Bruce Martin Allen, 68, of Big Point, Miss., died Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2004, at his home. He was born icon Feb. 28, 1936, in Wynne, Ark. Mr. Allen was a United States Air Force veteran having served during the Korean War. He later retired as a millwright from Mississippi Chemical Co. He is preceded in death by his father, Mr. Henry Franklin Allen, and one brother, Henry Franklin Allen Jr.

MR. RHODIS GREEN, 56, of Escatawpa, Miss., died Oct. 6, 2004. Millender's Funeral Home, Moss Point, Miss.

Mr. Gregory Lynn Harris, 43, of Vancleave, Miss., departed this life on Oct. 2, 2004, in Laurel, Miss.

TRAVIS
Jean Thompson Travis, 74, of Pascagoula, Miss., died Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2004, in Pascagoula.

Mr. Larry Bardwell, 51, passed away Friday, Oct. 1, 2004, in Moss Point, Miss.

NYMAN
Mrs. Carolyn Byrd Nyman, 78, died Oct. 6, 2004, at her home. Mrs. Nyman was a native of Lucedale, Miss., and a resident of Nyman Road, Lucedale, Miss. She was a retired school teacher, and a member of First United Methodist Church of Lucedale.

PEEL
Thomas Edward Peel, 82, of Gautier, Miss., died Oct. 4, 2004, in Biloxi, Miss.

Wendell Ray Runnels "Snake," 62, of Greenville, Ill., formerly of Pascagoula, Miss., died Monday, Oct. 4, 2004, in Lebanon, Ill.

MARY JEAN TRAVIS, 74, of Pascagoula, Miss., died Oct. 6, 2004. Arrangements incomplete at O'Bryant-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Pascagoula, Miss.

WATSON
Loys (Budro) Watson Jr. of Moss Point, Miss., passed away on Oct. 1, 2004, in Biloxi.

Alvin L. "Sonny" Abney Jr. was welcomed home to Glory on Sunday, Oct. 10, 2004. He was born icon Sept. 24,1952, to Alvin and Frances Abney.

EVA R. BAUGHMAN, 96, of Moss Point, Miss., died Oct. 12, 2004. O'Bryant-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Pascagoula, Miss.

HAYDEN
Dr. Julius John Hayden Jr., age 84, of Pass Christian, died Sunday, Oct. 10, 2004, in Biloxi at Select Speciality Hospital. He is preceded in death by his father, Julius J. Hayden Sr.; his mother, Forrest Lee (Spring) Hayden; and brother, Eugene V. "Buck" Hayden.

McMILLIAN
Mr. Gary Vaughn McMillan, age 43, of Vancleave, Miss., died Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2004, in Ocean Springs. Mr. McMillan was a native and lifelong resident of Vancleave. He was an avid fisherman and photographer. He enjoyed kayaking and spending time on Ship Island. Mr. McMillan was a United States Air Force veteran and most recently was employed with Northrop Grumman Ship Systems as a shipfitter. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Walter and Marie Goff McMillan and maternal grandparents, Freddie and Alice Guillotte Balius.

MRS. BONNIE S. FOSTER, 71, of Lucedale, Miss., died Oct. 12, 2004. George County Funeral Home, Lucedale, Miss.

MRS. GLADYS MAE ROGERS, 70, of Lucedale, Miss., died Oct. 11, 2004. George County Funeral Home, Lucedale, Miss.

SMITH
Eli James "Smittie" Smith, a leader in local business, church, fraternal and civic affairs for half a century, died Sunday night, Oct. 10, 2004, at his home in Pascagoula, with his wife and loving family members at his bedside.

TORRES
Mr. Charles Cecil Torres, 76, died Tuesday, Oct. 12, 2004, at his home in Moss Point. He was born icon Sept. 7, 1928, in Jackson County, Miss.

WOLNEY
On Oct. 9, 2004, Jerome William Wolney died at his home in Moss Point, Miss. after a long illness. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Wolney of Chicago, Ill., Wanda Wolney of Prescott, Ariz., and an infant daughter.

GEORGE BINKNEY, 66, of Vancleave, Miss., died Oct. 9, 2004. Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Ocean Springs, Miss.

MRS. STELLA MAE CRAWLEY, 80, of Lucedale, Miss., died Oct. 10, 2004. George County Funeral Home, Lucedale, Miss.

Mr. Rhodis M. "Fifty Cent" Green, 56, of Moss Point, Miss., was born icon in Beaufort, N.C., on Dec. 25, 1947. He was a resident of the Moss Point area for 32 years. He departed on his journey home on Oct. 6, 2004, at his residence. He was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Green was previously em-ployed as a fisherman with Omega Protein in Moss Point.

MONTGOMERY
MR. NORRIS M. MONTGOMERY SR., 52, of Lucedale, Miss., died Oct. 11, 2004. Millender's Funeral Home, Moss Point, Miss.

He was a sales representative for 35 years (retired) with the Coca-Cola Bottling Co. He was a veteran of World War II, having served with the U.S. Army and a member of First Baptist Church in Bay Minette.

CRUMBAUGH
Mrs. Lois Elaine Dickson Hicks Crumbaugh, 77, died Oct. 7, 2004, in Biloxi, Miss. She was born icon April 6, 1927, in Escatawpa, Miss. Mrs. Lois Hicks Crumbaugh was a member of Leggett United Methodist Church in Biloxi. She was a 1947 graduate of Moss Point High School and attended one year at M.S.C.W. in Columbus, Miss. She graduated from Touro Nursing Schools, received a B.S. degree at Southwestern Louisiana Institute in Lafayette, La. and received her masters of Nursing and Administrators degree at Columbia University at New York.

James Lewis Garner, 78, of Pascagoula, Miss., died Friday, Oct. 8, 2004, at his home.

SCHILLEREFF
Mr. Paul Gene Schillereff, 62, of Gautier, Miss., died Oct. 8, 2004, in Pascagoula, Miss. He was born icon on Sept. 9, 1942, in Pascagoula, Miss.
