INWOOD, W.Va. - Patsy L. Stewart, 51, of Inwood, died Saturday, Sept. 18, 1999, as a result of an automobile accident.
Born May 21, 1948, in Martinsburg, W.Va., she was the daughter of Edward C. and Evelyn Franks Miller of Gerrardstown, W.Va.
She was employed with the Social Security Administration.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by one daughter, Brandy M. Stewart of Inwood; and two brothers, Bobby Miller and Ronald Miller, both of Gerrardstown.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg. The Rev. James Bishop will officiate. Burial will be in Rosedale cemetery.
The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 at the funeral home.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Berkeley County Humane Society, 1531 Charles Town Road, Martinsburg, WV 25401.
Germano P. Tumolo
INWOOD, W.Va. - Germano P. "Jerry" Tumolo, 84, of Inwood, died Thursday, Sept. 16, 1999, at Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Martinsburg, W.Va.
Born Feb. 17, 1915, in Long Valley, N.J., he was the son of the late Joseph and Florence Pellegrini Tumolo.
He was a retired mechanical contractor.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in World War II in the Philippines.
He was a member of St. Leo Catholic Church, Inwood.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Paolicelli Tumolo; one daughter, Joanne Bario of Bakerton, W.Va.; one son, Arthur Louis Tumolo, of Falls Church, Va.; two sisters, Josephine Furey of Toms River, N.J., and Adaline Tumolo of Plainfield. N.J.; four brothers, Louis Tumolo of Lavalette, N.J., Anthony Tumolo of Plainfield, James Tumolo of Warren, N.J., and Alfred Tumolo of Flemington, N.J.; and four grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at St. Leo Catholic Church. The Rev. Brian Shoda will officiate. Burial will be in Arlington National cemetery.

Luke T. Moore
GERRARDSTOWN, W.Va. - Luke T. Moore, 39, of Gerrardstown, died Saturday, Sept. 18, 1999, at his home.
Born June 26, 1960, in Martinsburg, W.Va., he was the son of Dorothy Unger Sims of Bunker Hill, W.Va., and the late David Moore.
He was a member of Calvary Chapel.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Shirley Smith Moore; one daughter, Patricia Harder of Gerrardstown; three sons, Luke David Moore of Bunker Hill, James Edgar Moore at home and Darrell Travis Wasson of Hedgesville, W.Va.; one sister, Heidi Anderson of Stephens City, Va.; one brother, Erin Drury of Bunker Hill, one grandson, Brandon Allan Harder; paternal grandmother, Ellen Moore of Bunker Hill; maternal grandparents, Harlan and Dorothy Unger of Charles Town, W.Va.; and a number of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 3 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg. The Rev. Marcus Caton will officiate.
The family will receive friends Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Charles J. Spencer
SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. - Charles Junior Spencer, 75, of Shepherdstown, died Sunday, Sept. 12, 1999, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Ranson, W.Va.
Born Nov. 18, 1923, in Keyser, W.Va., he was the son of the late Charles D. and Ida B. Martin Spencer.
He was a Protestant.
He was caretaker at the Apple Plant Building in Shepherdstown.
He is survived by close friends, Mike S. Hauver of Sharpsburg and Antoine Monnier of Shepherdstown and Paris, France.

Floy W. Catlett
HEDGESVILLE, W.Va. - Floy W. Catlett, 90, of Hedgesville, died Wednesday, Sept. 15, 1999, at the home of her friends and caregivers, Anne and Mal Lawrence of Tomahawk, W.Va.
Born Aug. 5, 1909, in Back Creek Valley, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Joseph H. and Mattie Kees Wheeler.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl W. Catlett, in 1978. They were married
in June 1928.
She was a member of Jones Spring United Methodist Church.
She was a member of Back Creek Valley Homemakers Club.
She is survived by a daughter, Janet C. White of Boalsburg, Pa.; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, William Catlett; three sisters; and three brothers.
Services will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, 327 W. King St., Martinsburg, W.Va. The Rev. Jerry Lowans will officiate. Burial will be in Rosedale cemetery.

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Jack Irvin, 78, of Martinsburg, died Monday, Sept. 13, 1999, at his home.
Born Feb. 18, 1921, in Berkeley County, W.Va., he was the son of the late Lawrence and Virginia Everhart Irvin.
He was a graduate of Martinsburg High School.
He retired from Dupont after 30 years.
A veteran of World War II, he served in the U.S. Army.
He was a member of Westview Baptist Church.
He was a member of Newton D. Baker Post No. 896 VFW; and Berkeley Post No. 14 American Legion.
He is survived by his wife, Edna Gray Irvin; a daughter, Mary Susan Twigg of Martinsburg; two sons, Lawrence Irvin of Prescott, Ariz., and David Irvin of Martinsburg; a sister, Mary Jane Clowser of Martinsburg; a stepbrother, Wayne Whitmore of Martinsburg; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be Thursday at 9:30 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home, 327 W. King St., Martinsburg. The Rev. Johnny A. Kelly will officiate. Burial will be in Rosedale cemetery with military services by Newton D. Baker Post 896 VFW and Berkeley Post 14 American Legion.
