Mr. Charles "Charlie" Otis May, 20, died Friday, March 14, 2003, in Mobile, Ala. Mr. May was a native of Pascagoula, Miss., and a resident of 3165 Vincent Road, Lake Charles, La., a student Mississippi College, and a longtime resident of Lucedale, Miss. He was a member of Rotaract Men's Club at Mississippi College, a 2000 graduate of George County High School, a four-time letterman of the GCHS Golf Team and a member of the Barton Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, a golf scholarship has been established in his name at Century Bank in Lucedale.
Visitation was held Sunday, March 16, 2003, from 3 to 8 p.m. from Sigler Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Monday, March 17, 2003, at 11 a.m. from Barton Baptist Church with the Rev. John Henry, the Rev. Gary Strehlow and the Rev. James Sanders officiating.
Interment will follow in the Barton Baptist Church cemetery.
Survivors include his parents Kevin and Pattie May, Lake Charles, La.; two brothers, Jeremy May, London, England, and Craig May, Lake Charles; three grandparents, Mrs. Philip (Margie) May, Lucedale, and Mr. and Mrs. Sam Leonard, Walker, La., and his dearest friend, Bridgett Bailey, Memphis, Tenn.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Mr. Philip May.
Pallbearer will be Brandon Turner, Brandon Tisdale, John Russell O'Neal, Jeffry Peters, Grandon Lowery, Randy Welford, Ricky Smith, Rob Kirksey, Jason Josey and Dave Dunaway.
Arrangements by Sigler Funeral Home, 4248 Main St., Lucedale.

WEBB
Marie Louise Webb, 68, of Pascagoula, Miss., died Saturday, March 15, 2003, in Pascagoula. She was born icon Sept. 29, 1934, in Jackson County, Miss. She was a retired insurance clerk from Millette Insurance Company of Pascagoula.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Mr. Julius and Mrs. Wilma Mims Grant; her son, Leo L. Webb III, and a sister, Georgia Hudson.
She is survived by four daughters and two sons-in-law, Mary Jo and Rick Schaub of Jackson, Ala., Jackie and Tim Colmeraur of Lucedale, Miss., Shelvin Webb of Pascagoula, and Marilyn and Bobby Trehern of Agricola, Miss.; a sister, Helen Pease of West Kingston, RI; nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Monday, March 17, 2003, from 6-9 p.m. at Holder-Wells Funeral Home in Moss Point, Miss.
Funeral services will be held on Tues., March 18 at 11 a.m. from Christ Lutheran Church in Pascagoula with pastor John Arbogast officiating.
There will be a one-hour visitation in the church prior to service time.
Interment will follow in Machpelah cemetery, Pascagoula.

HAMES
Mrs. Karen Hall Hames, 53, of Prairieville, La., died May 28, 2003, at her residence. She was born icon April 19, 1950, in Philadelphia, Miss. Mrs. Hames was preceded in death by her father, Felbert Hall, and infant daughter, Renee Hames.
Survivors include her husband, Michael Hames of Prairieville, La.; mother, Ozell Jenkins Hall of Pascagoula; daughter and son-in-law, Christy and Ted Prudhomme of Prairieville; son and daughter-in-law, William and Lori Hames of Pascagoula; sister, Nancy Miller of Pascagoula; brothers, Claude Hall of Hurley, Jim Hall of Wiggins and Dale Hall of Pascagoula; six grandchldren; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, May 30, at Holder-Wells Funeral Home in Moss Point, Miss.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 31, from the funeral home chapel.
Interment will be at Machpelah cemetery in Pascagoula, Miss.

HUDSON
Mack Henry Hudson Jr., 64, of Gautier, Miss., died Wednesday, May 28, 2003, after a lengthy illness. Mr. Hudson was born icon Dec. 29, 1938. He was a lifelong resident of Jackson County, retiring from Ingalls Shipbuilding as a senior labor relations specialist. Mr. Hudson was a 1962 graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, and a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Gautier. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mack H., Sr. and Velma Hudson.
Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Bobbie Fayard Hudson of Gautier; two sons, Mack H. (Jade) Hudson III and Christopher Hudson; two grandchildren, Madison Leigh and Nathan Chandler Hudson; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Helen and Charles Snead; and aunt, Melanie (Pete) Dupont.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 30, at O'Bryant-O'Keefe Funeral Home in Pascagoula. A rosary will be recited at 5:30 p.m.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 31, from the funeral home chapel, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Father Patrick Hayes and Father Gerard Cleary will officiate.
Interment will follow at the Machpelah cemetery in Pascagoula.
Pallbearers will be Duane Maxted, Vince Ruta, Ronnie Delmas, Charles Snead, Dan Swetman and Eddie Marsalis.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to charities of choice.

BOSARGE
Capt. Edward Louis Bosarge, owner-operator of the fishing boat Silk Ridge, was born icon Sept. 7, 1916 in Kreole, Miss., and died Tuesday, May 27, 2003, at his home in Grand Bay, surrounded by his family.
Capt. Ed had many passions in his life and was a beloved father and husband. He was a member of Charles Haynes Lodge #627 F&AM in Bayou La Batre for 57 years.
He also enjoyed gardening and the men's and woman's Silk Ridge softball teams and baseball and fishing of any kind.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Preston and Janette Bosarge of Kreole, Miss.; two brothers, William Bosarge of Moss Point, Miss. and Roe Sharp Bosarge of Orange Grove, Miss.; two sisters, Annabelle Cox of Biloxi, Miss. and Ruby Dale of Grand Bay, Ala.; and one grandson, Max Edward Bosarge of Grand Bay, Ala.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Mrs. Myrtle Clark Bosarge of Grand Bay; two sons, Melvin W. Bosarge and Layton L. Bosarge, both of Grand Bay; two daughters, Anelda Williams of Grand Bay and Dema Lee Crockett of Mobile; and four sisters, Lillian Stork of Kreole, Ida Mae Rester of Mobile, Thelma Olenick of North Carolina and Bertha Hanson of Woolmarket, Miss. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; two great-, great-grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
The funeral will be at noon Friday, May 30, from the chapel of Serenity Funeral Home.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. until service time Friday. Interment will take place in Oddfellow cemetery in Bayou La Batre.
Pallbearers will be Warren Bosarge, James Williams Jr., Edward Crockett, Layton Bosarge Jr., John Bosarge, Johnny Johnson, Hugh Lupton Jr., Gary Ellis and Seth Bosarge.
The family extends a special thanks to the SouthernCare Hospice personnel and many other caring supporters.

McINTOSH
Ret. Msgt. Willard Lee McIntosh, 74, of Ocean Springs, Miss., died Tuesday, May 27, 2003, in Ocean Springs. He was born icon Feb. 14, 1929, in Hamilton County, Ohio and has been a resident of Ocean Springs for 17 years.
He retired in 1977 as a master sergeant instructor. He served in the U.S. Air Force for 22 years and was enlisted during the Korean Conflict and Vietnam War.
He was a member of Christus Victor Luthern Church in Ocean Springs, Miss., Masonic Lodge # 54 in Melford, Ohio, A.L.S. Association, Disabled American Veterans and V.F.W. in Ocean Springs. He was preceded in death by his parents, Archie Everett McIntosh and Gladys Mae McIntosh.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Jacquelyn Mae Smith McIntosh, of Ocean Springs; daughter and son-in-law, Candace Muschinshke (Kent), of Dresser, Wisc.; son, Douglas McIntosh, of Ocean Springs; six grandchildren; and three sisters and one brother, Mildred Hyler, Mary Burgess, Lillian Roflow and Edward McIntosh, all of Ohio.
Visitation will be Thursday, May 29, from 6 to 8 p.m., at O'Bryant-O'Keefe Funeral Home in Gautier, Miss.
An additional visitation will be held on Saturday, May 31, from 6 to 8 p.m., at Eghert Funeral Home in Mt. Orab, Ohio.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Sunday, June 1, from the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Charles Brooks officiating.
Interment will be at New Harmony cemetery, Williamsburg, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the A.L.S. Association Research (Lou Gehrig's Disease), 27001 Agoura Road, Suite 150, Calabasas Hills, Calif. 91301-5104.

YOUNG
Ossie Mae Young was born icon July 9, 1945 to Mrs. Zennie Graham of Moss Point, Miss. and the late Mr. Ervin Odom of Beatrice, Ala.
She departed this life on Sunday, May 25, 2003, in Meridian, Miss. at the age of 57.
She was united in Holy matrimony to the late Robert Young of Camden, Ala., and to this union one son was born, John Young (United States Navy) of Jacksonville, Fla.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Young; her father, Ervin Odom; grandmother, Mrs. Georgia Locke, both of Beatrice, Ala.; and uncle, George Locke of Akron, Ohio.
She leaves to cherish precious memories, her mother, Mrs. Zennie Graham of Moss Point; her only son and daughter-in-law, John and Felicia Young (Jacksonville, Fla.); three grandchildren, whom she cherished and loved, Akita Young, Lawandra Young and John D. Young Jr., all of Jacksonville, Fla.; four sisters, Ms. Brenda Peters, Ms. Grace Graham, both of Gautier, Mrs. Norma (Edward) Haynes and Ms. Mary Ann Kyle, both of Detroit, Mich.; three brothers, Alex Graham of Moss Point, Darrell Graham of Escatawpa and Eddie (Tracy) Graham of Gautier; two devoted aunts, Sarah Nettles of Beatrice, Ala. and Fannie Mae Dewberry of Virginia Beach, Va.; four other brothers-in-law, Frank Abrams, Johnny Chestnut, Albert Lawson, all of Moss Point, and Roy Lee Peters, of Gautier; two other sisters-in law, Patricia Graham and Tawana Graham, both of Moss Point; three wonderful cousins, Nellie Cunningham and family, Willie Jones and family, Carolyn Young and family; a devoted friend, Eula Monagan and family, a devoted caregiver and friend, Betty Lewis-Vaughans and family, both of Moss Point; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends; all who knew and loved her.
Viewing will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday, May 30, at Turner-Gulf Funeral Home.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 31, at the Meridian Street Church of Christ in Moss Point, with brother E. Lester Wess officiating. Interment will follow at the Scranton cemetery in Pascagoula.
Arrangements made by Turner-Gulf Funeral Service, Pascagoula, Miss.
Family repast to be held at the church immediately following Interment.

COWAN
Eva Goff Cowan, 95, of Saltillo, Miss., died May 25, 2003, at Dogwood Plantation, Saltillo, Miss. She was owner of Cowan's Womens Apparel for over 40 years, and was a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She was preceded in death by her parents, Council and Ida Lou Goff; and husband, Connel Glasner Cowan Sr.
Survivors include two sons, Dr. Edgar Evans Cowan (Ann), of Las Vegas, Nev. and Connel G. Cowan, Jr. (Carol), of Pascagoula, Miss.; one daughter, Mary Lou Hunter, (Raymond) of Tupelo, Miss.; her caregivers, Darlene Beckler, Mary D. Kesler, Juanita Donaford, and Virginia Warren; 17 grandchildren; a host of great- grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be Thursday, May 29, from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at O'Bryant-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Pascagoula.
Graveside service will be Thursday, May 29, at 3 p.m., at Griffin cemetery in Moss Point.
Interment will be in Griffin cemetery, Moss Point.
