REV. ARTHUR J. FAIT
ROMNEY, W.Va. - The Rev. Arthur J. Fait, 84, of Hampshire Health Care Center, formerly of Paw Paw, W.Va., died Saturday, Feb. 21, 1998, at Hampshire Health Care Center.
Born Aug. 24, 1913, in McKeesport, Pa., he was the son of the late Henry S. and Mary E. (Brothers) Fait. He was preceded in death by his wife, Hazel Irene (Piper) Fait; and two brothers.
Rev. Fait was retired from the West Virginia United Methodist Church. He served the Hampshire United Methodist Charge prior to his retirement. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II.
Surviving are one daughter, Joan M. Jennings, Paw Paw; one son, Duane J. Fait, Paw Paw; one sister, M. Leanna French, Garden City, Mich.; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received at the Baldwin Funeral Home, Romney, on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home on Tuesday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Harley F. Baldwin, officiating.
Interment will be in the Island Hill United Methodist Church cemetery.
HARRY M. KELLY
OREM, Utah - Harry McKinley Kelly, 75, of Orem, died Wednesday, Jan. 7, 1998, in Orem.
Born Sept. 25, 1922, in Braxton County, W.Va., he was a son of the late McKinley and Grace Kelly.
Mr. Kelly served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a retired machinist for the railroad.
Surviving are his wife, Dorothy Louise (Smith) Kelly, whom he married
on Sept. 12, 1942; two sons, L. Keith Kelly and wife Melleta, Orem, and Dan Kelly and wife Helen, Vale, Ore.; 14 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Sidney Luria and Rita Mae Nussear, both of Martinsburg, W.Va.; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Maude Urse, Fairmont, W.Va.; and a half brother, John Nussear, Fairmont.
Graveside services will be held at the Orem City cemetery on Saturday, Jan. 10, 1998, at 1 p.m. Military rites will be performed by VFW District 4.
WILLIAM L. FELLER
ROMNEY, W.Va. - William Luther Feller, 75, of Romney, died Sunday, Jan. 25, 1998, at Memorial Hospital, Cumberland.
Born Aug. 28, 1922, in Hampshire County, he was the son of the late Raymond L. and Delpha May (Bean) Feller. He also was preceded in death by his first wife, Viola V. (Sword) Feller, on Feb. 19, 1960; and two sisters.
Mr. Feller farmed in Hampshire County his entire life. He was a member of the Romney Presbyterian Church. He loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter.
Surviving are his wife, Shirley J. (Grapes) Feller, Romney; one son, Charles W. "Bucky" Feller and wife Brenda, Springfield; five daughters, Linda Pownell, Romney, Billie Jean Jensenius and husband Robert, York, Pa., Teresa Feller, Hamlin, Becky Feller and Christine Feller, both of Romney; two brothers, Richard Feller, Winchester, Va., and Homer Feller, Levels; three sisters, Mary Jo Buckley, Romney, Hilda Daugherty, Clearbrook, Va., and Carol Omps, Winchester; four grandchildren, Billy and Ricky Pownell, Romney, and David and Sarah J. Jensenius, York; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the Shaffer Funeral Home, Romney, on Monday from 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Tuesday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. John S. Franklin officiating.
Mr. Feller requested that his final disposition be cremation.

ROBERT Q. "BOBBY" HOTT II
KIRBY, W.Va. - Robert Q. "Bobby" Hott II, age 16, of Kirby, died Friday, Nov. 13, 1998, as the result of an automobile accident in Kirby.
He was born Oct. 5, 1982, in Cumberland, Md., the son of Robert Q. Hott and Judith E. Timbrook Hott.
He was a sophomore at Hampshire High School, Romney. He was a member of Hampshire County FFA, Denver Skyrockets 4-H Club, and Senior League Baseball Team, Romney. He attended Mount Zion United Methodist Church, Augusta.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his maternal grandparents, Thomas and Lenora Timbrook, Romney; paternal grandmother, Betty Davis, Augusta; paternal grandfather, Eugene D. Hott, Keymar, Md.
Friends will be received at the McKee Funeral Home, Augusta, on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be conducted at the Augusta Church of Christ on Monday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Steve Davis and Cliff Rayburn, Minister, officiating.
Pallbearers will Dusty Lewis, Billy Chaney, Brent Combs, Jeremy Edgel, Larry Combs, Josh Colebank, Mark Roomsburg and Charlie See.
MARY C. KESLER
PAW PAW, W.Va. - Mary Cathern Kesler, 84, of Paw Paw, died Thursday, June 4, 1998, at the Cox South Hospital, Springfield, Mo.
Born March 17, 1914, in Woodstock, Va., she was the daughter of the late John H. Bowers and Mary Susan Shaver. She also was preceded in death by her first husband, Homer Parker, and her second husband, Floyd "Snooks" Kesler; two daughters, Patricia Ann Clark and Eunice (Brownie) Verdeja; one son, Frank D. Parker; and all of her four brothers and four sisters.
Mrs. Kesler was a former manager of the Village Square Apartments, and the former owner and operator of Keslers Grill and Keslers Nursing Home.
Surviving are one son, Donald Lee Parker, Nixa, Mo.; one daughter, Doris Jean Carr, Baltimore; 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the McKee Funeral Home, Augusta, Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Graveside services will be conducted at the Woodrow cemetery, Paw Paw, Monday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Wayne Stotler officiating.
M. JO ANN FIELDS
GREEN SPRING, W.Va. - Margaret Jo Ann Fields, 68, of Green Spring, died Feb. 21, 1998, at Sacred Heart Hospital, Cumberland, Md.
She was born Oct. 17, 1929, in Green Spring, a daughter of the late William F. and Edna Virginia (Foley) Kesler. She also was preceded in death by her husband, Walter H. Fields Jr., on June 23, 1989; and one sister, Mrs. Alma Mower.
She was retired from the Hampshire County Board of Education, having been a teacher's aid at the Special Services Center.
She was a member of the Green Spring United Methodist Church, Green Spring, and the Springfield Ruritan Club, Springfield, W.Va.
Surviving are one son, Walter H. Fields III, Green Spring; one daughter, Mrs. Kimberly K. Everett, Green Spring; two brothers, W. Leo Kesler, Green Spring, and Harold "Bobby" Kesler, Baltimore, Md.; two sisters, Mrs. Frances Henderson, Green Spring, and Mrs. Phyllis Conrad, Towson, Md.; three grandchildren, Travis and Shelley Everett, and Aisha Janelle Fields.
At Mrs. Fields' request her body was cremated. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 24, 1998, at 2 p.m. at the Green Spring United Methodist Church, Green Spring, with Pastor Deborah Shreve officiating.
A private interment will be at the Springfield Hill cemetery, Springfield.

MIREILLE MAGALI FISTER
GREEN SPRING, W.Va. - Mireille Magali Fister, 72, of Green Spring, died Wednesday, Aug. 26, 1998, at her residence.
Born June 6, 1926, in Chatou, Paris, France, she was the daughter of the late Georges and Mireille (Glavany) Tanet.
Mrs. Fister was a member of the Annunciation Catholic Church, Fort Ashby. She was confirmed by Pope John XXIII in Istanbul, Turkey. Mrs. Fister was a retired English teacher at Robert College in Istanbul.
Survivors include her husband, Hilmar Udo Fister, aka Gottesthal; one son, Eugene Lawrence Morgan, Simi Valley, Calif.; two daughters, Terri Liane U'prichard, Towson, Md., and Jean Patricia Miller, Cahors, France; one brother, Guy Tanet, Chatou, Paris, France; and five grandchildren, Zoe U'prichard, Gavain U'prichard, Bertrand Debruge, Arnold Debruge and Savannah Morgan.
At Mrs. Fister's request, her body was cremated.
Friends will be received at the Annunciation Catholic Church, Fort Ashby, on Saturday from 10 until 11 a.m.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the church at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Jim Chetock officiating.
