Glendon Harold Godbold
Services for Glendon Harold Godbold, of Clinton, are 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 30, at Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home on High Street in Jackson, with burial in Lakewood Memorial Park.
Visitation is Monday from 4 until 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Godbold, 88, was welcomed into Heaven on March 25, 2010, by his Lord, and his life's love, Martha Jean, after passing away at home in Clinton.
He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps in World War II. He spent time in the Pacific Theater, including Pearl Harbor, Guam and the Philippines. He was a career meterman with Mississippi Power and Light beginning in 1946 and retiring 38 years later. A longtime member of Riverside Independent Methodist Church, Glen was always a faithful servant of God.
He was the loving father of Mark and Cindy Godbold, of Pearl, and Michelle and Steve Gawarecki, of Ft. Lauderdale, and the proud grandfather of Carrie and Tom Rowden, of Jackson, Adam and Lindsey Godbold, of Atlanta, and Christopher Gawarecki, of Ft. Lauderdale. He also loved his great-grandchildren, Imogene, Aidan and Emery Godbold, of Atlanta.
His family asks that any memorials be made to his church at P.O. Box 321180, Flowood, MS 39232.

Amarion De'Marquez Lee
Graveside services for Amarion De'Marquez Lee, of Brookhaven, are 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 30, at Hillcrest cemetery in Brookhaven. Williams Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
Visitation is Tuesday from 10 until 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
Amarion, 2 months old, died March 25, 2010, at King's Daughters Medical Center in Brookhaven. He was born icon in Brookhaven on Jan. 7, 2010.
Survivors are his mother, Adrieanne Lee, of Brookhaven; his father, Lyndon "Wayne" Johnson, of Silver Creek; his stepfather, Phelan Dru Ganier, of Hazlehurst; his sister, Amarianna Lee, of Brookhaven; his grandparents, Patricia Crossley and Lee Edward Crossley, both of Brookhaven, Lyndon B. Johnson, of Prentiss, Katherine Montgomery, of Silver Creek, Evorice Ganier Kyles and Roy Kyles, both of Hazlehurst; his great-grandparents, Edna Hooks, of Brookhaven, James Edward Smith, of Hazlehurst, and Ruby Johnson, of Prentiss; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.

Jena Lynn Presley Norton
Services for Jena Lynn Presley Norton, of Brookhaven, are 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 30, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Brookhaven, with burial in the church cemetery. Riverwood Family Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
Visitation is Monday from 5 until 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Norton, 54, died March 26, 2010, at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. She was born icon on June 4, 1955, to A.J. Presley and Edith Mae Britt.
She was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church.
Preceding her in death were her parents, and her son, Jonathan Clay Norton.
Survivors are her husband, John A. Norton; her daughters, Sarah Norton Adams and Lori Norton Smith; her brothers, Dan Presley and Don Presley; her sister, Nancy McKenzie; her half-brother, Andy Presley; her half sisters, Mary Ann Presley and June Jones; and her grandchildren, Preston Adams, Cole Adams, Allison Adams, Anna Adams, Brittany Adams, Kayla Adams, Alyssa Smith and Joshua Smith.

Billy Warren Viniard
Services for Billy Warren Viniard, of Monticello, are 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 31, at Bethel Baptist Church in Monticello, with burial in the church cemetery. Wilson Funeral Home in Monticello is in charge of arrangements.
Visitation is Tuesday from 5 until 9 p.m. at the church and on Wednesday from 9 a.m. until the time of the service.
Mr. Viniard, 66, died March 29, 2010, at his residence. He was born icon on Feb. 19, 1944, to William Edwin Viniard and Nell Adeane Turner Viniard, of Monticello.
He was a retired wet end operator with Georgia-Pacific. He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. He was a U.S. Army veteran.
His father preceded him in death.
Survivors are his mother; his wife, Nancy Higgins Viniard; his sons, Tony Viniard and wife Beverly, of Monticello, and Samuel Viniard and wife Kimberly, of Williamsburg, Va.; his brother, Danny Ray Viniard, of Bassfield; his grandsons, Nathan Cody and wife Angie, Stephen Viniard and Dalton Viniard; and his granddaughters, Samantha Viniard, Elizabeth Viniard and Maggie Viniard.

Dorothy Irene Jones Turnbough Bryant
Services for Dorothy Irene Jones Turnbough Bryant, of Brookhaven, are 11 a.m. Saturday, April 3, at St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church in Brookhaven, with burial in Cool Springs Church cemetery in McCall Creek. Williams Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
Visitation is Friday from 1 until 7 p.m. at the funeral home, with family hour from 6 until 7 p.m.
Mrs. Bryant, 74, died March 27, 2010, at her residence. She was born icon on June 14, 1935, to Leon Jones and Lorena Smith.
She was retired, and a member of St. Mark M.B. Church.
Preceding her in death were her parents; her adoptive parents, Lloyd and Louisa Cole; her husband, John Bryant; and her adoptive brother, Willie Jones.
Survivors are her husband, Roosevelt Turnbough, of Salt Lake City, Utah; her brothers, Billy Jones and wife Addie, of Champaign, Ill., and Herbert Lee and wife Cynthia, of Chicago, Ill.; her half sisters, Irma Johnson, of Brookhaven, and Merque Johnson, of Union Church; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Bobby Lee Manseil Jr.
Services for Bobby Lee Manseil Jr., of Bogue Chitto, are 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 31, at Wilson Funeral Home in Monticello, with burial in Carmel Baptist Church cemetery in Monticello.
Visitation is Tuesday from 5 until 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Manseil, 38, died March 28, 2010. He was born icon on Feb. 8, 1972, to Bobby Lee Manseil Sr. and Betty Smith Blakeney, of Diamondhead.
He was a floor cover installer. He was a member of the Baptist faith.
Survivors are his parents; his wife, Monica L. Young; his sons, Noah Jode Manseil and Elijah Gauge Manseil, both of Bogue Chitto; his brother, Dallas Ian Blakeney, of McComb; and his sister, Toni Samantha Davis, of Brookhaven.

Anthony Darrell Little Jr.
Services for Anthony Darrell Little Jr., of Brookhaven, are 11 a.m. Thursday, April 1, at Riverwood Family Funeral Service Chapel.
Visitation is Wednesday from 5 until 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Little, 31, died March 27, 2010, at his residence. He was born icon on March 18, 1979, to Anthony Darrell Little Sr. and Robbie Ann Blair Little.
He was a service technician with Barker Honda of Brookhaven. He was a well accomplished singer/songwriter and producer.
Survivors are his parents; his wife, Brooke King Little, of Brookhaven; his son, Holden Townes Little, of Brookhaven; his sister, Aileen Allen and husband Richie, of Brookhaven; his niece, Madison Allen; and his nephew, Ryan Allen.
In lieu of flowers, a trust fund has been created for Mr. Little's son, Townes Little, at First Bank of Brookhaven.

Melinda Cooper Wilkey
(November 7, 1971 - May 4, 2008)
Graveside funeral services for Melinda Cooper Wilkey of Winona are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 8, at Evergreen cemetery in North Carrollton. Bro. R. L. Wilcutt will officiate the service.
Mrs. Wilkey died on Sunday, May 4, at Grenada Lake Medical Center in Grenada. She was 36.
Mrs. Wilkey was a homemaker and a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Batesville. She was preceded in death by her brother, Tony Lee Cooper.
Survivors include her husband, Charles Bryan Wilkey of Southaven; three sons, Shannon Tyler Murphy, Anthony Chance Murphy, and Christian Dakota Murphy, all of Winona; her father, Malcolm Cooper of Winona; her mother and stepfather, Betty and R. L. Wilcutt of Batesville; and her maternal grandmother, Myrtis Floyd of Winona.

Martin E. Jackson
Martin E. Jackson, 72, died Dec. 11, 2003, at his residence. He was born icon in Meadville on Sept. 20, 1931. His body has been donated to the University Medical Center in Jackson.
He was retired. He was an Army veteran with service in the Korean Conflict.
Survivors are his sons and daughters-in-law, Marty Jackson and Gilda, Ronnie Jackson and Betty, Keith Jackson and Dianne; and his grandchildren, Michael, Tayna and Zachary.

SFC Charles Herbert Campbell, U.S. Army (Ret.)
Graveside funeral services for SFC Charles Herbert Campbell, U.S. Army (Ret.), of Carrollton, will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, April 5, at Providence Baptist Church cemetery at Carrollton, with full military honors. The Revs. Eli Wiltshire and Calvin Collins will officiate the services. Oliver Funeral Home, of Winona, is in charge of arrangements.
A visitation will be held at Oliver Funeral Home on Monday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.
Mr. Campbell died of cancer at his residence on Friday, April 2, 2010. He was 81 years old.
He was the son of the late Tilman and Mattie Campbell and a native of Carroll County. He was a retired U.S. Army sergeant first class and a member of Providence Baptist Church in Carrollton.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Edna Lynn Campbell Horne; and a sister, Ruth Carpenter.
Survivors include his wife, Ursula Campbell, of Carrollton; three daughters, Loreen Wedgeworth, of Nashville, Tenn., Anna Giust, of Brookhaven, and Janet Smith, of Brookhaven; two sons, Calvin Hans Campbell, of Carrollton and John Campbell, of Thorsby, Ala.; one sister, Patsy Ann Corley, of Carrollton; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Retinna Suzette Keys Robinson
Services for Retinna Suzette Keys Robinson, of Brookhaven, are 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 6, at Williams Mortuary Memorial Chapel with burial in Hillcrest cemetery.
Visitation is Monday from 1 until 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Robinson, 44, died March 31, 2010, at King's Daughters Medical Center. She was born icon in Brookhaven on May 22, 1965, to Jimmie Keys and Dorothy Butler Keys.
She was disabled but a faithful housewife and mother. She was a member of Holy Trinity Baptist Church.
Preceding her in death was her father; and her brother, Jimmie Keys Jr.
Survivors are her husband, Louis Robinson, of Brookhaven; her sons, Marquis Robinson and DeAntwain Robinson, both of Brookhaven; her stepsons, Louis Robinson Jr., of Altadena, Calif., and Damon Robinson, of Modesta, Calif.; her mother, Dorothy Butler Keys, of Brookhaven; her sisters, Tobbie Powell and husband, Robert, of Brookhaven, and Lillian Keys, of Modesta; her brothers, Byron Fox, of Barrington, Ohio, and Jermain Keys and Jaime Keys, both of Modesta; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Hugh ‘Rick' Swarts Jr.
Services for Hugh "Rick" Swarts Jr., of Stephenville, Texas, and formerly of Summit, are 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 6, at Friendship Baptist Church in Summit with burial in Reeves cemetery. The Revs. Laverne Summerlin and Mike Smith will officiate. Jones Family Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.
Visitation is Monday from 5 until 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 9 a.m. until the time of the service. Both visitation services will be held at the church.
Mr. Swarts, 37, died March 31, 2010, in a vehicle accident. He was born icon in McComb on Sept. 17, 1972, to Hugh Swarts Sr. and Linda P. Swarts.
He was a diesel mechanic, a U.S. Navy veteran, and a 1990 graduate of North Pike High School. He will be sadly missed by all of those who knew and loved him.
Preceding him in death were his paternal grandparents, Jack Swarts and Beatrice Swarts Kyzar; and maternal grandparents, Ray and Inez Pistole.
Survivors are his parents; his wife, Lana Russell Swarts, of Brookhaven; his sons, Hugh "Eric" Swarts III and Eli Swarts, both of Summit; his daughters, Savanna Swarts and Brianna Swarts, both of Brookhaven; his stepchildren, Carlie, Chas and Caleigh Acy, all of Brookhaven; his brothers and their spouses, Scott and Kim Swarts, of Jena, La., Buck and Dawn Swarts, of Camdenton, Mo., and Doug and Jolyn Swarts, of Summit; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Michael Lawrence, Loyd Howington, Jerry King, Greg McCaskill, Jason Ard, Tyson Hale and John Baker.
Honorary pallbearer will be Joe Berghman.
