RONALD H. SCHURG
FROSTBURG - Ronald H. Schurg, 45, of 245 W. Mechanic St., Frostburg, died Tuesday, April 29, 1997, in Frostburg.
Born April 26, 1952, in Frostburg, he was the son of Harold C. and Evelyn (Buskirk) Schurg, Frostburg.
Mr. Schurg was employed by the housekeeping department of Frostburg State University, and was the groundskeeper of the First United Presbyterian Church. He was a member of the Frostburg Assembly of God Church.
Surviving in addition to his parents are his wife Rosemary (Robinette) Schurg; two sons, Eric B. Schurg, Beans Cove, Pa., and Brian H. Schurg, at home; one granddaughter, Nicole E. Schurg, Beans Cove, Pa.; two brothers, Roger Schurg and wife Geraldine, and Steve Schurg; one sister, Lynn Baker and husband Randy, all of Frostburg; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the Durst Funeral Home, Frostburg, on Thursday from 7 to 9 and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be held in the funeral home on Saturday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. H. Eddie Schaidt officiating.
Interment will be in the Frostburg Memorial Park.
STELLA M. SEADERS
MIAMI, Fla. - Stella M. Seaders, 90, of Miami, formerly of Cumberland, Md., died Thursday, May 8, 1997, at her residence.
Born Sept. 19, 1906, in Mount Savage, Md., she was the daughter of the late Andrew J. and Mary A. (Birmingham) Grimm. She also was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Seaders, in 1970; four sisters; and two brothers.
Mrs. Seaders was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.
Surviving are one daughter, Charlene (Van) Parsons, Miami; and one grandson, Bryan Parsons, Miami.
Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, 108 Virginia Ave., Cumberland, on Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m.
A Rosary will be conducted on Sunday at 8 p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary's Catholic Church on Monday at 10 a.m. with Father Milton A. Hipsley as celebrant.
Interment will be in St. Mary's cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Rick Linthicum, Roger Lantz, Andy Linthicum, Ron Robinette, Jack Andrews, and Ken Kennedy.
JAMES E. SEBOLD
MOUNTAIN LAKE PARK - James Earl Sebold, 52, of 501 Spruce St., Mountain Lake Park, died Saturday, Oct. 4, 1997, at Monongalia General Hospital, Morgantown, W.Va.
Born April 11, 1945, in Cumberland, he was a son of Lena B. Sebold of Deer Park and the late Earl Joseph Sebold.
Mr. Sebold was employed by the U.S. Postal Service for 30 years, the last four of which were as postmaster of the Gormania, W.Va., Post Office. He was a U.S. Navy veteran, a member of Oakland Lodge No. 192 AF&AM;, Cumberland Consistory Scottish Rite, the Ali Ghan Shrine Temple, and was a member of the Ali Ghan Clown Unit.
In addition to his mother, surviving are his wife, Janet (White) Sebold; one son, Robert J. Sebold, Mountain Lake Park; and one granddaughter, Britani Paige Sebold.
Friends may call at the Durst Funeral Home, Oakland, on Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Tuesday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Will Ghere officiating.
Interment will be in Garrett County Memorial Gardens.
Oakland Lodge No. 192 will conduct a Masonic memorial service at the funeral home on Monday at 7:30 p.m.

Members of the Ali Ghan Clown Unit will serve as pallbearers.

FROSTBURG - John J. "Joe" Seib, Jr., 73, of 21 Welsh Street, Frostburg, died Sunday, Sept. 7, 1997, at Sacred Heart Hospital, Cumberland.
Born Jan. 18, 1924, in Ocean, he was a son of the late John J. Seib, Sr. and Isabelle (Rae) Seib. He also was preceded in death by two sisters, Agnes Dawson and Wilhelamina Dye; and one brother, "Jake" Seib.
Mr. Seib was employed at Celanese Corporation and he retired from Pittsburgh Plate Glass. He was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church, and a member of Nancy Hanks Post No. 3518 VFW, Keyser. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and served on the USS Bull in both the Atlantic and Pacific.
Surviving are his wife Catherine (Leake) Seib; two sons, Joe Seib and wife Kathy, Freeport, Pa., and Frank Seib and wife Lourdes, Fredericksburg, Va.; four daughters, Cathy McKenzie, Frostburg, Shari McFarland and husband Kenny, Fort Ashby, W.Va., Mary Seib, LaVale, and Janet Duvall and husband Andy, Elizabethtown, Ky.; 12 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two brothers, Fred Seib, Triple Lakes, Cumberland, and Leo Seib, Melvindale, Mich.; and four sisters, Mary Brant, Lonaconing, Betty Maurer, Fredonia, Pa., Anna Jean Savona, Maumee, Ohio, and Tricia Seib, National.

CECELIA M. SEIBERT
ECKHART - Cecelia M. Seibert, 86, formerly of Eckhart, a resident of Frostburg Village Nursing Home, died Monday, Sept. 22, 1997, at Sacred Heart Hospital.
She was born Feb. 2, 1911, in Frostburg and was the daughter of the late Patrick and Emma (Treseise) Monahan. She also was preceded in death by her husband, William J. Seibert, in 1960.
She was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church. She also was a member of the Ladies of the Moose for more than 60 years. Also, she was a member of The Sodality of St. Michael's Church, American Legion Auxiliary Unit 24, Third Order of St. Francis, and the Ancient Order of Hibernians.
Surviving are one son, William Seibert and wife Phyllis, Bowie; three grandchildren, Michael Hodges, Germantown, Kathryn Nicholson, Olney, and Julia Hodges, Columbia; one brother, Thomas Monahan, Annapolis.
Friends will be received at the Sowers Funeral Home, Frostburg, on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Prayers will be recited Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Michael's Catholic Church on Thursday at 10 a.m. with Father Paul A. Byrnes as Celebrant.
Interment will be in St. Michael's cemetery.
