Arthur A. Burgoyne, age 82, of Burnsville died on Saturday, December 13 at All Saints Senior Living in Shakopee. Art was born on February 10, 1932 in St. Paul the son of Alfred and Ann (Elksner) Burgoyne. He married Virginia Stromberg on June 25, 1955 in St. Paul. Art was a veteran of the Korean War and worked in the insurance business for 60 years.
Dearly loved by his wife, Virginia, daughter, Sherrie (Steve) Consoer; son, Bryan (Carrie) Burgoyne; grandchildren, Nicole (Jerod) Lindblom, Ashley and Andrew Burgoyne, Aric, Marcus (Becki) and Daniel Consoer; great grandchildren, Colton, Mason and Beau.

Peter A. Karst
5/6/1924 — 12/4/2014
Peter A. Karst, age 90, of Shakopee, entered eternal life on Thursday, December 4, 2014, at St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Shakopee.
Peter was born May 6, 1924, in Shakopee, the son of Peter J. and Elizabeth (Gast) Karst. He married Elizabeth Wagner on November 24, 1947, in Shakopee.
Peter served in the United States Army during WWII, and he was a member of the Shakopee V.F.W. #4046. He worked as a carpenter.
Hobbies and interests of Peter's included wood working, fishing and hunting, camping, gardening, cribbage, listening to old time music, and he especially enjoyed splitting wood in the winter time, and he loved smoking his pipe.
Being with his family and 'family time' were very important to Peter.
Peter was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth; daughter, Diane; grandson, Ryan; brothers and sisters.
Survivors include his daughters and sons, Judy (John) Hodges, Tony (Karen), Joe (Diane), Ron (Joan), Vern (Mary), Bonnie, Monica Nicko (Rick McLain), Kevin (Darcey); 17 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; brother, Robert Karst (Chery).

Katherine L. Arbeiter
10/15/1967 — 1/20/2015
Katherine Louise Arbeiter, age 47, of Minneapolis, Minnesota, died on January 20, 2015, in Libertyville, Illinois.
Katie was born on October 15, 1967, in Green Bay, Wisconsin, the daughter of Joseph and Nancy (Pelarski) Arbeiter.
She was a member of the Shakopee High School class of '86, and graduated from the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul.
Katie worked for the nation's largest restyle event company, creating unique and one of a kind jewelry pieces. Her love for the job was reflected in the many people she made happy.
Our beautiful and vivacious Katie is survived by her mother, Nancy; siblings, Jill, Jean (Michael Hayden), Matthew (Kirsten), and Rebecca; Katie's fiance, Manny Cuellar; nieces, Bella, Vada, Ellie, and Gracie.
Katie is preceded in death by her loving father, Joe.

Frank J. Kohout
7/15/1946 — 1/17/2015
Frank J. Kohout, age 68, of Shakopee, passed away on Saturday, January 17, 2015, at his home.
Frank married Marie Kaufhold on November 7, 1986, in Chaska, MN. He served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War.
Frank retired from CertainTeed in 2011. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.
A loving husband and father, Frank is survived by his wife, Marie; children, Kimberly, Frank, Jason, and Mark Kohout; step-children, Christopher Kartak and Mark Griep; mother, Marion Pesak; grandchildren, Nicholas, Brandon, and Frank Kohout; siblings, Doug (Sue Foster), Judy Kohman (Floyd), Rick (Petra), Jimmy, and Jackie Bunnell (Tracy); sisters-in-law, Cindy Menden (Bob Engel), Theresa Niesen (Dan); brother-in-law, Bob Kaufhold (Mary); nieces and nephews; best friend, Kenny Schroers; dogs, Lola and Rascal.
preceded in death by father, Frank; step-daughter, Shelly Griep; niece, Samantha Kohout; father-in-law, John Kaufhold; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Irvin and Pearl Menden.

Karl Stephen Schneider
11/13/1972 — 1/15/2015
Karl Stephen Schneider, age 42, of Apple Valley, formerly of Burnsville, passed away on Thursday, January 15, 2015, at his home.
Karl was born on November 13, 1972 to Raymond and Janice (Lentsch) Schneider. He was currently employed at Chrestomathy in Burnsville, and the Foot Locker at the Mall of America.
Karl is survived by his mother, Jan; brother, Kevin (Robin); sisters, Sandy (Bruce) Teubner, Nancy (Tom) Wooden, Lori (Jim) Quaal, Amy (Jerry) Senechal, Angela (Brian) Boeshans, Allison (Jason) Ross; 16 nieces and nephews; 1 step-niece and 1 step-nephew; many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond; grandparents, Rudolph and Clara Schneider, and Carl and Ida Lentsch.
A special thank you to Karl's staff at Phoenix Residence for their compassionate care during the many years he spent with them. Karl loved watching the Twins, WWE, and CNN. He is now free to run as he pleases, no limits or people shouting 'Slow Down'.

Harlan A. Luebke
11/27/1927 — 1/14/2015
Harlan A. Luebke, age 87, of Shakopee, passed away Wednesday, January 14, 2015, at United Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Harlan was born in Waconia, MN on November 27, 1927, the son of Edwin and Emma (Engelmann) Luebke. He married Dolores 'Polly' Hueser on July 6, 1951, in Chaska, MN.
Harlan was honored to serve in the United States Army during both WWII and the Korean War.
Harlan was a handyman, he enjoyed playing cards and cribbage, he had a sweet tooth, and was very good at telling bad jokes. However, his favorite hobbies were fishing and fixing antique clocks.
Survived by wife, Dolores 'Polly'; daughters, Vicky (Bob) Pfalzgraf, Kathy Jefferson (Darvin Basche); sisters, Betty Luebke, Darlene (Wayne) Hansen, Mary Ann (Jack) Cullum; grandchildren, Aaron (Lia) Ess, Molly (Scott) Breimhorst, Alex (Myranda) Ess, Kyle (Kelly) Jefferson, Matt (Brandy) Jefferson, Keisha Jefferson; great-grandchildren, Eve, Sam and Joe Breimhorst, Orion and Camille Ess, Vienna Ess, Evan and Elliana Jefferson, Autumn Jefferson; sisters-in-law, Annette (Glenn) Willmsen, Deanna (John) Hergott, Eileen (Jerry) Busse. Preceded by brothers, Earl (Lois), Charles (Ramona); sisters, Dorothy (Allan) Schense, Marlys (Roy) Teich.

Sharry L. St. Martin (Jeurissen)

Sharon L. St. Martin (Jeurissen), 'Sharry', age 53, of Shakopee, entered eternal life on Saturday, January 10, 2015, at her home.
Sharry was born in Shakopee, MN on August 23, 1961, the daughter of Bernard and Jeanette (Jacobs) Jeurissen. She married John St. Martin on April 2, 2005, in Shakopee. Sharry was employed at Canterbury Inn and Suites.
Anyone who knows Sharry knows she believed in Angels. With the kids she enjoyed baking, and keeping them busy with homemade treasure maps. She also enjoyed quilting and embroidering.
Sharry had a great loyal group of girl friends that she graduated high school with. They would get together monthly to catch up with each other.
Sharry was the 'bubbly' one that always helped her family and friends.
Sharry is survived by her children, Bob Jeurissen, Krissy (Tim) Elwood, and Calvin St. Martin; granddaughter, Tristan; father, Bernard; siblings, Barbara Diethelm, Daniel (Sue) Jeurissen, Yvonne (Allan) Schmitt, Jeff (Toni) Jeurissen, Rick (Mindy) Jeurissen; mother-in-law, Jean St. Martin; brothers-in-law, Mike, Dan and Brian St. Martin; sister-in-law, Cheryl (Jeff) Hayes; nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews. preceded in death by her husband, John (2012); mother, Jeanette; brothers-in-law, Steve Diethelm, Doug St. Martin; niece, Jessica.

Delores M. Ralph
9/19/1921 — 1/9/2015
Delores M. Ralph, age 93, of Apple Valley, entered eternal life on Friday, January 9, 2015, at Centennial House in Apple Valley, Minnesota.
Delores was born in Savage, Minnesota, on September 19, 1921, the daughter of Robert and Catherine (Jans) Egan. She married John Ralph on September 13, 1947, in Savage, MN.
Delores earned a nursing degree and then worked as a Registered Nurse at the Farmington Clinic. She enjoyed studying genealogy and loved working in her garden.
Delores was preceded in death by her husband, John (2004); siblings, Bob, Margaret, Mary Jane, Helen (Bob), and Ted (Pearl); brother-in-law, Bill Wegner. She is survived by sons and daughter, Jack (Pam Wilcox), Tom (Debie), and Mary C. (David) Moline; 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; sister, Agnes Wegner; sister-in-law, Helen Egan.

Bessie B. Marschall
3/23/1927 — 1/7/2015
Bessie B., age 87, of Shakopee, entered eternal life on Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Shakopee, Minnesota.
Bessie was born on March 23, 1927, in Hancock, Minnesota, her parents were Leonard and Elsie (McRoberts) Richards. She attended Crosby-Ironton High School. Bessie married Stanley Marschall on September 8, 1948, in Deerwood, Minnesota.
She worked as a 'salad lady' at the Shakopee House. Her interests included cooking and baking, she volunteered at Church of St. Mary helping with funeral luncheons and cleaning the church. For five years she was the President of the Senior Club.
Bessie was also very proud to be the spouse of a retired fireman, and she was a volunteer fire lady.
Preceded by husband, Stanley; son, Scott; 6 sisters & 7 brothers; parents. Survived by daughters and sons, Judy Osness, Ron (Cheryl), Ken, Cindy (Mike) Huth, Alan, Randy (Lydia); 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Elsie Dotzler.
