MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Margaret I. Connelly 89, of Martinsburg, formerly of Winchester, Va., died Friday, Feb. 5, 1999, in City Hospital, Martinsburg.
Born Feb. 27, 1909, in Astoria, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Louis and Mary Hartell Radoczy.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert John Connelly.
She was a member of St. Leo's Catholic Church, Inwood, W.Va.
She is survived by two daughters, Marita Barnes of Martinsburg, and Col. Virginia F. Connelly, U.S. Air Force, Washington, D.C.; one son, Robert Connelly of New York, N.Y.; three brothers, Louis Radoczy of Northport, N.Y., Rudolf Radoczy of Vero Beach, Fla., and Albert Radoczy of Cresskill, N.J.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Helene Kemeny, and Clara Weinmann.

Paul E. Keesecker
MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Paul E. Keesecker, 74, of Martinsburg, died Sunday, Feb. 7, 1999, at City Hospital, Martinsburg.
Born Feb. 17, 1924, in Martinsburg, he was the son of the late Collie A. and Annie Barney Keesecker.
He was a graduate of Martinsburg High School and active with the Class of 1942 Alumni Association.
He was retired from Consumers Fuel Company after 42 years of service.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in World War II.
He was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Phyllis Weidman Keesecker; one daughter, Patricia K. Queen of Martinsburg; one brother, Roscoe Keesecker of Martinsburg; two grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Mary Byrd and one brother, Clarence Keesecker.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg. The Rev. Al Clipp will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Myrtle A. Fridinger
MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Myrtle A. Fridinger, 93, of Martinsburg, died Monday, Feb. 8, 1999, at Greenich Home Care, Bunker Hill, W.Va.
Born Sept. 3, 1905, in Cherry Run, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Andrew N. and Mary E. Starliper Butts.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman G. Fridinger.
She was retired from Interwoven Mills.
She was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church.
She is survived by one daughter, Jane Thomas of Martinsburg; one son, the Rev. Donald Fridinger of Harrisonburg, Va.; two sisters, Genevieve Callahan of Baltimore, and Ada Kline of Arlington, Va.; six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Clora Fetzer; three brothers, James Floyd Butts, Sherwood E. Butts and Herman W. Butts, and three infant siblings.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg. The Rev. William E. Merki will officiate. Burial will be in Rosedale Cemetery.
The family will receive friends today from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Anna Lair Mason, 76, of Martinsburg, died Monday, Feb. 8, 1999, in City Hospital.
Born Sept. 14, 1922, in Brunswick, Md., she was the daughter of the late John Chester and Maude Bell Plowden.
She was retired from People's Drug Store where she had worked as a cook.
She was a member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, was in the Senior Choir, and a member of United Methodist Women and Missionary Society.
She was a member and Tailtwister of Martinsburg Lioness Club.
She is survived by her husband, William Herbert Mason; one brother, Charles Plowden of Martinsburg; one nephew, Shedrick Plowden, who resided with her.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 2:30 p.m. at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church. The Rev. Alfred E. Statesman will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg.
The family will meet at the residence Thursday at 1:30 p.m.

HARPERS FERRY, W.Va. - Robert Harrison Frazier, 86, of Harpers Ferry, died Monday, Feb. 8, 1999, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital, Ranson, W.Va.
Born July 28, 1912, in Claborne County, Tenn., he was the son of the late William and Emily Rowe Frazier.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Rettie Mae Frazier.
He was a farmer in Howard County, Md., for 35 years.
He was a member of the Sharon Baptist Church, Glenwood, Md.
He is survived by three sons, L.C. Frazier and James R. Frazier, both of Harpers Ferry, and Eugene Frazier of Clarksville, Md.; five sisters, Velva Huff, Leona Reynolds and Ethel Davis, all of Knoxville, Tenn., Myrtle Raines of Springboro, Ohio, and Jean Brewer of Clinton, Tenn; five grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren..
He was preceded in death by four sisters, Mary Seals, Matilda Ferguson, Bess Hill and Nellie Shortt; and two brothers, Wylie Frazier and Jesse Frazier.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Sharon Baptist Church, Glenwood. The Rev. Billy Thebus will officiate. Burial will be in Sharon Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at Jefferson Chapel Funeral Home, Charles Town, W.Va.
