INWOOD, W.Va. - Minnie C. Wilson, 96, of Inwood, died Thursday, Feb. 11, 1999.
Born April 14, 1902, in Gerrardstown, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Robert I. and Frances Thompson Barbour.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Herbert Wilson Sr.
She retired from C.H. Musselman Co.
She was a member of Inwood United Methodist Church, where she was a member of Daughters of the King Sunday School Class.
She was a member of Senior Citizens Satellite Center, Inwood.
She is survived by two daughters, Mary Frances Smallwood of Inwood and Wanda Henry of Martinsburg, W.Va.; a son, William H. Wilson Jr. of Inwood; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Mabel Brucklacher, Lelia Gray and Nellie Webber; and two brothers, Robert Barbour and Harry Barbour.
Services will be Monday at 2:30 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, 327 W. King St., Martinsburg. The Revs. J. Sheril Merki, John E. Wright and Tim Butler will officiate. Burial will be in Gerrardstown Presbyterian cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Harry H. Lowe
MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Harry Hixson Lowe, 82, of Martinsburg, died Friday, Feb. 12, 1999, at Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
Born May 30, 1916, in Jefferson County, W.Va., he was the son of the late Howard Cecil and Mazie Hixson Lowe.
He retired from Dupont.
He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army in the South Pacific.
He was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church and the Men's Bible Class.
He is survived by his wife, Helen Aikens Lowe; five daughters, Catherine Neel, Nancy Norton, Sandra Spiker and Marcia Grubb, all of Martinsburg, and Patricia Copeland of Hagerstown; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Catherine Small; and a brother, Robert L. Lowe.
Services will be held Sunday at 1:30 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg. The Rev. William E. Merki will officiate. Private burial will be in Rosedale cemetery.

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Angela C. Ronzio, 84, of Martinsburg, died Friday, Feb. 12, 1999, at Heartland of Martinsburg.
Born Feb. 19, 1914, in Kearneysville, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late John and Mary Tunini Rossi.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John A. Ronzio, in 1985.
She was owner and operator of Angela's Beauty Shop.
She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church.
She was a member of Catholic Daughters of America; Chapter 739 Women of the Moose; Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW; and a Red Cross volunteer.
She is survived by two sisters, Mary Perazzoli of Annville, Pa. and Frances Spinelli of Martinsburg; a brother, Louie Rossi of Martinsburg; nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church. The Rev. John V. Dibacco Jr. will be celebrant. Burial prayers will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, 327 W. King St., Martinsburg, where a Vigil Service will be held at 7:30 p.m.
Helen L. Ferguson
HARPERS FERRY, W.Va. - Helen L. Ferguson, of Bakerton Road, died Friday, Feb. 19, 1999.
Born in Harpers Ferry, she was the daughter of the late George Mahoney and Nellie Mitchell Cummings.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Ferguson Jr., in 1979.
She was a Catholic.
She is survived by a sister, Nancy J. Mock of Harpers Ferry; two brothers, G. Cummings and Thomas Cummings, both of Harpers Ferry; nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at St. Peter's Catholic cemetery, Harpers Ferry. The Rev. Matthew T. Rowgh will officiate. Burial will be in St. Peter's Catholic cemetery, Harpers Ferry.
There will be no visitation.

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Lillian Virginia Blackford, 92, of Martinsburg, died Saturday, Feb. 20, 1999, at Canterbury of Shepherdstown, W.Va.
Born Feb. 28, 1906, in Page County, Va., she was the daughter of the late John VanBuren and Olive Henderson Kite.
She retired from Interwoven Mills.
She was a member of Oakland United Methodist Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Betty Frances Walmer of Lebanon, Pa., and Gladys Virginia Albert of Anderson, S.C.; three sisters, Eva Jones of Kearneysville, W.Va., Marie K. Oden of Harpers Ferry, W.Va., and Louise Corun of Frederick, Md.; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Emma Ruth Huntsinger; a sister, Sallie Witt; and a brother, John V. Kite Jr.
Graveside services will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Edge Hill cemetery, Charles Town, W.Va.

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Cecil C. White, 79, formerly of Middleway, W.Va., and Martinsburg, died Friday, Feb. 19, 1999, at City Hospital, Martinsburg. He had been a resident of Greenich Home Care in Bunker Hill, W.Va., for the past year.
Born Aug. 15, 1919, in Winchester, Va., he was the son of the late Joseph Brown and Milton Murray White.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lucy Madeline Lemaster White.
He was a farmer in Jefferson County. He retired from Martin Marietta after 30 years of service.
He was a member of Winchester Avenue Christian Church, where he was a deacon for many years.
He is survived by a son, Dr. Joseph Bruce White of McLean, Va.; two sisters, Gladys M. Hammond of Charles Town, W.Va., and Rhoda A. Shanholtz of Inwood, W.Va.; three grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Beatrice A. Reed and Susan Dunlap; and two brothers, Earl F. White and Holmes D. White.
Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Winchester Avenue Christian Church. The Rev. Douglas J. Hollida will officiate. Burial will be in Masonic cemetery at Middleway.
