Wedding music was presented by Chris Price and April Hedrick, both of Greenwood, and organist Martha Cann of Calhoun Falls.
The bride is the daughter of Clyde and Karen Nicholson of Abbeville. She is a 1997 graduate of Abbeville High School and a 2001 graduate of Piedmont Tech, where she received an associate’s degree in nursing. She is employed as a registered nurse in the Birthing Center at Abbeville Memorial Hospital.
The bridegroom is the son of Shelda R. Evans of Calhoun Falls and the late Danny C. Evans. He is a 1995 graduate of Calhoun Falls High School and a 1997 graduate of Piedmont Tech, where he received a degree in welding. He is employed as a conductor by CSX Transportation.
Andrea Nicholson Busbee of Abbeville was matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were Alison Driggers, Wendy Hanna, Crystal Price, Patricia Ramsey, Tonya Tucker, Andrea Stone and Krista Uldrick, all of Abbeville.
Brantly Finley of Abbeville was flower girl.
The bride wore a gown featuring an empire bodice accented with Alencon beaded and sequined lace, spaghetti straps and a Georgette overlay, and a chapel length train.
She wore a crystal beaded headpiece attached to a double-tiered, fingertip length veil.
Nicholas Evans of Calhoun Falls was best man.
Groomsmen were Stephen Busbee, Jody Driggers, Clint Nicholson and Stewart Price, all of Abbeville, Andy Martin of Greenwood, Allen Sammons and Stephen Taylor, both of Calhoun Falls.
Casey Mundy of Abbeville was ringbearer.
The bride’s parents were hosts of a reception in Abbeville.
After a cruise to Key West, Fla., and Cozumel, Mexico, the couple will live in Abbeville.

Casey Allison Turner and David Anthony Tompkins, both of Greenwood, were married at 6 p.m. Saturday at Main Street United Methodist Church. The Rev. Jim Johnston of Greenwood officiated. Wedding music was presented by organist Kelly Smith and trumpeter Jamie Smith, both of Donalds, and soloist Amie Shuman of Greenwood.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Garland Campbell Jr. and Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Jasper Turner, all of Greenwood. She is a 1996 graduate of Greenwood High School and a 2000 graduate of Lander University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
She is employed by StaffSource Inc.
The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Tompkins of Sheffield, England. He is a 1989 graduate of Silverdale School in Sheffield, a 1996 graduate of Lander University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He is employed by CountyBank.
Jennifer Krikorian Major of Greenwood was maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were Gemma Jane Hill of Rotherham, England, Amanda Stone Tucker and Ronda Denise O’Dell, both of Mauldin, Sonya Deanne Campbell of Charlotte, N.C., Frances Elizabeth Annese and Kelley Waninger, both of Greenwood, Stephanie Regina Bray and Meredith Turner Little, both of Columbia.
Junior bridesmaids were Kathryn Taylor Garren of Greenwood and Erin Elizabeth Butler of Covington, Ga.
The bride wore a gown of diamond white paloma satin featuring a beaded spaghetti strap design with a scoop neckline. The natural waistline was adorned with crystals and pearls. The A-line skirt flowed into a semi-cathedral train.
She wore a headband of crystals and pearls attached to a double-tiered veil of silk illusion.
She carried a hand-tied European bouquet of bridal white roses and white tulips.
Attendants wore two-piece dresses in platinum nu-georgette. The spaghetti strap tops were accented with a tie at the waistlines the fell over A-line skirts.
Anthony Tompkins of Sheffield was best man.
Groomsmen were Paul James Dodd, Robert Paul Strickland, Jason Patrick Turner, James David Creaghan and Charles Beaudrot Mauldin, all of Greenwood, Richard Ian Reid of Deerfield Beach, Fla., Jukka Kytomaki of Hyvinkaa, Finland, Andrew David Durbin of London, England, and Michael James Dropps of Clemson.
After a trip to St. Thomas, the couple will live in Greenwood.

The bridegroom-elect is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Koeppen of Greenwood. He is a graduate of Piedmont Tech and is employed as a systems analyst by Velux-America.

Wedding music was presented by violinist and harpist Mr. and Mrs. Roy Price of Gaffney.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chester Andrew Hamby of Greenwood, and the granddaughter of Mary Hamby and Mr. and Mrs. Mike Bosler. She is a 1996 graduate of Ninety Six High School; a 1998 graduate of Piedmont Tech, where she received an associate’s degree in business; and a 2000 graduate of Lander University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in business. She is employed by Schulze Eye and Surgery Center in Savannah.
The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Leland Davenport of Cross Hill, and the grandson of Ruth Cothran. He is a 1990 graduate of Greenwood High School and a 1995 graduate of the University of South Carolina, where he received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. He is employed by SNF Holding Co.
Christie White of Greenwood was maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were Juliann Hudgens of Greenwood, Amanda Chapman of Augusta, Ga., and Brandi Wilson of Iva.
Mallory Saylors of Greenwood was flower girl.
The bride wore a full length strapless gown of diamond white satin. The bodice was accented with hand-beaded pearls, crystals and sequins. The back of the gown featured fabric covered buttons and the chapel length train was adorned with hand-beaded pearls, crystals and sequins.
She carried a hand-tied bouquet of white and yellow daisies and blue delphinium.
Attendants wore strapless gowns in cobalt blue.
The bridegroom’s father was best man.
Groomsmen were Shane Hamby, Bobby Davenport, Chris Bledsoe and Travis Spoone, all of Greenwood, and Peter Dumont of Costa Mesa, Calif.
Cameron Hamby of Greenwood was ringbearer.
The bride’s parents were hosts of a reception.
After a wedding trip to Las Vegas, the couple will live in Savannah.

Jim and Joyce Decker of Greenwood announce the engagement of their daughter Shelley Anne Decker of Spartanburg to Stephen Douglas Walker III of Campobello.
The bride-elect is a 1997 graduate of Greenwood High School; attended Winthrop University and graduated in 2002 from Lander University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in education.
She is a member of Kappa Delta Phi International Honor Society of Education. She is employed by Spartanburg District 1 Schools at New Prospect Elementary.
The bridegroom-elect is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Walker of Campobello. He is a 1999 graduate of Chapman High School and is attending Lander University, where he is pursuing a degree in chemistry. He is a member of the American Chemical Society. He is employed by the Dept. of Housing at Lander, and plans on a chemistry teacher’s position in the fall.
The wedding is planned for 2 p.m. June 7, 2003 at Connie Maxwell Baptist Church.

Dr. James M. Bell Sr. and the Rev. Calvin Draffin, both of Due West, officiated.
Wedding music was presented by organist Cortlandt Koonts, soloist Kayla Kimmons and flautist Dianne Eves, all of Due West.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James D. Rich of Donalds. She is a 1997 graduate of Dixie High School and a 2001 graduate of Lander University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She is employed by West Carolina Rural Telephone.
The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William H. Crocker of Calhoun Falls. He is a 1996 graduate of Calhoun Falls High School, and attended Southern Wesleyan University and Piedmont Tech. He is employed by Merl’s Incorporated.
Roxanne Rich Caldwell of Greenville, the bride’s sister, was matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were Christi Brown and Amber Jones, both of Greenwood, Haleigh Brown and Candice Myers, both of Calhoun Falls, Lee Ann Crawford of Abbeville, Jessica Dunn of Honea Path, and Amy Richey of Donalds.
The bride wore a white strapless chiffon gown featuring embroidered crystals and an A-line skirt.
She wore a headband of pearls and rhinestones in a floral star design, attached to an elbow length veil.
Attendants wore ginger colored two-piece dresses featuring squared necklines, spaghetti straps, a small bow on each side, and an A-line skirt.
The bridegroom’s father was best man.
Groomsmen were Tim Caldwell of Greenville, Justin Crocker, the bridegroom’s brother, Nick Evans, Jeremy Jones, and Stephen Taylor, all of Calhoun Falls, Adam Rich of Donalds, the bride’s brother, and Jamie Taylor of Abbeville.
The bride’s parents were hosts of a reception.
After a wedding trip to Orlando, Fla., the couple will live in Abbeville.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Barry J. Finley of Honea Path. She is a 1999 graduate of Dixie High School, where she received a license in cosmetology from the Abbeville Career Center. She is the owner of Cuts R Us Salon in Greenwood.
The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Parsons of Hodges. He is a graduate of Greenwood High School and is attending Piedmont Tech, where he is pursuing a degree in electrical engineering. He is employed by CPW of Greenwood.
Kayla Finley of Honea Path was maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were Christel Parnell and Jessica Gambrell, both of Donalds, Melanie Parsons of Hodges and Annie Laurie Anderson of Honea Path.
Brianna King of Hodges was flower girl.
The bride wore an A-line tank gown with beaded and floral accents adorning the shoulder and neckline, and featured a semi-cathedral train.
She wore a rhinestone tiara attached to a fingertip veil accented with pearls and beads.
She carried a hand-tied bouquet of spring flowers and daisies.

Groomsmen were Cal Davis of Hodges, Brandon Graham of Greenwood, J.T. Parnell of Donalds and Steve Gunnells of Ware Shoals.

Wedding music was presented by organist T.J. Ellis of Donalds, pianist Barry Jones and vocalists Pat Hodge, Millie Hodge and Anna Marie McNeil, all of Abbeville.
The bride is the daughter of John L. Hill IV of Martinez, Ga., and Anne Todd of Abbeville. She is a 1995 graduate of Abbeville High School and a 1999 graduate of the Medical College of Georgia, where she received a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene. She is employed by H. Will May, DMD and Piedmont Family Dental.
The bridegroom is the son of Amon Wilson of Abbeville and Pam Wilson of Abbeville. He is a 1994 graduate of Abbeville High School and is employed by the City of Greenwood Fire Department.
Andrea Stone of Abbeville was maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were Kim Prince and Amy Ricketts, both of Abbeville, Andi Scoggins of Greenville and Melissa Cason of Greenwood.
Junior bridesmaids were Kolbie Prince and Jordan Prince, both of Abbeville.
Flower girls were Kyndall Hill of Wilmington, N.C., and Julie Anna Hall of Greenwood.
The bride wore a gown of dulciana satin in white. The strapless, fitted bodice was enhanced with a sweetheart neckline accented with pearls, crystals and rhinestones at the neckline and basque waist. The full, A-line skirt was highlighted with a matching band of hand-beading that trimmed the semi-cathedral train. The back of the gown featured an open corset back.
She wore a wrap-style headpiece of rhinestone and pearl flowers attached to a double-tiered, elbow length veil of French tulle accented by a satin piped edge.
She carried a cluster bouquet of light pink roses, lavender and violent hydrangeas and white tulips trimmed in pink.
The bridegroom’s father was best man.
Groomsmen were Jeremy Watts and Ben Terry, both of Greenwood, Ron Bosler and Jonathan Sears, both of Abbeville.
Ushers were John L. Hill V of Wilmington, Chad Scoggins of Greenville and Bob Prince of Abbeville.
Ringbearer was Jacob Schultz of Greenwood.
Lamp/candle lighters were Ron Bosler and Jonathan Sears, both of Abbeville.
The bride’s father was host of a reception.
After a wedding trip to St. Lucia in the British Virgin Islands, the couple will live in Greenwood.

The bride wore a white satin A-line gown accented with beaded Alencon lace featuring a square neckline.
She carried a bouquet of blue and white roses and blue wisteria accented with ivy.
Attendants wore dresses in ice blue and carried bouquets of blue and white roses.
Jamon Holcomb of Ware Shoals and Matt Ginn of Hodges were best men.
Ushers were Jody Gambrell and Shane Gambrell, both of Ware Shoals, J.D. Griffin of Abbeville and Johnny McBride of Greenwood.
Bradley Nelson of Ware Shoals was ringbearer.
The couple took a wedding trip to Helen, Ga., and now live in Hodges.
