DOUGLAS -- Mary A. (Nedoroscik) Puzo, 80, formerly of Riddlebrook Apartments, died Wednesday, Jan. 31, in St. Camillus Healthcare, Whitinsville section of Northbridge, after an illness.

Her husband, Joseph “Jerry” Puzo, died in 1980. She leaves a son, Stephen Puzo of Florida; her mother, Susan (Zelonka) Nedoroscik of Douglas; three brothers, Stephen Nedoroscik of Millbury, Francis Nedoroscik of Minneapolis and Paul Nedoroscik of Lake Placid, Fla.; five sisters, Anne Abrams of Cape Coral, Fla., Helen Herbst of Douglas, Frances Aubin of Melrose, Susan Cullinan of Auburn and Joan Parker of Lenox; two grandsons; nephews and nieces. Two brothers, Joseph and John Nedoroscik, predeceased her. She was born in Douglas, daughter of John A. Nedoroscik.

Mrs. Puzo was a member of St. Denis Church. She was an accomplished seamstress and enjoyed crocheting.

The funeral will be held Friday, Feb. 2, from Jackman Funeral Home, 7 Mechanic St., with a Mass at 11 a.m. in St. Denis Church, 27 Manchaug Road. Burial will be in St. Denis Cemetery. A calling hour is 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 2, in the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to St. Camillus Healthcare, 447 Hill St., Whitinsville, MA 01588.

Nellie T. Quink, 83

WARE -- Nellie T. (Koziol) Quink, 83, of 29 Buckley Court, a retired mental retardation technician, died Sunday, Feb. 4, at her home after a long illness.

She leaves her husband of 53 years, Sylvester M. Quink; a son, Michael Quink of South Dennis; two daughters, Sylvia M. Quink and Elizabeth A. Quink-McNeil, both of Ware; five sisters, Mary Capozza of Margate, Fla.; Veronica Koziol of Worcester, Sophie Gladkowski of the Three Rivers section of Palmer, Edna Costa of Monson and Phyllis Eck of Boynton Beach, Fla.; and a grandson. A brother, Joseph Koziol; and a sister, Wanda Zaranek, predeceased her. She was born in Three Rivers, daughter of Stanley and Mary (Skura) Koziol, and lived in Ware for 53 years.

Mrs. Quink was a mental retardation technician at the former Belchertown State School, Belchertown, for 14 years, retiring in 1982. She was a member of St. Mary's Church and its Ladies' Guild for many years.

The funeral service will be Thursday, Feb. 8, from the Cebula Funeral Home, 66 South St., with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Mary's Church, 60 South St. Calling hours are 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 7, at the funeral home. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the University of Massachusetts Medical School, 55 Lake Ave. North, Worcester, MA 01605 or to the Mary Lane Adult Day Health Program, c/o 85 South St. Ware, MA 01802.

Louis S. Racicot, 56

MANCHESTER, N.H. -- Louis S. Racicot, 56, of Manchester, formerly of Uxbridge, Mass., and Douglas, Mass., died Jan. 30 at home after a long illness.

He leaves his wife of 31 years, Joan Racicot; five brothers, Francis Racicot of Virginia, Charles Racicot of Missouri, Robert Racicot of Providence, R.I., and David and Frederick Racicot of the Uxbridge area; his mother, Dorothy (Halsing) Racicot and a sister, Charlene S. Kibbe, both of Uxbridge; many nephews and nieces. He was born in Mendon, Mass., son of Louis S. Racicot Sr., and lived in Uxbridge and Douglas before moving to Manchester. He was a Marine Corps veteran.

Mr. Racicot owned Linwood Mill in Linwood, Mass.

Mr. Racicot was cremated. There are no further services planned.

Irene M. Ramsey, 90

WORCESTER -- Irene M. (Matson) Ramsey, 90, formerly of West Boylston, a retired cost accountant, died Wednesday, Jan. 24, in the Odd Fellows Home, after an illness.

Her husband, Boyd W. Ramsey, died in 1998. She leaves two sons, Douglas N. Ramsey of Holden and Gregory A. Ramsey of Washington, D.C.; a daughter, Holly E. Ebbeson of Princeton; four grandchildren; nephews and nieces. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Charles and Emma (Johnson) Matson, and lived 26 years in West Boylston and several years in Annandale, Va., and Alexandria, Va. She graduated from Commerce High School.

Mrs. Ramsey was a cost accountant at Norton Co., where she worked 23 years. She later worked at Warner-Swasey Co. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.

The memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 3, in Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main St., Holden. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701; or to the Alzheimer's Association of Eastern Massachusetts, 36 Cameron Ave., Cambridge, MA 02140.

Edith A. Rebeiro, 82

HUDSON -- Edith A. (Beardmore) Rebeiro, 82, of Hudson, a former Hudson Lock Co. employee, died Saturday, Jan. 27, at Bolton Manor in Marlboro.

Her husband, John L. Rebeiro Sr., died in 1989. She leaves three sons, Ronald Rebeiro of Hudson, Robert Rebeiro of Whitman, and Thomas Rebeiro of Danielson, Conn.; a daughter, Sandra Gorts of North Powder, Ore.; two brothers, Richard Beardmore of Lunenberg and Robert Beardmore of Leominster; 15 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; many nephews and nieces. A son, John L. Rebeiro Jr., died in 2000. She was born in Leominster, daughter of Joseph and Jessie (Bisson) Beardmore.

Mrs. Rebeiro worked many years at the Hudson Lock Co. before retiring. She was a member of St. Michael's Church and the Hudson Senior Citizens.

The funeral will be held Tuesday, Jan. 30, from the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, 50 Central St., with a Mass at 9 a.m. in St. Michael's Church, 21 Manning St. Burial will be in Forestvale Cemetery. Calling hours are from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, Jan. 29., at the funeral home.

Lillian Burns Rich, 64

OXFORD -- Lillian C. (Paradise) Burns Rich, 64, of 37 Prospect St., North Oxford, formerly of Auburn and Worcester, a supervisor, died Sunday, Feb. 4, at home after an illness.

Her husband, Glenn Rich Sr., died in 1991. She leaves two daughters, Elaine Guerin of Oxford and Star Decelles of Sterling; three stepsons, Glenn Rich Jr. of Shrewsbury, Dennis Burns of Worcester and James Burns of Webster; two brothers, William Paradise of Shrewsbury and Peter Paradise of Worcester; three sisters, Penney Carrier of Oxford, Sandy Vosburg of New Hampshire and Dolores Arsenault of Wales; 13 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; several nephews and nieces. Her first husband, Frederick Burns, died in 1974. A stepson, Donald Burns of Worcester, died in 1997 and another stepson, Frederick Burns Jr. of Worcester, died in 1999. She was born in Worcester, daughter of William and Harriet (Rogers) Paradise, and moved to Auburn 16 years ago.

Mrs. Rich was a supervisor 40 years at the Norton Manufacturing Co. in Worcester, retiring in 2000 because of illness.

She was a member of St. John's Church in Worcester.

The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 8, in the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home, 12 Hammond St., Worcester. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery, Worcester. Calling hours are from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 8, in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the UMass Memorial Hospice Program, 43 Harvard St., Worcester, MA 01605.

Leona C. Riley, 87

NORTHBRIDGE -- Leona C. (Bourdon) Riley, 87, formerly of Delray Gardens, Whitinsville, died Sunday, Jan. 21, in the Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, Va., after an illness.

Her husband, Howard C. Riley, died in 1983. She leaves a daughter, Linda Poole of Winchester; three sisters, Eva Monroe and Delia Murray, both of Whitinsville, and Celina Carter of Sutton; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; several nephews and nieces. A sister, Mary Kortekamp, and two brothers, Joseph and Paul Bourdon, predeceased her. She was born in Sutton, daughter of Simeon and Olivine (Martineau) Bourdon, and lived most of her life in Whitinsville most of her life.

Mrs. Riley was a charge attendant many years at Westboro State Hospital before retiring.

The memorial Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 3, in St. Patrick's Church, Cross Street, Whitinsville. Burial will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Whitinsville. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Lung Association, 39 South Gate Court, Suite 102, Harrisonburg, VA 22801 or St. Patrick's Church, PO Box 60, Cross Street, Whitinsville, MA 01588. Jackman Funeral Home, 12 Spring St., Whitinsville, is directing arrangements.

Richard F. Riley Sr., 74

WORCESTER -- Richard F. Riley Sr., 74, of 67 Paine St., a retired building superintendent and a veteran of World War II, died Friday, Feb. 2, at home, after being stricken ill.

He leaves his wife, Marie R. (Fiore) Riley; 11 sons, Richard F. Riley Jr., Thomas D., John W., William E., Walter J., and Bernard J. Riley, all of Worcester, Paul J. Riley of Shrewsbury, James P. Riley of Auburn, David F. Riley of Springfield, and Joseph F. and Edward A. Riley, both of West Boylston; five daughters, Kathleen A. Cavan of West Boylston, Margaret A. Holloway and Christine A. Consolmagno, both of Worcester, and Mary A. Dowd and Elizabeth A. Riley, both of Auburn; two sisters, Joan Risas of Worcester and Shirley Montecalvo of Palm Coast, Fla.; 29 grandchildren; nephews and nieces. A brother, Walter J. Riley of Worcester, died in 1991; a sister, Judith Kelley of Worcester, died in 1996; and another sister, Norma Marcinkus of Worcester, died in 2000. He was born in Worcester, son of Walter J. and Marion E. (Steele) Riley, and graduated from Commerce High School.

A Navy veteran of World War II, he participated in the occupation of the Philippines and the Iwo Jima and Okinawa invasions.

Mr. Riley was building superintendent for the Registry of Motor Vehicles for 22 years, retiring in 1992. He previously worked 15 years for the New York Central Railroad. He was a member of St. Bernard's Church and a eucharistic minister at St. Joan of Arc Church, and was involved with the pro-life movement. He enjoyed bingo, baseball and photography.

The funeral will be held Tuesday, Feb. 6, from Kelly Funeral Home, 154 Lincoln St., with a Mass at 10:30 a.m. in St. Bernard's Church, 228 Lincoln St. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery. Calling hours are 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 5, in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Bernard's Church, 236 Lincoln St., Worcester, MA 01605.

Ruby L. Rinoldo, 77

MARLBORO -- Ruby L. (Tebo) Rinoldo, 77, of 52 Eager Court, a former production assembler, died Tuesday, Jan. 30, in Marlboro Hospital after an illness.

She leaves her husband of 59 years, Thomas J. Rinoldo; three sons, Thomas H. Rinoldo of Tampa, Fla., James H. and Peter P. Rinoldo, both of Marlboro; three daughters, Ruby L. Jacques of Lancaster, Joanne M. Sharon and Mary L. Rinoldo, both of Marlboro; 21 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. A daughter, Nancy J. Soumoulis of Marlboro, predeceased her. She was born in Marlboro, daughter of Harold and Ruby (Fuller) Tebo.

Mrs. Rinoldo was a production assembler for Data General, Southboro. She was a member of St. Ann's Church, and a former member of Ladies of the Moose of Marlboro and the Veterans of Foreign Wars and Disabled American Veterans ladies auxiliaries.

The funeral will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 3, from John P. Rowe Funeral Home Inc., 57 Main St., with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Ann's Church, 466 Lincoln St. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, Feb. 2, in the funeral home. Donations may be made to St. Ann's Memorial Fund, 466 Lincoln St., Marlboro, MA 01752; or to American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.

Aline M. Robbins, 87

OXFORD -- Aline M. (Lamoureux) Robbins, 87, formerly of Rose Lane, a former seamstress, died Thursday, Feb. 1, in St. Francis Home, Worcester, after an illness.

Her husband of 61 years, Ewart A. Robbins, died in 1999. She leaves three sons, Loren G. Robbins of North Chelmsford, Kenneth N. Robbins of Cary, N.C., and Donald E. Robbins of Southbridge; a brother, Normand Lamoureux of Worcester; a sister, Lucille Ledoux of Worcester; two grandsons; nephews and nieces. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Ludovic and Diana (Gravel) Lamoureux, and moved to Oxford in 1955.

Mrs. Robbins was a self-employed seamstress. She was a member of St. Roch's Church and its rosary sodality. She enjoyed sewing.

The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 3, from Paradis Funeral Home, 357 Main St., with a Mass at 11 a.m. in St. Roch's Church, 332 Main St. Burial will be in St. Roch's Cemetery. Calling hours are 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 2, in the funeral home.

WORCESTER -- The funeral for Kevin A. Roberts, 52, of 86-88 Massasoit Road, will be held Friday, Jan. 26, from O'Connor Brothers Funeral Home, 592 Park Ave., with a Mass at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of the Angels Church, 1222 Main St. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery. A calling hour is 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Friday, Jan. 26, in the funeral home.

Mr. Roberts died Tuesday, Jan. 23, at home.

He leaves an uncle, Garnett G. Trombly of Worcester; and two aunts, Gloria C. Lovely and Blanid J. Morin, both of Worcester. He was born in Springfield, son of John and Mildred R. (Trombly) Roberts, and lived most of his life in Worcester. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Community Healthlink Residential Program, 72 Jacques Ave., Worcester, MA 01610.

Harold Rogers, 89

WORCESTER -- Harold Rogers, 89, of Greenville, R.I., formerly of Worcester, a retired service station owner, died Thursday, Feb. 1, in Village at Waterman Lake, Greenville.

He leaves his wife, Gertrude (Furie) Rogers of Cranston, R.I.; a daughter, Linda Goldman of West Warwick, R.I.; and a grandson. Two brothers, Ernest and Sigfried Rosenberger, predeceased him. He was born in Manheim, Germany, son of Moritz and Jula (Neu) Rosenberger, and lived 62 years in Worcester before moving to Greenville three months ago.

Mr. Rogers owned Rogers Mobil Station for 45 years, retiring 15 years ago. He was a member of B'nai B'rith, and entertained at local nursing homes, playing keyboard and leading sing-alongs. He was also an arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau.

The graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 4, in B'nai B'rith Cemetery, St. John's Road. Shiva will be observed 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 4, through Tuesday, Feb. 6, at the home of Linda Goldman, 66 Governor's Hill, West Warwick. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mark Goldman Scholarship Fund, c/o Rhode Island College, 600 Mount Pleasant Ave., Providence, RI 02908. Shalom Memorial Chapel, 1100 New London Ave., Cranston, RI, is directing arrangements.

Gladys M. Ronayne, 70

BRAINTREE -- Gladys Marion (Dorney) Ronayne, 70, of Braintree, formerly of North Brookfield, Abington, and Quincy, a retired bus driver, died Monday, Feb. 5, in Colonial Nursing Home.

Her husband, Eugene L. Ronayne, predeceased her. She leaves two sons, Michael Ronayne of Lufkin, Texas, and Robert Ronayne of Quincy; three daughters, Kathleen Haapaoja of Clinton, N.J., Eileen Casey of Norwell, and Francine Johnson of Leesburg, Va.; four sisters, Mary Wheeler of North Brookfield, Jean O'Connor of Shrewsbury, Joanne Nelson of Lompoc, Calif., and Gail Corden of West Longbranch, N.J.; three brothers, James Dorney of Uxbridge, William Dorney of Warren and Robert Dorney of Arlington; and 10 grandchildren. She was born in North Brookfield, daughter of Francis J. and Eleanor (Jaques) Dorney, and graduated from North Brookfield High School.

Mrs. Ronayne worked 25 years as a school bus driver, serving Braintree and Weymouth, before retiring. She enjoyed dancing and traveling.

The funeral will be held at 9 a.m. Friday, Feb. 9, from the McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home, 30 Central St., Norwell, with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Helen Church, Washington Street, Norwell. Burial will be in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne. Calling hours are 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 8, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of Eastern Massachusetts, 36 Cameron Ave., Cambridge, MA 02140-1102.
