Carolynn Michelle McLuskey and Douglas Jennings Bright were married
June 14, 2002 at the Kleffner Ranch in East Helena. District Court Judge Dorothy McCarter officiated.
The maid of honor was Leslie McCartney and the best man was Jim Bright. Sierra Farley was the flower girl and Chance Bright was the ring bearer.
Carolynn is the daughter of Margaret and Jim McLuskey of Calgary, Canada. She graduated from the University of Montana in 1993 and has been employed as a reporter at the Independent Record since 1994.
Doug is the son of Carolyn and the late Tom Bright of East Helena. He attended Helena High School and is currently employed as an equipment operator at Helena Sand and Gravel.
The couple honeymooned at Yellowstone Park.
Colette Vonada and Robert Summers
Colette Rae Vonada and Robert Alan Summers were married
April 20, 2002, at the Coeur d'Alene Resort.
The maid of honor was Theresa Sheldon. The flower girl was Kailey Sheldon.
The best man was Billy Summers. The ring bearer was Sam Summers.
Colette is the daughter of Ray and Ella Vonada of Helena. She is a Helena High School graduate. Colette is employed as a firefighter with the City of Helena.
Robert is the son of Bill and Myrna Summers of Helena. He is also a Helena High School graduate. Robert is the owner of Helena Weed Control.
The couple will honeymoon in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
They live in Helena.
Jahna and David Nunn
Jahna Mae Davis and David Edward Nunn were married
May 25, 2002, at Grizzly Garden in Helena. Officiating was The Rev. Wanda Christofferson
The maid of honor was Melanie Nunn. The bridesmaids were Carol Hatfield, Kris Nunn, and Amy Reeves. Flower girl was Morgan Nunn, candle lighter was Tiffany Reeves, and Heather Nehring, pianist, and Les Morgan, soloist, provided music.
Best men were Ernie Nunn III and Brook Hatfield. Chad Davis and Tony Aguto were the groomsmen and Braden Hatfield was the junior groomsman. The ring bearer was Alec Nehring. Reading was by Dave Nunn, and Jeff Nehring, Elmer Cahoon, and Levi Cahoon served as ushers.
Jahna is the daughter of John and Evelyn Davis of Helena. In 1999, she graduated from Capital High School. Jahna is a student at Montana State University in Bozeman majoring in business administration with an emphasis in marketing. She is also a financial representative intern employed at Northwestern Mutual Financial Network in Bozeman.
David is the son of Dave and Sarah Nunn of Leavenworth, Kan. He is a 1993 graduate of Leavenworth High School, and he graduated in 1999 from the University of Montana in Missoula with a Bachelor of Science Degree in forestry. David is employed at the U.S. Forest Service, Townsend Ranger District, as a wildland firefighter
The couple honeymooned aboard a cruise to British Columbia.
They live in Three Forks.
Carissa Halsey and Joshua Boyles
Carissa Ann Halsey and Joshua Kane Boyles were married
on April 5, 2002, in Helena.
Katie Day was the maid of honor. Kelly Ryan and Elizabeth Tonelli were the bridesmaids, and Jordi Atchison was the flower girl.
Donny Thompson was the best man. Andy Kipper and Justin Meguro were the groomsmen. The ring bearer was Kasey Clarke, and Jeff Wengerin, Kyle Waeckerlin and Luke Foy served as ushers.
Carissa is the daughter of David and Melissa Clarke of Helena, and Dan Halsey of New Mexico. She is a habilitation aid / personal care attendant at Spring Meadow Resources and Spectrum Medical.
Joshua is the son of Janet Atchison of Helena, and Joel and Faye Boyles of Mississippi. He is serving in the U.S. Army stationed in Germany.
Vose and Nye

Jennifer is a customer service and sales representative at Wells Fargo & Company of Helena
Joseph is employed at the Montana Department of Transportation.

Fabian and Nilson
Rhiannon Leigh Fabian and Michael Benjamin Nilson were married
July 7, 2001, on the shore of Lake Washington in Lake Forest Park, Wash.
The maid of honor was Suzanne Fabian. The bridesmaids were Mandy Royalty, Dorcey McCoy Abbie Kolman and Jayne Inouye. The flower girls were Mackenzie Umbrough and Rebecca Fabian, and Judy Lewis Hench and Miriam Ruth Hench were the readers.
The best man was Ron Nilson. The groomsmen were Marc, Matt and Morgan Nilson, Brandon Fabian, Brian Swanson, Jamie Abellanosa, Ryan Floyd and Eric Edelstein.
The Con Brio String Quartet of Seattle provided the music.
Rhiannon is the daughter of Suzanne Hench Fabian and David Laber of Helena, and David and Sally Fabian of Clancy. In 1997, she graduated from Jefferson High School. She earned a journalism degree from Gonzaga University in 2001. Rhiannon is employed at the International School in Dusseldorf, Germany.
Michael is the son of Pam and Ron Nilson of Seattle, Wash. He graduated in 1995 from Shore Crest High School in Seattle, and from Gonzaga University in 2000 with a degree in business. Michael is a professional basketball player in Dusseldorf.
The couple honeymooned in Hawaii.
They live in Dusseldorf, Germany.
Han and Burgoyne
Kristin Han and James Andrew "Andy" Burgoyne were married
June 1, 2002, Our Lady of the Valley Church in Helena.
The matron of honor was Laura Hagler. The bridesmaids were Jennifer Leistiko, Cassidy Han and DeLette Buckley. Kelsey Han, Megan Han, Polli'ala Warwick, Taylor Leistiko and Shae Hagler were the flower girls, and Ke'ala Warwick and Breanne Robirds were the readers.
The best man was Ron Burgoyne. The groomsmen were Butch Kroll, Mike Tatum and Jeff Warren, and JJ Lamb, Jeff Beaver and Chris Pillazke served as ushers.
Kristin is the daughter of Allen and Barbara Han of Inverness. She graduated from Colorado College in 1994, and is the grants and database director at the Montana Arts Council.
Andy is the son of Ron and Cathi Burgoyne of Helena. He graduated from Carroll College in 1995 and Western Montana in 1999. He is a wildland firefighter employed at DNRC and also an English teacher for the Townsend School District.
The couple honeymooned at Chico and Yellowstone National Park.
They live in Helena.
