ELISE ZIMMERER
Elise Lizana Aime Zimmerer, age 93, of Waveland, passed away on Friday, August 4, 2006 at her home. She was a native of New Orleans, LA, moving to Waveland as a small child. She resided in the Waveland area for 50 years before moving to Nebraska and Florida and then returning to Waveland 13 years ago.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Victor & Delta Lizana, a sister & brother-in-law, Delta "Tottie" & Lawrence Jacobi, her first husband, Edmond "Gus" Aime & 2 step sons, Bernard & Arthur Zimmerer.
She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Paul B. Zimmerer, her daughter, Gene Aime Scafidi & husband Andrew; sons Edmond "Gus" & Victor Aime all of Waveland; Step-daughters & their spouses, Rosemary Schmadike & Jim of North Platte, NE, Donna Arlt & Ron of Lindsey, NE, Helen Zocholl & Paul of Columbus, NE, Kathy Benson & Eddie of Kearney, NE, Wilma Preuss & Terry of Lindsay, NE, & Jackie Deaver & Scott of Dallas Center, IA; Step-sons & their spouses, Bob Zimmerer & Debora & Bill Zimmerer & Melanie of Fresno, CA; Step daughter-in-laws, Judy Zimmerer & Bernedette Rachetta of Fresno, CA. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, 17 great great grandchildren, 32 step grand children and 47 step great grand children.
Services will be at Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church, 228 South Beach Blvd., Bay St. Louis, MS on Wednesday, August 9, 2006 at 11:00 am with visitation one hour before.
In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Clare Catholic, 234 South Beach Blvd., Waveland, MS 39576. Burial will be private.

JAN LEWIS
Janet “Jan” M. Lewis passed away on Sunday at her residence in Diamondhead, MS where she lived for the past 8 years.
She was born icon in Shelby, Ohio and enjoyed her long time residency in Lancaster, Ohio. Jan was a loving and caring wife to her husband of 54 years.
She was a cherished mother to her four children and will be deeply missed by her family and friends. She was a charter member of P.E.O. Chapter U; a member of Diamondhead VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post 2880; a member of Diamondhead Women's Club; and a member of the Diamondhead Boater's Association.
She was a member of the Krewe of Diamondhead where she was Queen-elect for 2006-2007, but had to resign because of her recent illness. She was especially proud to be a member of the Diamondhead Community Church.
She is survived by her husband, Robert H. Lewis of Diamondhead, MS; her four children, Karen R. Lewis of Atlanta, GA, Jane L. Lewis of Atlanta, GA, James R. Lewis of Lancaster, OH, Thomas R. Lewis of Jacksonville, FL, She is also survived by her five grandchildren, Christie Lynn Lewis and Dalton Thomas Lewis both of Jacksonville, FL, Michael J. Lewis, Edward J. Lewis, and Nicole E. Lewis all of Lancaster, OH.
Memorial Services will be held at the Diamondhead Community Church on Wednesday at 1:00 pm. An entombment by family members only will be held.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Diamondhead Community Church Memorial Fund in memory of Jan Lewis; 5301 Diamondhead Circle; Diamondhead, MS. 39525 or to the charity of your choice.

SHIRLEY KILPATRICK
Shirley Jeanette Kilpatrick, 70, of Bay St. Louis, MS passed away on Friday, August 4, 2006 in Bay St. Louis, MS. She was born icon in Oak Grove, LA and has lived in Bay St. Louis for the past 10 years. She was a Christian. Shirley loved to read, cook, crochet, make flower arrangements, and enjoyed visits from family and friends. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her son, Randy Wainwright and her parents, Cullie and Martha Sims.
She is survived by her husband, Dale Kirpatrick of Bay St. Louis, MS; 2 sons, David Odom of Franklinton, LA, Darin Kilpatrick of Bay St. Louis, MS; her daughter, Denise Russell of Picayune, MS; 5 brothers, Charles Sims of Bastrop, LA, Orville Sims of Harrison, AR, Nathan Sims of Bootheville, LA, Bobby Sims of Harrison, AR, and Gary Sims of Jacksonville, AR; 3 sisters, Nadine Langley of West Monroe, LA, Naomi Gulledge of Eldorado, AR, and Genevia Bridges of Jackson, MS. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Her visitation was held on Monday, August 7, 2006 from 11:00 am until 12:00 noon at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis, MS. The Funeral Service was at 12:00 Noon at the Funeral Home. Burial was private.
In Lieu of flowers the family request donations to ones favorite charity.

PAT HENNESSEY
Philip Patrick Hennessey, Jr. 59, of Kiln, MS passed away on May 7, 2006. He was of Catholic Faith, he was a member of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, and a member of the American Legion Post #77, Waveland, MS. Pat loved his boat and fishing so much that he would fish way past sun down.
Pat is preceded in death by his parents, Philip Patrick, Sr. and Dolores W. Hennessey. He is survived by his son, Sean Hennessey of Kiln, MS; his daughter, Mary Hennessey of Slidell, LA; his sister, Margaret Hennessey of Pearl River, LA; 3 Grandchildren and 2 Nieces.
There will be a visitation on Friday, August 11, 2006 from 6:00 pm. untill 8:00 pm. followed by a service at 8:00 pm. at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis, MS.

MARION STRONG
Funeral services were held on Monday, July 31, 2006, at Quirk & Son Funeral Home for Marion Joseph Strong,
Mr. Strong passed from this life to be with his heavenly father on Saturday July 29, 2006 in Eunice, LA.
He was born icon in Bay St Louis, MS, on May 30, 1948, where he resided into his adulthood. For the last 10 years he resided in Eunice, LA
Like his father and grandfather before him, he was a commercial fisherman involved in his family's business. Although he was employed at times in other occupations, until failing health prevented him from working, he always went back to his roots and what he loved to do most---working on and operating commercial trawlers.
He will be deeply missed and remembered by his family for his generosity, and kindness to those in need.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grand-parents, Willie and Cora Luc Strong, step-grandmother Eurith Howze Strong; his maternal grandparents, John William "Will" and Emma J. Dubuisson Lizana; his parents Harold Joseph and Julia Lizana Strong; two brothers, Harold Joseph Jr and Harold Edmond; one sister, Laura Ulrich, and son Timothy M.Schwemm.
He is survived by his wife Carroll, his son John, three beloved daughters: Cynthia (Sonny) Fulton, of Eunice, LA; Margarete (Jeff) Boudreaux of Eunice, LA; Debra (Howard) Thibodeaux of Lake Charles, LA; eight grandchildren; two great grandchildren, six sisters: Myrtle (Jimmy) Burke of Gulfport, MS; Carolyn (Leo) Hoyt of Sacramento, CA; Peggy Matthews, of Pass Christian, MS; Linda (Jim) Brown of Spicewood, TX; Janet Bell of McComb, MS; Virginia "Ginger" (Jeff) Calcote of McComb, MS; three brothers: Nolan (Bonnie) of Slidell, LA; Harold (Vickie) of Waveland, MS and Glen (Connie) of Bay St Louis, MS; mother-in-law, Jeanie K. Monaco of St Paul, MN; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

JOHNNIE MAE LaROCQUE
Johnnie Mae LaRocque, 61, of Kiln died Friday, October 13, 2006 in Kiln.
She was a native of Laurel, MS and lived most of her life in New Orleans before moving to Kiln. She retired from the Hamburger House restaurant and was avid pet lover.
She was preceded in death byher companion, Charles Rombeck, and 2 sisters, Dianne Powell and Joyce Pigrenet.
Survivors include 3 brothers, Pete james, Matairie, LA, Richard James, Slidell, LA, and Edward James, Marrero, LA, brother-in-law, Lloyd Powell, Kiln, and numerous nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be 10:00 am Tuesday, October 17, 2006 at Gulf Coast Funeral Home, Kiln DeLisle Road Chapel. The visitation will be from 8:30 am - 10:00 am.
A graveside service will be at 2:00 pm in Antioch United Methodiat Church cemetery, Laurel, MS.
Memorials may be sent to any Animal Shelter in memory of Mrs. LaRocque.

BETTY CRIDDLE
Betty Jane Criddle, 69, of Bay St. Louis, MS passed away on Tuesday, October 10, 2006 in Gulfport, MS. She was born icon on August 4, 1937 and was a lifelong resident of Bay St. Louis, MS. She was of the Pentecostal Faith and was a member of the 1st Assembly of God in Bay St. Louis, MS.
She is preceded in death by her son, Andrew Bourgeois, III; her parents, Harry and Ina Bell Farve Luc; 4 brothers, Raymond Pucheu, Ronald Luc, Charles Luc, Ed Luc; and 2 sisters, Gloria Morgan and Auntie Pucheu.
She is survived by 2 sons, David Bourgeois of Bay St. Louis, MS, Harry Bourgeois of Bay St. Louis, MS; 5 daughters, Brenda Thigpen of Waveland, MS, Rosemary Elliott of Bay St. Louis, MS, Theresa Bourgeois of Bay St. Louis, MS, Nadina Brammer of GA, and Angelia Clark of Kiln, MS. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

JOE FARACE
Joseph "Joe" Anthony Farace, 68, of Diamondhead, MS. Our loving husband and father entered eternity on Tuesday, October 10, 2006 at 12:45 pm in Lafayette, LA. He became ill in June and was surrounded by his faithful family throughout the months until his departure into heaven. We will always remember him in our hearts as a caring husband, loving father, adoring grandfather, and faithful friend. He instilled in us the gift of love that will touch our lives for many generations to come. We will love and miss you forever. He was born icon on December 4, 1937 in Alexandria, LA and has lived in Hancock County for the past 15 years. He was of the Catholic Faith and a member of Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church in Bay St. Louis, MS. Joe was a member of the Amerita Club.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles & Rosa Farace, Sr.; 2 brothers, Charles Farace, Jr., Thomas J. Farace; and his sister, Katie Giordana.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Vita Greco Farace of Diamondhead, MS; 3 daughters and their spouses, Angel F. Thomasee & Jason of Alexandria, LA, Gina F. Waild & Paul of Baton Rouge, LA, Jolynne F. Trapani & Tony of Bay St. Louis, MS; and his brother, Sammy Farace of Alexandria, LA. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Laurie & Lynsey Thomasee of Alexandria, LA, Grace & Joseph Trapani of Bay St. Louis, MS, and Joseph Paul Waild of Baton Rough, LA.
The visitation will be on Friday, October 13, 2006 from 10:00 am until 1:30 pm at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis, MS. The Procession will leave the Funeral Home at 1:30 pm for a Mass of Christian Burial at 2:00 pm at Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church in Bay St. Louis, MS. Burial will follow in Gulf Coast Memorial cemetery & Mausoleum in Bay St. Louis, MS.

MILDRED SHAW
Mildred Corrine Choina Shaw, 83, of Bay St. Louis, MS passed away on Friday, October 6, 2006 in Bay St. Louis, MS. She was a lifelong resident of Bay St. Louis, MS. She was a member of Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church in Bay St. Louis, MS. She was also a past member of the Hancock County Lions Club.
She is preceded in death by 3 sons, Ronnie A. Choina, Sr., Gerald A. Choina, and Richard C. Choina, Sr.; parents, Irene Vasalli & Andrew R. Bourgeois, Sr.; and 2 brothers, Andrew R. Bourgeois, Jr. and LeRoy J. Bourgeois; 2 sisters, Pearl Ellis & Lucille Ellis.
She is survived by two sons, Jimmy J. Choina, Sr. of Bay St. Louis, MS, Herbert G. Choina of New Cumberland, VA; her daughter, Ellen M. Colbert of Bay St. Louis, MS; her sister, Mary Noto of Bay St. Louis, MS; and two brothers, Emile Bourgeois of Bay St. Louis, MS, and Warren Bourgeois of Bay St. Louis, MS. She is also survived by her 19 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
The Procession will leave the Edmond Fahey Funeral Home at 10:15 am on Wednesday, October 11, 2006 for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am. at Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church in Bay St. Louis, MS. Interment will follow in Garden of Memory cemetery.

DOROTHY MAROCHINO
Dorothy Kelly Marochino, 86, of Bay St. Louis, MS passed away on Thursday, October 5, 2006 in San Antonio, TX. She was born icon in Chicago, Illinois where she married icon her husband of sixty-two years, Joseph Marochino during World War II. The family moved to Bay St. Louis, Mississippi in 1961 from New Orleans. Dorothy was involved in the alter society at Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church and volunteered as a Pink Lady at Hancock General Hospital and at the Bay St. Louis Public Library. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She was devoted to her faith and was at the center of her loving family. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by Her dear husband of 63 years, Joseph L. Marochino; Her daughters and their husbands: Nancy and Edward Tobia, of Austin, TX, Barbara and Vernon Powell, of San Antonio, TX; Her granddaughters and their husbands: Laura and Madison Cooper, Alena DeGuire and Sean Ripple, all of Austin, TX;
Her Grandson: Christopher Powell of Hammond, LA; Her sister: Marianne Geary of Chicago, IL.
Services were held Monday at Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church in Bay St. Louis, MS. Interment was private.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that gifts be given in Dorothy Marochino’s name to Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church, Katrina Fund, 228 S. Beach Blvd., Bay St. Louis, MS 39520.

Stephen Baudier
Stephen Paul Baudier, Jr, 91, of Gulfport, died December 11, 2005 in Gulfport. Mr. Baudier was a native of New Orleans, LA and moved to the coast in 1937 after working at the New Orleans furniture factory. He served in the US Army during WWII. He owned S.P. Baudier Furniture Contractor for 68 years in the antique restoration business. He restored antique furniture after Camille at Tullis-Toledano Manor, Beauvoir, Grasslawn, Gulf Park College and Longfellow House in Pascagoula. He lived his life for his family and his work. He was a member of St. John Catholic Church and will sadly be missed by family from Louisiana to Mississippi. He is preceded in death by his parents, Stephen P. Baudier, Sr. and Louise Larose Baudier, a son, Stephen Baudier, III (Buddy) and a sister, Louise Olschner. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Elenora Hemmerling Baudier of Gulfport; daughter, Jean Baudier Smith and husband James of Gulfport; son, Robert Baudier and wife Anita of Hammond, LA.; a special member of the family, Lonnie Moore of Waveland; grandchildren, Debra Price and Mike of Woolmarket, Stephen P. Baudier, IV and wife Monette of Biloxi, Melinda Smith of Gulfport and Randall Baudier of Hammond; and nine great grandchildren, Michael Price, Jr, Casey Price, Stephen Davis Baudier, Shanna Baudier, Jason Cory Smith, Daniel Smith, Max Smith and Kaleigh & Kelsie Smith. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 14, 2005 from 6-8:00 p.m. in Monica Hall at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Biloxi. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, December 15 at 2:00 p.m. in the church. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. The Family sends a heartfelt thanks to Trinity Hospice for their care. Gulf Coast Funeral Homes, Inc is in charge of arrangements.
