June Michael, daughter Laura
June Sydney Fletcher Michael, 32, and her daughter, Laura A. Michael, 12, both of Georgetown, were killed in an automobile accident on Tuesday.
Mrs. Michael was a customer service representative with Andy's Vistar Auto Glass in Georgetown.
She was also a member of Grace Baptist Church in Higginsport and a Sunday school teacher at the church.
Laura Michael was a sixth-grade student at Alverda Reed Elementary School in Georgetown.
Services: 2 p.m. Saturday at Georgetown Baptist Church.

Howard F. Hillebrand, civic leader
Howard F. Hillebrand, 92, a retired salesman and longtime Price Hill civic leader, died Tuesday.
Mr. Hillebrand was a salesman for Sealtest National Dairy Products Corporation for 25 years. He is a former president of the Price Hill Civic Club, East Price Hill Improvement Association, Federated Civic Associations of Hamilton County and, in 1963, received the Man of The Year Award in Civic Life for Hamilton County.
A member of St. Vincent DePaul Church, he was a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Institute.
He leaves a brother, Fred Hillebrand.

Carel Cosby, principal, referee
A former Big Ten and Mid-American conference baseball referee and baseball umpire who served more than 30 years as a principal in Middletown has died.
Services for Carel A. Cosby Jr., 66, are Wednesday at Oneida Elementary School in Middletown. He was that school's principal since 1963 - the longest record of service as a principal in the Middletown school system.
Cosby died Friday night at his Liberty Township home of an apparent heart attack. Cosby had planned to retire from Oneida Elementary at the end of the current school year. He had been on medical leave since Jan. 10.
He was a baseball official for 40 years and a baseball umpire for 24 years.
Cosby is survived by his wife, Bonnie; four sons, Gary, Tim, Randy and Scott Cosby; a daughter, Karen Fuchs; a stepson, a stepdaughter, and his parents Carel Sr. and Verlie Cosby. Burial will be in Woodside Mausoleum in Middletown.

Gerald Weigle, respected banker
As an athlete, an Army officer and later a banker and lawyer, Gerald V. Weigle excelled in everything he did.
Mr. Weigle, 80, of Mariemont, died Friday at Dupree Community in Oakley.
A track star at the University of Akron, Mr. Weigle joined the Army after graduation and later was assigned as a first lieutenant to Ft. Thomas, Ky. That's where he met Doris Marty, who became his wife.
His action in World War II left him twice-wounded and a full infantry colonel at age 29.
After the war, Mr. Weigle returned to Ft. Thomas and went to work for the First National Bank of Cincinnati. He graduated from Chase Law School in 1950, then earned his master's degree in business in 1957 from Rutgers.
Mr. Weigle became head of the trust department in the early 1970s. He retired in 1981 as senior vice president. After retirement, he practiced law with his son, Douglas, at Bartlett & Weigle law firm in Cincinnati.
Mr. Weigle was an executive committee member of the American Bankers Association. He was chairman of the advisory committee of the Salvation Army and an overseer of Thomas More College.
He leaves his wife and another son, Gerald V. Weigle Jr.
