Richard Senesac
Richard Frances Senesac, 65, Billings, Montana, formerly of Jackson, Minnesota died October 11, 2006 at Saint Vincent Health Care Hospital. Richard, who was called Sac or Dick by his family and friends, was born on July 31, 1941; parents were Paul and Alice (Matuska) Senesac.
Richard was an avid fisherman and hunter, a devoted mechanic and loved stock car racing. He owned Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts in Alexandria; was a Realtor; small business owner; and lastly a mechanic in Billings.
He is survived by his children, Chad Senesac of Big Lake, Garrett Senesac and wife, Diane, of St. Michael, Krista Senesac of Big Lake, Kim Schroeder and husband, Tom, of Parkers Prairie; four grandchildren, Jordan and Amber Schroeder and Josh and Jaimee Senesac; one unborn grandchild; and one sister, Rita Lapic and husband, Lee, of Jackson; one brother Roger Senesac and wife, Yolanda, of Seattle, WA; nieces Darcey Lapic, Ginger Mortensen and husband, Jason; nephews Avery Lapic and wife, Melissa and Hunter Senesac.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Susan Senesac; and one son, Troy Senesac.
A private graveside memorial was held November 11 at Good Shepherd Catholic Cemetery in Jackson.
Jessica Snare
Jessica Snare, 18 of Buffalo, died on Monday, November 6, 2006.
Jessica Alyce was born to Noel and Mary (Kalinowski) Snare on November 13, 1987 at Methodist Hospital in St. Louis Park. She was baptized by Zion Lutheran Pastor Ed Blair on March 20, 1988 and confirmed in the faith by Zion Lutheran Pastor John Folkerds on September 21, 2003.
A vivacious and confident teen, Jessica enjoyed her many friends and the close bond she shared with her brother Brandon. She spent many hours in her painting studio, both alone and with other talented friends. Jessica's artistic abilities have been featured in the Wright County Journal Press and several art shows, including an upcoming show in January of 2007. A class of 2006 graduate of Buffalo High School, Jessica attended Hennepin Technical College while going to high school. She recently began working for Sharper Image in Maple Grove.
Jessica enjoyed hunting with her father, brothers, and uncles at the Hunting Shack in Greenbush.
Jessica is survived by her parents, Noel and Mary Snare; brothers, Dustin (currently serving in Iraq), and Brandon; grandmother, Marion Snare, all of Buffalo; grandfather, Harry (Addie) Kalinowski, Sr. of Brea, CA; aunt, Julie Snare-Johnson of Wayzata; uncles, Alan Snare of Anchorage, AK, Kerry Snare (Connie) of Elk River, Scott Snare (Laura) of Big Lake and "J.R." Harry Kalinowski, Jr. of Champlin; future sister-in-law, Dustin's fiancee, Coventry Johnson of Stillwater; boyfriend Patrick Gilbertson; many cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Adrian Snare; grandmother, Darlene Kalinowski; and cousin Jonathan Kalinowski.
Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, November 11 at Zion Lutheran Church of Buffalo. Burial was in the Zion Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation was 4-8 p.m. Friday at Zion Lutheran Church with a 7:30 p.m. prayer service. The Peterson Chapel in Buffalo served the family.
Barbara Zuppke
Barbara Jean Zuppke, 56 of Rockford, and formerly of Minneapolis, died on Tuesday, November 7, 2006 following a struggle with an unexpected illness. Funeral services took place Saturday, November 11 at 1 p.m. at Peterson - Grimsmo Chapel of Monticello. Interment was at Lakeview Cemetery of Buffalo. Visitation was held on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral chapel. Funeral arrangements were with the Peterson - Grimsmo Chapel of Monticello.
Barb was born January 31, 1950 in Minneapolis to Anthony and Mildred (Nelson) Oestreicher. She was an extraordinary woman whose love of family was her sole priority. Barb also loved music, books and her dog, Bur-bur.
Barb was loved and will be missed by her daughter, April Guyant; son Randy Zuppke and his fiancee Michelle; grandchildren Kassidy and Hunter; mother Mildred; three sisters, Carol, Kathy and Antoinette; three brothers Dennis, Tony, Jr. and William. She was preceded in death by her father, Anthony.
Martha Diesen
Martha Eveline Diesen, 97 of Maple Plain, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 18, 2007. She was born April 21, 1910 to Elmer and Magda (Asplund) Martin in Linden, Wisconsin.
After the birth of their children, Eve chose to devote her time to parenting and homemaking, roles which she carried out commendably with love, grace, patience and understanding. She was a recipient of a Lifetime membership of the Minnesota PTA. She was very active in numerous community events putting her heart and soul into everything she did.
Eve was preceded in death by her husband Harold; son Thomas; daughter-in-law Janice Diesen; infant great-granddaughter Trinity Dickerson; and a sister Clara Kadlec.
She is survived by her sons: Jerome Diesen, Roger Diesen; daughter Eileen and John Carter; seven grandchildren: Terri and Michael Barrentine, Cheryl and David Young, Christopher Diesen, Jason and Shelly Carter, Marnie Carter, Angela and Brian Dickerson, Deedee and Christopher Caldwell; nine great-grandchildren: Tony, Cory, Brandon, Alyssa, Dakota, Caleb, Caden, Caden, Ashton; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Eleanore and Herb Edstrom and Evelyn Diesen.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, June 30 at 11:30 a.m. at the Maple Plain Community Church in Maple Plain. Gathering of family and friends will be held in the church from 10 to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday prior to the services. Pastor Carl Eckdahl will officiate at the services with interment in the Crystal Lake Cemetery in Minneapolis.

Elmer Erickson
Funeral services for Elmer L. Erickson, 91 of Buffalo, formerly of Albert Lea, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 28, 2007 at the Redeemer Lutheran Church in Alden. Elmer died Sunday, June 24, 2007 at the Sunrise Cottages in Buffalo.
Elmer Ludvig Erickson was born November 11, 1915 in Howard, SD to Eddie Ucine and Louise (Ilstad) Erickson. His father was born in Illinois and his mother in Norway, and Elmer was one of nine children. He married Ethelyn May Wyrum October 14, 1938. The couple celebrated their 68th wedding anniversary last fall.
Elmer loved his family and always enjoyed taking care of his farm animals. He enjoyed working with wood, making toys, home decorations, and gadgets. Elmer and Ethelyn resided in Alden before moving to Albert Lea in 1971. In July 2006, they moved to assisted living in Buffalo, to be near family.
Survivors include daughter, Marie (Anthony) Sunlitis; son, Edward (Barbara) Erickson; granddaughters, Nancy Kalke, Charlene (Thomas) McDonnell, and Karen (Russell) Point; great-grandchildren: Karin and Philip Rossin, Jack and Andrew McDonnell, and Kandace, Joseph and Erickson Point; sisters: Anna (Arthur) Anderson, Gladys (Ray) Rothstein, Juliet Zalk and Lucille (Gustav) Anderson; and many nieces and nephews.
Elmer was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Ethelyn in February 2006; brothers, Melvin J. Erickson and Arthur E. Erickson; and sisters, Gladys and Jeanette who died at young ages.
Elmer was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. We will all miss him very much.
Glennard Fenske
Glennard E. Fenske, 76 of Watertown, died Monday, June 25, 2007 at his residence.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Glennard Fenske will be held on Friday, June 29 at 10 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Watertown.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 28 from 4-8 p.m. at the church. Further visitation will be held on Friday morning, June 29 one hour prior to the Mass at the church.
Interment with military rites - Immaculate Conception Cemetery.

Luverne Hartneck
Luverne "Tooge" Hartneck, 62 of Albertville, passed away accidentally on June 16, 2007.
He was born on June 28, 1944 in Forest City, Minnesota the son of George and Emily Smith Hartneck.
Luverne Hartneck and Barbara Arneson were joined in holy marriage on October 19, 1963 at Oak Knoll Lutheran Church. God blessed their marriage with three children: Scott, Pam and Melissa.
He was employed as a welder at Tennant Company for the past twenty-nine years.
He loved getting together with family and friends.
Preceded in death by parents: George and Emily Hartneck.
He will be greatly missed by loving wife and best friend Barb; children: Scott (Amy) Hartneck, Pam (Pat) Aydt and Melissa (Jerry) Swan; grandchildren: Ben, Emmie and Aaron Aydt and Madison and Jack Swan; a sister: Bunny (Bill) Carlen; brothers: Blackie (Darlene) Hartneck and Danny (Karen) Hartneck; wonderful nieces, nephews, many relatives and friends.
He will live in our hearts forever!
Funeral services for Luverne "Tooge" Hartneck were held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 20 at Word of Peace Lutheran Church in Rogers. Pastor Ron Prasek officiated and interment followed at Word of Peace Lutheran Cemetery.
Elaine Witt was the organist for the funeral service. Michelle Tomsche was the soloist. Congregational hymns were "Beautiful Savior" and "Amazing Grace, How Sweet the Sound."
A visitation was held on Tuesday, June 19 at the Peterson Chapel St. Michael - Albertville Funeral Home from 5-9 p.m.
Honorary casket bearers were: Michelle Heidenreich, Connie Lindquist, Suzanne Young, Kristina Hartneck and Cindy Smith.
Casket bearers were: Jay Lindquist, Darin Young, Craig Heidenreich, Brad Hartneck, Lyle Norman and Kevin Smith.

Morgan Lueck
Morgan Hunter Lueck, newborn daughter of Michael and Jillene of Delano and beloved sister of Wyatt Hill and Nicholas Lueck was welcomed as an angel of God on June 16, 2007.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents Roy and Dorothy Lueck, Edward Wilson, George and Marjorie Otterson and June Slater.
Morgan is further survived by her grandparents, Richard and Jill Lueck, Robin and Lori Otterson, Judy and Rick Stellenberg; great-grandparents Bernilda and Richard Schwarz, McLoyd Slater; uncles and aunts Brian Lueck, Jeffrey Lueck, Christopher Otterson, Jennifer Stellenberg and Pamela Stellenberg.
Funeral services were held on Thursday, June 21, 2007 at the Woodridge Church in Long Lake, Minnesota. Pastor Greg Seeger officiated at the services with interment in the Pliny Cemetery in McGrath, Minnesota.

Elizabeth Masterson
Elizabeth Ann "Beth" Masterson, 41 of Albertville, died accidentally as the result of a car accident on Saturday, June 16, 2007.
Beth was born May 18, 1966 in Philadelphia, PA, and was adopted by John and Florence Masterson at the age of three weeks. She grew up and graduated from Bishop Egan High School in Yardley, PA, and later became a paralegal.
Beth was previously a member of the PBA (Patrolmen's Benevolent Association) in Florida. Upon termination of these duties, she joined Target Corp. in Minneapolis, where she was employed in the Security Division at the present time.
Beth is survived by son Zachary at home; her parents of Yardley, PA; siblings: Scott (Susan) Masterson of Yardley, Kathleen (James) Cloonen of Levittown, PA, Keith Masterson of Aventura, FL; dear friends CarrieLynn and Samantha of Albertville; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services for Elizabeth "Beth" Masterson were held on Thursday, June 21 at 5 p.m. at the Peterson Chapel St. Michael - Albertville Funeral Home.
