NATCHEZ - Services for Rosa McKinney Robertson, 72, of Natchez, who died Thursday, March 27, 2003, at Natchez Regional Medical Center, will be held at 2 p.m. Satuday at Laird Union Street Chapel with the Rev. Lou Knighton officiating.
Burial will follow in Natchez City cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Robertson was born
Oct. 31, 1930, the daughter of Marvin and Bessie Long Weaver.
She was a member of Lovely Lane Methodist Church and was a retired manager of Popeye's Chicken.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, James L. Mac McKinney; a son, Louis McKinney Jr.; a sister, Violet Gamberi; a brother, Marvin Weaver; and grandmother, Mattie Dodds.
She is survived by her husband, Richardson A. Robertson, Natchez; three daughters, Vicky Jackson and husband Ray, Natchez, Janet Warren and husband Ricky, Natchez, and Laura Henry and husband Robbie, Lafayette; three grandsons, Brian Warren, Chandler Warren and Jeremy Jackson; and a granddaughter, Kacy Henry.
Pallbearers will be John Gamberi, Frank Gamberi, Charles Gamberi, Martin Charles Weaver, Jay Gamberi and Jeffery Gamberi.

Services for Louis E. Willard II, 21, of Denham Springs, La., who died Wednesday, March 26, 2003, at his home will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Laird Funeral Home Union Street Chapel with the Rev. Mark Crosby officiating.
Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Willard was born
Oct. 15, 1981, in Natchez, the son of Louis Eugene Willard and Edith Nell O'Quinn Willard.
He was a junior at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, a member of Westminister Presbyterian Church and an avid sports fan.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Thomas J. O'Quinn Jr.; and paternal grandparents, Louis E. Willard and Sue Tabor Willard.
He is survived by his mother, Edith Wilkes, Jackson; father, Gene Willard and wife Shannon, Denham Springs; a sister, Hannah Painter and husband Chris, Jackson; maternal grandmother, Marie O'Quinn, Church Hill; nephews, Joseph Painter, Jacob Painter and Seth Painter; stepbrothers, David Pear and Darrell Pear, both of Denham Springs; and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.
Pallbearers will be Will Foster, David Pear, Justin Dewitt, Brandon Smith, Marcus Brown, Ross O'Quinn, Hayden Wadsworth and James Adair.

FAYETTE - Services for Carine Dunbar Owens, of Fayette, who died Thursday, March 27, 2003, at her home are pending and will be announced at a later date by Spencer Funeral Home.

NATCHEZ - Services for James Hawkins, 77, of Baton Rouge, formerly of Natchez, will be at noon Saturday at Zion Hill No. 1 Baptist Church with the Rev. Joe W. Pickett officiating.
Burial will be at Pine Hill cemetery under the direction of Webb Funeral Home.
Visitation is from 4 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mr. Hawkins was born
Aug. 3, 1925, in Adams County, the son of David Jack Hawkins and Minerva Hawkins. He was a roofer and a member of Garden of Prayer Church of God in Christ in Marrero, La.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include three brothers, John Hawkins Sr. of Natchez, Thomas Hawkins Sr. of Marrero and Leonard Hawkins of Los Angeles; two sisters, Elouise Bass of Natchez and Ruby Whiting of Markham, Ill.; and two children, Bertha Sadler of Urbandale, Ill., and Thomas D. Wilson of Memphis, Tenn.
Pallbearers will be Thomas Hawkins Jr., Alton Hawkins, James Rodney Hawkins, Jarvis Hawkins, Kirby Hawkins and James Bass.

NATCHEZ - Services for Rose Sanders Leak, 98, of Crosby, who died Tuesday, March 25, 2003, at Natchez Regional Medical Center, will be at noon Friday at Holy Family Catholic Church with the Rev. Bob Zawacki officiating.
A rosary will be held at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Webb Funeral Home.
Burial will be at Leak Family cemetery in Possum Corner under the direction of Webb Funeral System.
Mrs. Leak was born
July 1, 1904, in Natchez, the daughter of Mamie and William Sanders. She was educated at St. Francis High School and was a housewife. She was a Catholic.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Thad Leak; siblings Hardie, Robert, Paul and Bonnie Leak; and one grandson, William Leak.
Survivors include three sons, Philip Leak, Thad Leak Jr. and wife Artis and Jake Leak and wife Bessie; 14 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons. Honorary pallbearers will be Joe Hall and Spencer "Pop" Stutzman.

Mrs. Rhoades was born
Feb. 20, 1909, in Franklin County, the daughter of William Francisco and Cornelia Linder Rodriquez.
She worked at South Central Bell until 1974, when she retired with 40 years of service. She was a member of Damascus Baptist Church in Franklin County and First Baptist Church and Parkway Baptist Church in Natchez.
Mrs. Rhoades was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charlie W. Rhoades; one daughter-in-law, Donnielee Rhoades; five brothers, Samuel Rodriquez, Francis Rodriguez, Landy Rodriguez, Winfield Rodriguez and Clyde Rodriguez; and seven sisters, Elenora Rodriguez, Cullee R. McCord, Willie Mae R. Priest, Pernice R. Delaney, Mavis R. Knight, Mable R. Hayles and Eula R. Stephens.
Survivors include one son, Charles W. "Billy" Rhoades of Natchez; two grandsons, Bill Rhoades of Natchez and Vance Rhoades and his wife, Paula, both of Vidalia, Ga.; one granddaughter, Marsha R. Overton and her husband, Donnie, both of Waxahachie, Texas; one great-grandson, William P. Rhoades of Vidalia; and one great-granddaughter, Holly Rhoades of Vidalia.
Pallbearers will be Anthony Townsend, Homer Rodriguez, Jerry Rodriguez, Wallace Rodriguez, Milton McCord, Clint Rhoades and Ray Bryant.

She was a homemaker and a member of Oak Grove Methodist Church.
Mrs. Wallace was preceded in death by her husband, Monroe A. Wallace; her parents; and one brother.
Survivors include one son, Monroe A. Wallace Jr. of Phoenix; two daughters, Dara W. Walker of New Hebron and Kathy R. Wallace of Natchez; one brother, Charles A. Jones of Natchez; and four grandchildren.

Mr. Nettles was born
April 23, 1958, in Natchez, the son of Verlis Dave and Iva Nell Glover Nettles.
Mr. Nettles was preceded in death by his parents; one cousin, Billy Shows; and one nephew, Henry Moore.
Survivors include his wife, Millie Nettles of Natchez; two daughters, Sgt. Christina Nettles of South Korea and Jennifer Nettles of Natchez; one sister-in-law, Ann Williams of Baton Rouge; one sister, Melba Nations of Natchez; his mother-in-law, Ruby Lindsey of Natchez; and his father-in-law, William Lindsey of Natchez.

Mr. Sterling was born
May 9, 1953, in Amite County, the son of Lee Omer "Pete" and Margie Forman Sterling.
He worked for the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics and was a member of Mount Pleasant Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his former spouse, Linda Newcomb Sterling of McComb; one son, Jason Sterling of Oxford; his mother, Margie Forman Sterling of Gloster; one brother, Joe Sterling, and his wife, June, both of Preblo, Colo.; four sisters, Rose Hinton and her husband, Lawrence, Peggy McCreight and her husband, Jim, all of Gloster, Joyce Perry and her husband, Thomas, both of Crosby, and Dit Bryant and her husband, Chuck, both of Brandon; his fiancee, Frances Travis of Liberty; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Ronnie Frazier, Anthony Reeves, Mike Aldridge, Tim Wilkinson, Kenny Anderson and Greg Reynolds.
