LINDSAY CAROLE MILLER, 19, of Pascagoula, Miss., died Saturday, Sept. 11, 2004, in Pascagoula. She was born icon Dec. 19, 1984, in Macon, Ga. Lindsay was a second-year student at Mississippi College in Clinton, majoring in journalism and communications. She was the Opinion Editor of The Mississippi Collegian, the newspaper of Mississippi College, a member of the college debate team and a student orientation leader.

MR. JACK DEWAYNE MOSS, 36, of Lucedale, Miss., died Sept. 12, 2004. George County Funeral Home, Lucedale, Miss.

QUALLS
Robert "Lamar" Qualls, age 64, born icon Nov. 10, 1939 in Pensacola, Fla., and a resident of Ocean Springs, Miss., died Sunday, Sept. 12, 2004. Mr. Qualls was a lifelong commercial fisherman.

THOMPSON
MS. CLYNEAS THOMPSON, 92, of Moss Point, Miss., died Sept. 13, 2004. Robinson's Friendly Funeral Home, Moss Point, Miss.

MILLER
Lindsay Carole Miller, 19, of Pascagoula, Miss., died Saturday, Sept. 11, 2004, in Pascagoula. She was born icon Dec. 19, 1984, in Macon, Ga. Mr. Gregory Adams was born icon Nov. 25, 1933, in Jasper, Ala., to the late Sallie Tabbs and George Ward.

Mr. Johnie Ray Duncan, age 62, of Pascagoula, Miss., died Sunday, Feb. 6, 2005, in Biloxi, Miss. Mr. Duncan was a native of Tylertown, Miss., and a longtime resident of Jackson County. He served in the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He was preceded in death by his wife of 35 years, Joyce Faye Williams Duncan; and his parents, James W. Duncan and Olema Morris Duncan.

Mr. John B. McMaster, 80, of Vancleave, Miss., died Friday, Feb. 4, 2005, in Moss Point, Miss. He was born icon April 10, 1924, in Pittsfield, Mass.

Lynnie Jewell Berry Nee-ly, 90, a longtime resident of Lucedale, Miss., passed away at 11 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 6, 2005, at Gulf Coast Medical Center, Biloxi, Miss.

Julia Lee Frazier-Barnes entered into the safety and serenity of our heavenly father's arms and heaven's gates at 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 31, 2005, in Ocean Springs, Miss. She was born icon Friday, Feb. 16,1940, in Wewahitchika, Fla., to the union of Milton and Cora Frazier of Port St. Joseph, Fla.

Josephine Leavenworth Hunter died Saturday, Jan. 29, 2005. She was born icon Aug. 31, 1912, in Greenville, Miss., to Katherine Pasch and George Leavenworth. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Milton Price Hunter, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Raymond and Dolly Hunter, and Ryland and Theresa Hunter, and former son-in-law, Michael Duda.

Joe Nathan (Nay) Perine, 88, of Lucedale, Miss., died Jan. 29, 2005.

Rudolph (Rudy) V. Bardwell Jr., 76, born icon Nov. 15, 1928, in McComb, Miss., died Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2005, at Singing River Hospital after a lengthy struggle with heart disease.

Mrs. Helen Ann Lenart Juillerat, 81, of Ocean Springs, Miss., died Friday, Jan. 28, 2005, in Ocean Springs. Mrs. Juillerat was a resident of the community for 25 years and was a member of the Church of Christ in Ocean Springs.

NEELY
Veronica "Roni" Neely, 58, died Monday, Jan. 31, 2005, unexpectedly at home. Roni was born icon on Aug. 18, 1946, in Lottie, La. She was a longtime resident of Pascagoula and more recently of Gulfport. She was preceded in death by her parents, O.Y. and Littie Neely; and sisters, Kathryn Osborne and Betty Acosta.

TURNER
Master Paris Kwame Turner, 12, was born icon Sept. 9, 1992. He departed this life on Thursday, Jan. 27, 2005, at Duke University Hospital in Durham, N.C. He was preceded in death by both his grandfathers, Pierce Turner and Hebert J. Bell Sr.

BALIUS
Melba O. Balius, 68, a native of Biloxi, Miss., and a resident of Ocean Springs, Miss., died at home on Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2004. She was a former employee of Ingalls Shipbuilding and an apartment manager for many years.

VODA
Mrs. Shirley Ann Holloway Voda, 65, of Pascagoula, Miss., departed this life and entered eternal rest on Jan. 30, 2005, in Pascagoula, Miss. She was born icon June 5, 1939 in Ruston, Louisiana.

JUNIKKA
Edwin Junikka was born icon Jan. 23, 1917 in Camden, N.J., to parents who had immigrated from Finland. He joined the Civilian Conservation Corps right out of high school, working on projects in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Tennessee. World War II and the army took him to the South Pacific. After the war he worked in construction in New Jersey.

CHANDLER
Mrs. Gatha Gable Chandler, 92, of Pascagoula, Miss., passed away peacefully on Jan. 29, 2005, in Escatawpa. She was born icon July 11, 1912, in Smith County, Miss. She was a loving mother and will be sadly missed by all. Mrs. Chandler was a charter member of Woodlawn Baptist Church in Pascagoula.
