GOLDIE J. FOUT
AUGUSTA, W.Va. - Goldie Jane Fout, 80, of Augusta, W.Va., died Wednesday, Nov. 5, 1997, at her residence.
Born Sept. 9, 1917, in Kline, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Robert Lee Miller and Minnie Anderson (Heavener) Miller. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse J. Fout, on June 21, 1997; one daughter; one son; one grandson; four brothers; and three sisters.
Mrs. Fout was a homemaker. She was a member of the Augusta Assembly of God Church. She was a person who did many acts of kindness and community deeds.
Surviving are one daughter, Ernestine Fout, Augusta; two sons, William "Bill" Fout and Jackie Fout, both of Augusta; nine grandchildren; eight great-granddaughters; three great-grandsons; and many foster children.
Friends will be received at the McKee Funeral Home, Augusta, on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be held at the Augusta Assembly of God Church on Friday at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Irving Howard, Pastor Kenneth Phares, and Robert Jeffreys officiating.
CHARLES H. DEVER
WILEY FORD, W.Va. - Charles Henry Dever, 84, of Heartland Nursing Home, Martinsburg, formerly of Wiley Ford, died Thursday, Aug. 21, 1997, at the nursing home.
Born March 24, 1913, in Patterson Creek, he was the son of the late Charles F. Dever and Martha E. (Duckworth) Dever Lewis. He also was preceded in death by two wives, Carol (Slider) Dever and Kathryn Grace Dever.
Mr. Dever was a retired pipefitter for Garland Petroleum Company. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a member of the Bethel Church of the Nazarene and Family Center, Valley Road, Cumberland.
Surviving are one son, Charles H. Dever Sr., Ridgeley; four sisters, Geneva Petonick and husband Paul, Fairmont; Zada Crabtree, Hagerstown, Ruth Tressler, Oldtown, and Doris Crabtree and husband Bill, Hagerstown; two stepdaughters, Sandra F. Bierer and husband Thomas, Yemassee, S.C., and Wanda K. Sanders-Borsa and husband John, York, Pa.; one grandson, Charles H. Dever Jr., Wiley Ford; three step-grandchildren, W. Scott Bierer and wife Donna, New Brighton, Pa., David T. Bierer and wife Anita, Yemassee, S.C.; and Kelly A. Sanders, York, Pa.; and five great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, 108 Virginia Ave., Cumberland, on Sunday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Monday at 1 p.m. with Pastor David F. Dayhoff officiating.

CAMILLA M. HOLLAND
SPRINGFIELD, W.Va. - Camilla Marie Holland, 82, of Springfield, died Friday, March 7, 1997, at the Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, Va.
Born Aug. 13, 1914, in Green Spring, she was the daughter of the late Elmer Boyd and Sarah Ethel (Short) Saville. She also was preceded in death by her first husband, Virgil Lee Seeders, on July 4, 1961, and her second husband, Albert E. Holland, on Feb. 21, 1986; four brothers, Harry, Harold, Elmer and Curtis Dailey Saville; and one sister, Juanita Alt.
Mrs. Holland was a member of the Forest Glen United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women, Green Spring; the West Virginia Extension Homemakers Council Inc.; and the Daughters of the American Revolution.
Surviving are four sons, David C. Seeders and wife Sally, Romney, Ronald L. Holland and wife Brenda, Green Spring, Gary W. Holland and wife Christine, New Carlisle, Ohio, and Kenneth E. Holland and wife Nancy, Springfield; one brother, Francis Saville, Ohio; one sister, Violet Shrout, Tulare, Calif.; 13 grandchildren, Jay Wesley Holland, Troy Lee Holland, Toby Earl Holland, Shelley D. Holland, Kelley Lynn Holland, Jared Sloan Holland, Tyler Edward Earl Holland, Tricia Marie Holland, Melissia Sue Holland, Mark Yost, Ginney Lee Schneibel, Patrick Yost and Timothy Yost; and seven great-grandchildren, Darrin and Joshua Holland, Dalton Thomas Dean, Christopher Pifer, Mark Allen Yost II, Heather Ann and Lindsay Lenae Schneibel.
Friends will be received at the Shaffer Funeral Home, Romney, on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Wednesday at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Sumner D. Sawyers officiating.

AUDRA H. GOLLADAY
LARGENT, W.Va. - Audra H. Golladay, 96, of Largent, died Tuesday, Feb. 25, 1997, at her residence.
Born in Hampshire County on Oct. 9, 1900, she was a daughter of the late Isack Minor Haines and Betty (Orndoff) Haines. She also was preceded in death by her husband, George R. Golladay; a son, William L. Golladay; a daughter, Hannah G. Stein; and two grandchildren.
Mrs. Golladay was a member of the Enon Primitive Baptist Church, Largent; an active member of the Paw Paw Senior Citizens; a 48 year member of Hampshire Unit 91 The American Legion Auxiliary of Romney; the Enon Homemakers; and the Berkeley Chapter 77 Order of the Eastern Star, Berkeley Springs.
Surviving are six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A viewing will be at the Miller Funeral Home, Winchester and Lee streets, Paw Paw, on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Berkeley Chapter 77 Order of the Eastern Star will conduct a memorial service at the funeral home on Saturday at 8 p.m.
The family requests that memorials be directed to the Paw Paw Library.
LILLIE B. (HAWK) GUTHRIE
SCHERR, W.Va. - Lillie B. (Hawk) Guthrie, 86, of Scherr, died Thursday, July 24, 1997, at Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, Va.
Born Oct. 12, 1910, in Scherr, she was the daughter of the late Albert N. and Sadie Pearl (Idleman) Hawk. She also was preceded in death by her husband Walter Guthrie, on Dec. 12, 1981; three brothers, Stanley, Loren and Cleo Hawk.
Mrs. Guthrie was a Presbyterian by Faith.
Surviving are three brothers, Jess "Doc" Hawk, Scherr, William "Bill" Hawk, Scherr, and Kermit "Nip" Hawk, New Creek; two sisters, Virginia (Hawk) Bosley, Piedmont, and Carol (Hawk) Nicol, Scherr; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the Schaeffer Funeral Home, Petersburg, on Saturday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be at the funeral home on Sunday at 2 p.m. with the Pastor Gwen Wolford officiating.
Memorials may be made to the Maysville Volunteer Fire Company or to the American Cancer Society.
BLUCHER F. ALLISON
MOUNT STORM, W.Va. - Blucher F. Allison, 72, of Mount Storm, died Thursday, July 17, 1997, at Memorial Hospital, Cumberland, Md.
Born May 17, 1925, in Chevrolet, Ky., he was the son of Marion K. Rowland and the late Blucher F. Allison Sr.
He was a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a degree in mining engineering. He was employed throughout the states of Kentucky and West Virginia. He was the project engineer for Laurel Run Mining and later became superintendent for them. He also supervised the installation of "B" Mine at Mettiki Mines, retiring from there on January 23, 1989.
Mr. Allison was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II having served aboard the USS Hancock in Air Group Seven as a tail gunner and navigator on a torpedo bomber. He was a member of Mount Storm VFW, Abraham Lincoln Post No. 6735, Mount Storm Lions Club, the USS Hancock Association, Professional Engineers of West Virginia, and the West Virginia Land Surveyors.
Mr. Allison and his wife oversaw the K&A; Campgrounds at Mount Storm Lake for 20 years. He was also affiliated with the Baptist Church.
In addition to his mother, surviving are his wife, Ruth (Kline) Allison; two daughters, Penelope A. Fletcher, Newport News, Va., Rebekah G. Weber, Ambridge, Pa.; one stepdaughter, Linda Evans, Elk Garden, W.Va.; three sons, Blucher F. Allison, III, Jacksonville, Fla., Richard R. Allison, Greensboro, N.C., Thomas K. Allison, Cumberland, Md.; two stepsons, David B. Kline, Mount Storm, and Stephen H. Kline, Washington, D.C.; 11 grandchildren; one step-grandchild; two great-grandchildren; and one step-great-grandchild.
Friends will be received at the Stewart Funeral Home, Oakland, on Saturday, July 19, 1997, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be held at Mount Storm United Methodist Church on Sunday, July 20, 1997, at 1 p.m. with the Rev. William Anderson and the Rev. Shelba Sisler officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Memorial Hospital Hospice Unit, Cumberland, or to the Mount Storm United Methodist Church Building Fund.
