Eldrey (Hitchcock) Willour, 85, of Broomfield, Colo., formerly of Coleraine, died Monday, March 26, 2001, in St. John's Hospice Center after a short illness.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Waldo; her parents; a brother; and a sister.

She is survived by brothers Paul (Ursula) Hitchcock of Raleigh, N.C., and Richard (Dorothy) of Ely; sisters Clarice Hitchcock of Grand Rapids and Alice (Roger) Reid of Grantsburg, Wis.
Memorial service to be held at a later date in Kansas.

Nancy E. Riddle Henderson
Nancy E. Riddle Henderson, 71, of Hoyt Lakes died Tuesday, April 3, 2001, in White Community Hospital in Aurora.
She was born Dec. 3, 1929, to Louis and Cloy (Calhoun) Ripley in Sheboygan, Wis. She was raised by Dennis and Golda (Calhoun) Waddell in rural LaFarge, Wis. She attended school there, graduating from LaFarge High School. She furthered her education at the Vernon County Normal Teachers College in Viroqua, Wis. She had taught in the Wisconsin county school system. On Nov. 26, 1947, she was united in marriage to J.L. Riddle. In 1957, they made their home in Hoyt Lakes. She had been a Tupperware sales lady/manager for 20 years. She had been a mentor and inspiration to many.

She was preceded in death by her birth parents; the parents who raised her; a brother, Robert; a sister, Beverly; and her first husband, Junior Lee Riddle.

Nancy is survived by her sons Alan (Kathy) Riddle of Hermantown, Bruce (Joan) Riddle of Hoyt Lakes and David Riddle of Eveleth; grandchildren Angela (Joseph) Radzak, Dan (Cheryl) Riddle, Steve (Joy) Riddle and Justin (Omega Hoffman) Riddle; great-grandchildren Emma, Josh, Marissa, Ryan, Miranda, Brennon and Grace; her husband, Larry Henderson of Eveleth; sisters Janet (Robert) Kroff of Virginia Beach, Va., and Hullene Fogo of Wonewoc, Wis.; a brother, John Ripley; special friends Esther Peterson and Dorothy Beasley; and her cats and constant companions, Buttons and Rambo.
Visitation: 5-7 p.m. Friday with 6:30 p.m. prayer service in Range Funeral Home, Hoyt Lakes. Private graveside services will be held. Burial in Hoyt Lakes Memorial cemetery.

Thelma Tigue
Thelma Tigue, 92, of Garrison, Minn., died Tuesday, April 3, 2001, in Crosby, Minn.
Visitation: 11 a.m. until the 1 p.m. service Saturday in Shepherd of the Lake Lutheran Church, Garrison. Arrangements by Sorensen-Root-Thompson Funeral Home, Aitkin.

JoAnn M. Senich
JoAnn M. Senich, 70, of Hibbing died Sunday, April 1, 2001, in St. Mary's Medical Center in Duluth.
She is survived by her husband, Nick; daughters Peggy Campbell and Wendy Senich; sons Nicky Peter (Kristy) and Michael (Karen) Senich, both of Duluth; a sister; and nine grandchildren.
Visitation: 6-8 p.m. today and 10-10:45 a.m. Wednesday in Dougherty Funeral Home, Hibbing. Service 11 a.m. Wednesday in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Hibbing.

Lucy Ann Gentile
Lucy Ann Gentile, 84, of Keewatin, Minn., died Monday, April 2, 2001, in St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Shakopee, Minn.
She is survived a daughter, Cathy (Bob) Groetsch; a son, Peter Gentile; a brother, Joe Grear; a sister, Rose Kallio; and six grandchildren.
Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Wednesday in Dougherty Funeral Home, Hibbing. Service 11 a.m. Thursday in St. Mary's Catholic Church, Keewatin. Interment in Maple Hill cemetery, Hibbing.

Violet G. Plantz
Violet G. Plantz, 84, of Ely died Monday, April 2, 2001, in her home.
She was born Sept. 15, 1916, in Chicago to Edward and Julia (Semro) Dobersch. While living there she worked as a supervisor for Rand-McNally Publishing Co. In 1942 Violet married Raymond A. Plantz in Washington, D.C.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Dolores Reilly.

Survivors include her husband, Raymond; a son, Raymond (Jayne) Plantz of Ely; a daughter, Pamela (Terry) Murphy of Phoenix, Ariz.; a sister, Lorraine Deering of Chicago; a brother, James (Delores) Dobersch of Warsaw, Ind.; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Private family services to be held in Kerntz Funeral Home in Ely. Spring burial in Ely cemetery.

Marion "Goldie" Ettestad
Marion "Goldie" Ettestad, 84, of International Falls died Saturday, March 31, 2001.
She is survived by her son, John (Rollie) Ettestad of International Falls.
Service: 11 a.m. Thursday in First Lutheran Church, International Falls. Arrangements by Green-Larsen Mortuary, Inc.

Ann Romitelli
Ann Romitelli, 88, of Virginia, formerly of rural Eveleth, died Saturday, March 31, 2001, in Virginia Convalescent Center.
She was born March 7, 1913, in Eveleth to Vincent and Josephine (Fassola) Menghini and had been a lifelong resident of rural Eveleth.

Ann was a homemaker and a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church of Virginia.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Nazzareno Romitelli; and sisters Inez Franklin and Alice Alexander.

She is survived by a sister, Louis Maki (Leonard) Cogger of Virginia; a nephew, Richard (Mary Jean) Olson of Neenah, Wis.; and a niece, Mary Lou (Larry) Welt of Cannon Falls, Minn.
Visitation: 10 until the 11 a.m. service Wednesday in Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Virginia. Burial in Eveleth cemetery. Arrangements by Landmark Funeral Home, Virginia.

Louise U. Herring
Louise U. Herring, 80, of Tower and formerly of Chicago died Monday, April 2, 2001.
She is survived by five sons; a daughter; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation: 10 until the 11 a.m. memorial service Saturday, April 21, 2001, in Vermilion Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Daniel Clemons officiating. Inurnment in Vermilion Lake cemetery. Arrangements by Bauman Vermilion, a Bauman Family Funeral Home, Tower.

Beatrice Grace (Hall) Johnson
Beatrice G. Johnson, 65, of Cloquet went to be with her Lord and personal savior Friday, March 16, 2001, in her home.
She was born March 28, 1935, in Cloquet to George and Alfhild (Boquist) Bugbee. She was a lifelong area resident and married Lloyd Johnson March 25, 1967. She was a third-grade teacher at South Terrace Elementary School in Carlton for 21 years and retired in 1990. Previous to her illness, she was supportive of the Lake Superior Life Care Center. Beatrice continued to be active in her grandchildren's lives throughout her illness.

She was a member of Alpha-Delta-Kappa Honorary Sorority for Women Educators; and St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Cloquet.

She will be missed for her sense of humor, infectious laugh, caring heart and unwavering faith.

Beatrice was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Eugene; her stepfather, Paul Schlavin; a grandson, Carl David Hall; and a stepdaughter, Wendee Johnson.

She is survived by her loving husband, Lloyd; sons David (Grace) Hall of Cloquet and Jim Hall of Coon Rapids, Minn.; a daughter, Nancy (David) Kocur, of Eden Prairie, Minn.; a brother, Richard Bugbee, of Burnsville, Minn.; a sister, Mary (Rodney) Anderson, of Fort Collins, Colo.; grandchildren Bayne and Bryce Harvey, John Kocur, Jenessa and Jordan Hall, and Britta, Eugene and Austin Hall; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 5-8 p.m. today in Nelson Funeral Care, Cloquet, and 1 until the 2 p.m. service Monday in St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Cloquet, the Rev. Thomas Olson and the Rev. Cliff Johnson officiating. Memorials preferred to St. Luke's Hospice. Luncheon will follow in the church social hall. Pallbearers will be her grandchildren. Interment service will follow in Maple Grove cemetery, Cloquet. Arrangements by Nelson Funeral Care, Cloquet.

Brian J. Fillman
Brian J. Fillman, 36, of St. Paul, formerly of Hibbing died Friday, March 16, 2001.
Survivors include his mother, Sharon (Floyd) Campbell of Minneapolis; his father, Donald Gene Fillman of Cherry; sisters Dawn Marie Bradford of Plymouth, Minn., and Tammy (Kirk) White of Duluth; and a nephew, Alec Witte of Duluth.
Visitation: 10-10:45 a.m. Monday in Dougherty Funeral Home, Hibbing. Service 11 a.m. Monday in Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Hibbing. Interment in Maple Hill cemetery, Hibbing.

Georgiann A. Cisar
Georgiann A. Cisar, 91, of Willow River died Saturday, March 17, 2001, in Mercy Health Care Center, Moose Lake.
Survivors include sons Donald of Willow River, Duane (Pauline) of Sturgeon Lake, Robert (Sandra) of Moose Lake and Kenneth (Barb) of Willow River; daughters Donna Sheforgen of Brooklyn Park, Minn., and Sandra (Duane) Olson of Two Harbors; a sister, Libbie Brabec of Two Harbors; 26 grandchildren; 61 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation: 10 until the 11 a.m. service Tuesday in Hamlin-Hansen-Kosloski Funeral Home, Moose Lake. Burial in Sunnyside cemetery, Willow River.
