Formerly employed in the accounting department of Standard Oil of Ohio, Lorain Coal & Dock, and A.E. Cole Die & Engraving Co. Former active member of Mifflin Presbyterian Church. Preceded in death by brother Russell Shull and husband Albert E. Cole. Survived by stepsons she nurtured as her own, Roger Cole of Columbus and Ronald (Ann) Cole of Blacklick; step-grandchildren, Catherine Cole of Lakewood, Oh., and Andrew Cole of Blacklick. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Monday at the SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST CHAPEL, 1051 E. Johnstown Rd. (on US Route 62, * mile northeast of Hamilton Rd.), Gahanna. Graveside service and interment 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 3, 2001 at Mifflin Township Cemetery, Gahanna, with Pastor John J. Manos officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Mifflin Presbyterian Church Memorial Fund, 123 Granville St., Gahanna, Ohio 43230 in her memory.

EGGER Wilma J. Egger, 85, passed away Saturday, March 31, 2001 at Mayfair Village Nursing Care Center. She was retired from Xerox Education Center. The daughter of Avery and Anna Weinbrenner Watt, she was preceded in death by husband Walter H.; and son Captain Walter J. Egger; brother Lester Watt; and sister Helen Morrison. She is survived by daughter, Christine (David) Zethmar, Manteno, Ill.; daughter-in-law, Jane (Robert) Sotak, Columbus, Oh.; grandchildren Catherine (Frank) Macioce, Pickerington, Oh., Timothy W. Egger, Jacksonville, Fl., and Mary Elizabeth (David) Casement, Kansas City, Mo.; and four great-grandchildren. Family will receive friends from 6-9 p.m. on Monday, April 2, 2001 at EGAN-RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 403 E. Broad Street. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 3, 2001 at Our Lady of Sorrow Chapel with interment at St. Joseph Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Life Care Alliance, 1699 W. Mound St., Columbus, Oh. 43223 in Wilma's memory.

FINK Robert "Bobby" Lee Fink, 64, of Pickerington, Oh., passed away March 31, 2001 following a battle with pancreatic cancer. Bob retired from the Columbus Fire Department in 1991 after 31 years service. He enjoyed traveling, golfing, playing cards and time spent with family and friends. He was an avid Street-Rodder who spent many hours restoring and showing cars. He was a member of the MOB, MHA and Z Rod Car Clubs. Bob will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by parents, Bob and Elsie Fink; wife, Ruth; brother, Jerry (Alice) Fink; daughters, Debbie Susil, Diana (Gary) Cossin and Robin (Bruce) Dudley; stepson, Bill (Kim) Ives; grandchildren, Angie (Mike) Platt, Matt, Kelly, Steven, Jason, Sarah, Rachel and Shawn. Funeral Service 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 4, 2001 at SCHOEDINGER EAST CHAPEL, 5360 E. Livingston Ave., where friends may call from 1-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday. Rev. Warren Reichert, of Resurrection Evangelical Church of Hilliard, presiding. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery, 6440 S. High St. Donations may be made in his memory to the Columbus Cancer Clinic.

FORSTER Helen A. Forster, 86, died March 30, 2001. Retired supervisor public employee retirement State of Ohio. 51 year member Moose Lodge #11, Robert Morris chapter #372 O.E.S. Thea Court #5 Losna, West High Alumni Association, Heart of Ohio Tolle Painters. Preceded in death by parents Fred and Hazel Snyder, husband William, sister Marjorie A., brother Pierce F. and niece Karen Snyder. Survived by brother, Owen; nieces, Sharon Bernert and Linda Witchey; nephews, Fred Snyder and Robert R. Snyder; many great-nieces and nephews. No visitation. HARTFIELD Annie Mae Hartfield, age 86, March 28, 2001 at OSU East Hospital. Retired chef at the Biltmore Restaurant. Lifetime member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Community Church where she served on the Mothers Board. Preceded in death by parents Robert and Irene Williams; 4 brothers; 4 sisters; and son-in-law Ronald Potts. Survived by loving daughter, Josie Potts; granddaughters, Rhonda and Sandra Potts, Minister Karen (Deacon Joe) Carter and Lisa (Barkey) Clarke; 3 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great-grandchildren; special niece, Ophelia (Daniel) Patterson; many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Survived by daughters, Carolyn Sue (Gene) Rarey, Linda Jane Stevenson, Elizabeth Ann (Ric) Hager, Gloria Marie (Terry) Long, Debby Holley and Patricia Louise (Joe) Jones; son-in-law, Teddy Waugh; 14 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brothers, Calvin, Johnnie (Reba), David, Wendle (Barbara), Donald and Robert (Sherrie) McKenzie; sisters, Mildred Head and Geneva (Jack) Lewis; many nieces and nephews. KITCHEN Opal Kitchen, of Columbus, died Sunday, April 1, 2001 at Riverside Hospital. Preceded in death by her husband Clarence Kitchen. Opal is survived by her children, Herbert (Johanna) Kitchen of Powell, Ronald (Wanita) Kitchen, Janice (Darrell) Toler and Dottie (Roy) Toler, all of Columbus; 10 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; MANY and nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 4, 2001 at RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 515 High St., Worthington, 614-885-4006. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. LINDSAY Bernard Lindsay, 76, died Sunday, April 1, 2001 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Services are pending with SCHOEDINGER MIDTOWN CHAPEL, 229 E. State Street.

MOELLER Iris Irene (Troyer) Moeller, 96, died peacefully on April 1, 2001, at her home in Kensington Place in Columbus. She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Rev. Paul Moeller of Columbus; daughters and sons-in-law, Joan (Richard) Deyoe of Olympia, Wa., Mary (Michael) Benis of Columbus; sons and daughters-in-law, Phil (Marcia) Moeller of Denver, Co., Bob (Wanda) Moeller of Sharon, Ct.; grandchildren, John Deyoe of Olympia, Wa., Keith (Louise) Deyoe of North Bend, Wa., Doug Moeller of Berkeley, Ca., Jason Benis of Columbus, Alison Benis of Chicago, Il., Adam, Nathan, and Brittany Moeller of Denver, Co.; and great-granddaughter Erin Deyoe of Vancouver, Wa. Iris was a graduate of Ohio State University, a former teacher, long-time student of nature, faithful servant of God, and a blessing to all who knew her. Private burial will be in Continental, Oh., followed by memorial services on Friday, April 6, at 1:30 p.m. at Hosanna Lutheran Church, 23019 Kellogg Rd., Grand Rapids, Oh., and on Saturday, April 7, at 10:00 a.m. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 211 N. Merkle, Columbus. The family will receive friends after the services. In lieu of flowers those who wish may contribute in her name to either Hosanna or Good Shepherd Lutheran Church or to a charity of their choice.

McCLASKEY Franklin K. McClaskey, age 73, died March 31, 2001 Doctors Hospital West. Born and raised in Marion, Ohio, retired self employed accountant, U.S. Navy Veteran WWII. Preceded in death by parents Hugh and Camilla McClaskey; brothers Charles and Glen. Survived by loving wife of 52 years, Clara (Betty); daughter, Connie and fiancee Rick Carroll; sons, Ronald (Chrisy) and Jerry McClaskey; grandchildren, Paul Johnson, Lindsey McClaskey; brother, Harry McClaskey; sister, Juanita McClaskey. McLAUGHLIN Esta "Tommie Brown" McLaughlin, age 69, passed away Sunday, April 1, 2001 at her residence. Born in Otway, Ohio on August 7, 1931. Retired from State of Ohio Department of Unemployment. Survived by 7 sisters and 4 brothers. Friends may call O.R. WOODYARD CO. CHAPEL, 1346 S. STEELE Evelyn (Wilcoxen) Steele, faithful servant of the Lord, went to be with the Savior on March 30, 2001. Mrs. Steele was born November 30, 1919 in Louisville, Ohio and grew up in Canton, Ohio. She was a life-time member of First Church of God and served as a missionary and choir member. Mrs. Steele was a Homemaker and had previously worked for the Columbus Public School system. Preceded in death by husband Rev. Raymond Steele Sr.; mother and father Cecilia and Fred Wilcoxen; sisters Elaine, Shirley, Shreen and Sadine; brothers Frederick, Wayne and Jim. Mrs. Steele leaves to mourn her passing, but to celebrate her life, daughters, Karen Steele-Hicks and Jenelle Steele-Adkins; sons, Raymond A. Jr., Mark, Timothy and step-son, John F. Steele; thirteen grandchildren; sisters, Gwen Williams and Dolly Cunningham of San Bernadino, Ca.; brothers, Oliver Wilcoxen of Sacremento, Ca., Harry Wilcoxen and Stanch Wilcoxen of San Bernadino, Ca.; sister-in-law, Mary Ann  Taylor of Washington, D.C.; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. TEMPLE Thomas Temple, Jr., age 79, of Grove City, passed away Thursday March 29, 2001 at Mt. Carmel Medical Center. Member of Grove City United Methodist Church. He was retired from the U.S. Air Force and served during WW II, Korea and Vietnam. Preceded in death by his brother John Temple. He is survived by his wife, Frankie; children, Timothy (Regina) Temple, Carolyn Temple and Susan (Donald) O'Conner; 6 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brothers, George (Helen) and Charles (Marianne) Temple.
