Rosie Mae Wynn was born
September 6, 1946 to the late Sennie Wynn and Melissie Chase Wynn of Anguilla, Mississippi. She attended Henry Weathers High School where she graduated with the class of 1965. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Mississippi Valley State College in 1969. She also received her Master of Education degree from Tuskegee Institute in 1977. Ms. Wynn retired from the Vicksburg Warren School District after thirty two years of service.
She confessed belief in Christ early in her life at True Light Missionary Baptist Church in Anguilla, Mississippi. She later joined Zion Travelers Missionary Baptist Church and Wayside Apostolic Church of Deliverance where she served faithfully until she became a member of Faith Christian Center Living Word Ministries, under the leadership of Dr. Ollie Hardaway Jr. She remained faithful until her death. She was preceded in death by her father and mother Sennie and Melissie Wynn and two sisters Royzell and Elizabeth Wynn. Rosie departed this life on Saturday, October 31, 2015 at her home.
Members of the family who survive her and rejoice in her memory are: five nephews, Aaron (Angela) Wynn, Kevin Wynn, Darius (Nicole) Wynn, Michael (Donna) Wynn and Justin Wynn, all of Vicksburg, Mississippi; three nieces, Carolyn (Patrick) Shell, Makita Wynn, and Angel (Jeramie) Sims, all of Vicksburg, Mississippi; 14 great nieces and nephews; 6 great great nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends including the Hurston, Buchanan, Davis, Spicer, Wynn and Straughter Families.

Austin George was born
on May 21, 1996 in Vicksburg, Mississippi. He was the youngest of five children born
to Faye Annette Harris and Walter Hurens. He adored his older siblings and took great joy in reciting their names; Devin (Catrice), Anitra, Darius, and LaTranda.
Austin loved the Lord; and he worshiped with Cedar Grove Missionary Baptist Church until his passing. On the evening of October 25, 2015, Austin transitioned from this life at University Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi to external life. He was 19 years of age.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, George Harris, Jr., Woodrow and Bernice Huens.
Austin's memories are being treasured by: his parents, siblings, and his loving grandmother, Flora Lee Harris; four uncles, Charles (Etta) Harris, Anthony Harris, Carl (Bridgette) Harris, and Ernest (Willie Mae) Hurens;
eleven aunts, Zenobia Harris, Diane (Henry) Hyland, Linda (Ronney) White, Del (David) Minor, Vicki (Barney) Wilson, Pamela Harris, Paulette Harris, Bernice (Leslie) Daniels, Sarah Hurens, Eunice Hurens and Georgia Newman; and a host of great uncles, great aunts, cousins, other relatives and friends including the Brown, Burns and Parson families; and a devoted Godmother, Pam (James) Jackson.

Mrs. Willie Mae "Hazel" Phillips was born
on December 19, 1952. She was the first born
child of Janie Mae Williams and Willie F. Williams.
Hazel accepted Jesus Christ as her personal savior at an early age and was baptized at Old Greater Mt. Zion on historic Ft. Hill.
Hazel was untied in holy matrimony to Henry Earl Phillips on December 25, 1991. Hazel died on October 23, 2015 at her home in Vicksburg, Mississippi. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Tonya Cook, her maternal grandparents, Willie B. Ellis and Joe Ellis, her parents, Janie Mae Williams and Willie F. Williams, and her step father, William Robertson.
Hazel leaves to cherish her many fond memories: her loving and devoted husband of forty years, Henry Phillips; her son, Anthony Cook of Vicksburg, Mississippi; daughters, Tina Cook of Chicago, Illinois, Sharon Clark Marshall (Tommy) of Vicksburg, Mississippi, Nicole Phillips Wynn (Darius) of Atlanta, Georgia, Henry Clark of Vicksburg, Mississippi, and Kenneth Clark of Vicksburg, Mississippi; one brother, Tommy Williams of Vicksburg, Mississippi; two sisters, Gracie Williams and Evelyn Williams, both of Vicksburg, Mississippi; three granddaughters, Naetajia Peoples, Maetajia Peoples and Kynedi Marshall; five grandsons, Darrin Powers, Jr., Ameer Kimbrough, D'andre Chambers, Kenyader Weatherspoon, Jr. and Kalen Marshall; one great granddaughter, Jamiyah Blakely; a very special god mother, Earline Shorter; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.

On October 21, 2015, our beloved son, grandson, big brother, nephew, cousin, and friend was called to his permanent home. There waiting to greet Reggie, are his great grandparents, great aunts, uncles, and other relatives. Reginald, Reggie, Lil’ Reggie, Poopie, Reg, Junior, Baby Boy, was born
on June 23, 1994 in Vicksburg, Mississippi. Reggie confessed Christ at an early age and was baptized at Jackson Street Missionary Baptist Church on July 4, 2004.
Reggie began drawing at an early age and was a self-taught artist. He completed his G.E.D. in 2012 and finished at the top his class. He attended Hinds Community College in Vicksburg and Utica.
Early in his life, Reggie started working with his paternal grandfather and father providing lawn services and other projects. He was very skilled with his hands and could assemble most anything. Reggie was often with his grandfather working in and around the church. Not only was Reggie intelligent, but he was very articulate and an avid reader.
Reggie was a caring individual who would give you his last if you asked. He was very grateful for whatever was given to him or done for him no matter how small or large.
Survivors include: his mother Kenisha Clark of Greenville Mississippi; father Reginald D. Davis of Vicksburg, Mississippi; two sisters Tyla Vega of Vicksburg, Mississippi and Keyuna Seals of Jackson, Mississippi; a brother, Ryan Campbell Davis of Vicksburg, Mississippi; paternal grandparents, Fred D. and Mary Davis of Vicksburg, Mississippi; maternal grandparents, Susan McFarland of Kansas City, Missouri; and Roy James of Vicksburg, Mississippi; an aunt, big sister, Sabrina (Richard) Griffith of Houston, Texas; an uncle, Marcus McFarland of San Bernardino, California. Special family members include Skyla Campbell, Kalen Redden, Riley Greene, and Demetric Brooks Vicksburg, Mississippi and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins including Davis, Cameron, Hall, McFarland, Smith, Taylor, Campbell, Mims, Gill, and Erves families.

Willie “James” Brown was born
June 30, 1970 in Vicksburg, Mississippi to Willie James Mosley and the late Patricia Ann Brown Gaskin.
He accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of Christian Home #1.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Ann Brown Gaskin; stepfather, Louis Gaskin; grandparents, Robert Johnson, Frances Brown and Eddie Mosley; a sister, Estella Mosley.

Eric "Fester" Mitchell was born
on October 29, 1980 to the late Mr. George Tucker and Ms. Mary J. Mitchell in Vicksburg, Mississippi. Mr. Mitchell departed this life on Friday, October 2, 2015.
Eric was of the Baptist faith, accepting Christ at an early age.
He was preceded in death by: his father, George Tucker; grandparents, Gertrude and Willie Mitchell and his stepfather, Glen Hunter.

HE ACCEPTED CHRIST AT AN EARLY AGE AND WAS BAPTIZED AT KING DAVID M. B. CHURCH LETOURNEAU COMMUNITY UNDER THE PASTORAGE OF THE LATE REV. BAYLES BROWN. HE LATER JOINED THE MORNING STAR M.B. CHUCH UNDER THE PASTORAGE OF DR. KIMBERLY F. FISHER. HE SEVED FAITHFULLY AS A DEACON IN TRAINING UNTIL DEATH.
HE RECEIVED HIS EDUCATION IN THE VICKSBURG PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM AND ATTENDED VICKSBURG HIGH SCHOOL. HE FURTHERED HIS EDUCATION AT HINDS COMMUNITY COLLEGE IN UTICA WHERE HE WAS ENROLLED IN THE CULINARY ARTS PROGRAM. HE WAS UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE PROGRAM BECAUSE OF HIS HEALTH.

Reverend Alexander Woods was born
December 6, 1934 in Fayette, Mississippi to Walter Woods and Hilda Williams. Reverend Woods made his home in Vicksburg, Mississippi.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter Woods and Hilda Williams; one daughter, Johnnie B. Shorter; two sisters, Ocerena Williams and Ruthie Woods; and, two brothers, Percy Woods and James Williams.
Reverend Woods accepted Christ at an early age and later became a member of Bright Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church until his departure. He accepted his calling to preach 38 years ago; and, was a Board Member of the Baptist Association.
His memories will forever be cherished by his soul mate of 17 years, Ms. Sandra Howard; his daughter, Mary (Jack) Pines; four sisters, Virginia Burch and Dorothy (Alvin) Weathersby of Detroit, Michigan; Hilda Smith and Deliah Williams of Los Angeles, California; one brother, Albert (Lois) Smith of Detroit, Michigan; two granddaughters, one grandson; four great-grandchildren; a host of stepchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
