Fabiani, Ronald L.

Millsboro, Delaware - Ronald Louis Fabiani of Millsboro, Delaware passed away on February 9, 2009 at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford, Delaware.

He was a member of St. Michaels Roman Catholic Church in Georgetown, Post 28 American Legion, and the Marine Corp League.

His motto was "Once a Marine, Always a Marine".

He was an avid fisherman and a Vietnam War Veteran.

He worked a short time as a Philadelphia Policeman.

He retired from Philadelphia Electric as a generator operator.

Ron was a loving caring husband and soul mate.

He is proceeded in death by his parents Lou & Ellen Marie McAtee Fabiani.

Ron is survived by his wife of 45 years Joyce L. Fabiani, one daughter Jamie Noel Fabiani, and one son Joshua Andrew Fabiani.

A Mass of Christian burial will be offered on Monday February 16, 2009 at St. Michaels The Archangel Roman Catholic Church in Georgetown, Delaware at 11:00 AM.

Burial will be in the Delaware Memorial Veterans Cemetery in Millsboro, Delaware on Tuesday February 17, 2009 at 1:00 PM with Marine Corp Honors.

In lieu of Flowers, contributions may be made the Delaware Hospice 100 Patriots way Milford, Delaware 19963.

Arrangements by Watson Funeral Home 211 S. Washington St. Millsboro, Delaware.

Gabrielli, Gabriel

Gabriel Gabrielli, age 41, went home to be with the Lord, suddenly on July 13, 2006. Gabriel worked as an auto body shop manager in PA and DE. He enjoyed soccer as a player and as a coach. He was a talented guitar player, singer and song writer.

Gabriel is survived by his wife, Diane M. Gabrielli; 4 sons, Corey, Julian, Adrian and Brendan and 1 daughter, Estella; his parents, Julio and Maria Gabrielli; 1 brother Oswald Gabrielli.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial service in celebration of Gabriel's life on Thursday, July 20, 2006 at 7:00 pm in the Strano & Feeley Family Funeral Home, 635 Churchmans Rd., Newark, DE 19702 where friends may visit with the family beginning at 6:00 pm. In lieu of flowers contributions can be sent to the Gabrielli Children's Fund, c/o the funeral home.

Galindez, Angel M.

Angel M. Galindez, age 54, of Newark, died on Thursday, October 17, 2002 at Christiana Hospital.

Mr. Galindez is survived by a daughter, Angel M. Galindez and her mother, JoAnne Mude; two stepsons, Michael and Nicholas Mude; four brothers, Efrain, Miguel, Ruben and Rafael; his nephew, Miguel and several other nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 pm on Tuesday afternoon at Mealey Funeral Home, 703 N. Broom Street, Wilmington, where friends may call after 12:30 pm. Interment will be at Silverbrook Cemetery, Wilmington.

Fambach, Charles "Chuck" L.

Charles L. "Chuck" Fambach, of Clayton, passed away on Friday December 8, 2006 at his home. He was 67.

He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. on April 28, 1939, the son of the late Charles and Mary Penick Fambach.

He was a U.S. Navy veteran of 22 years, serving on the USS Ranger CV-61; USS Clifton Sprague FFG-16; and the USS Estocin FFG-15. Chuck retired in 1996 as a First Class Petty Officer.

He had lived in Linden, NJ for 18 years, and moved to Clayton, DE in 2001.

He was a member of the Woodbridge (N.J.) Elks; St. Polycarp Parish, Smyrna; the St. Vincent DePaul Society; the Community of Shalom; the Brother Vincent Council of the Knights of Columbus, the Vietnam Veterans of America; and the USS Ranger CV-61 Reunion Association. He also served as a prison advocate serving the needs of prisoners.

Chuck will be remembered as one who had a strong faith and enjoyed life to the fullest, who enjoyed helping others, and as one who didn't worry about tomorrow.

He enjoyed traveling, crosswords, playing cards, computer games, watching sports, and going to casinos. Chuck was known as a "cookie monster".

He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Lillian G. Fambach; two sisters, Patricia "Pat" Callahan and her husband Bob, of Myrtle Beach, SC; and Irene Wallum and her husband Harry, of Succasunna, NJ; two aunts, Kay Brand, of Pennsburg, Pa. and Irene Kubasch, of Conway, SC; and a nephew, Robert VanBrunt and his wife Robin, of Sparta, NJ.

Mass of Christian Burial will be offered 11:00 AM Monday December 18 at St. Polycarp Catholic Church, Ransom Lane and South St., Smyrna, where friends may call at 10:00 AM in the parish hall. Friends may also call from 1:00 - 3:00 PM and from 6:00 - 8:00 PM on Sunday December 17 at Matthews-Bryson Funeral Home, 123 W. Commerce St., Smyrna.

Interment will be at sea with full Naval military honors at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to either: Delaware Hospice Inc., 911 S. DuPont Highway, Dover, De. 19901, or, Hope Lodge of the American Cancer Society, 636 W. Lexington St., Baltimore, MD 21201.

Arrangements are by Matthews-Bryson Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Smyrna.

MacFaddin, Audria J.

CAMDEN-WYOMING -- Audria J. MacFaddin, of Camden-Wyoming died Friday, December 20, 2002 in her son's home surrounded by her family. She was 94.

She was born on April 9, 1908 in Ohio daughter of the late Robert and Clara (Badgley) Johnston.

Mrs. MacFaddin had a long career in elementary education. She moved to Delaware in 1932 from New Carlisle, Ohio with her late husband and began her teaching career in Frederica school and finally with the Caesar Rodney School District retiring from W.B. Simpson 1968

She enjoyed reading, doing crossword puzzles, needlework and an avid bridge player.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 63 years Richard MacFaddin on April 3, 1996.

She is survived by two sons Samuel MacFaddin of Camden-Wyoming with whom she lived for the last eight months, Thomas MacFaddin of Monroe, LA and a daughter Sally Ann Davis of Woodbridge, VA, 11 grandchildren and 18 grandchildren.

Funeral services will 2:00 p.m. Monday in the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 West Camden- Wyoming Avenue, Wyoming, where friends may call one hour before services.

Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Camden.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to Delaware Hospice, 911 S. DuPont Highway, Dover, DE 19901.
