Loveta M. Soderberg, 81, of Southaven, retired teacher for the Job Corp. died Dec. 15, 2002 at Baptist Progressive Care of Southaven. Twin Oaks Funeral Home in Southaven has charge. Burial will be in Oceanview cemetery in Warrenton, Ore.
She was a Baptist, and a 50-year member of the Eastern Star. Mrs. Soderberg, the widow of Lester Soderberg, leaves a son, Vant Vickers of Olive Branch; a sister, Marie Thompson of Ft. Worth, Texas, and a grandchild.

Nona Mae Vaughn
MEMPHIS - Services for Nona Mae Vaughn, 87, of Memphis, homemaker, who died Dec. 15, 2002 at Baptist Progressive Care Center in Southaven, will be 11 a.m. today at Forest Hill Midtown Funeral Home, with burial in Forest Hill Midtown cemetery.
She was a member of Broadway Baptist Church for 54 years, where she served in the Women's Mission Union, and a volunteer with the Girl Scouts.
Mrs. Vaughn, the widow of Boyce H. Vaughn, leaves two daughters, Shirley Bolton of Wilmington, Del., and Judy Payne of Hernando; six grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
