Berma Boykin Lloyd of Fayetteville died on Friday, June 10, 2005, at Johnston Memorial Hospital in Smithfield. funeral service was held on Sunday, June 12, in the Jernigan- Warren Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed at LaFayette Memorial Park in Fayetteville.
She had lived for many years in Fayetteville, where she was a member of Bible Way Baptist Church.
Surviving: daughter Joyce B. Copeland and husband Clinton of Pittsboro; granddaughter Jan C. Lienau and husband O.B. of Pittsboro; grandson John D. Lloyd Jr. and wife Jo of Clayton; sister Pauline Ezzell of Knightdale; brother Willard Boykin and wife Margaret of Richmond, Va.; daughter-in-law Mary Lloyd of Smithfield; three great-grandchildren Clint Lienau, Christina Lloyd, Jeremy Lloyd; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband ORay C. Lloyd and son John D. Lloyd Sr.

Janet Elizabeth Eaton, 93, of Zebulon, died on Thursday, June 9, 2005. funeral service was held on Sunday, June 12, at Zebulon United Methodist Church. Graveside service was at Fairview Cemetery in Franklinton.
She was the daughter of the late Wood Tucker Johnson Eaton and Sarah Adelia Curtis Eaton of Franklin County. She was a member of Zebulon United Methodist Church for many years and was a retired secretary.
She was preceded in death by her sisters, Sarah Wood Eaton and Mary Eaton Temple, her brothers, William A. Eaton Sr., John R. Eaton Sr., Ira S. Eaton and Preston G. Eaton, and her nephews, William A. Eaton Jr., and John R. Eaton Jr.
Surviving: nieces Sarah Anne Manning and husband Jack of Asheville, Marian E. Gardner of Atlanta, Ga., Jean E. Weathers and husband Willis of Mooresville, Martha E. Courser and husband Richard of Littleton, Ruth T. Joyner and husband Jimmy of Zebulon; nephews Joseph W. Temple Sr. and wife Jimmie of Wendell; niece-in-law Vicki Eaton of Wilmington; 19 great-nieces and nephews and several great-great-nieces and nephews.

Richard "Ricky" Gerald Williams
Richard "Ricky" Gerald Williams, 47, of 1004 Strobus Court in Wendell, died suddenly June 12, 2005 at WakeMed.
He worked with Bolbby Murray Chevrolet in the parts department for 28 years and was an active member of Central Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Debbie M. Williams; son, Jonathan G. Williams; mother, Nettie S. Williams of Wendell; sister, Debra Smith of Wendell; brother, Steve Williams and wife Debbie of Zebulon; niece, Rebecca Eatman; nephew, Jeremy Smith, both of Wendell.
He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Williams.
A celebration of life service was held on June 14 at Central Baptist Church. A burial was held Wednesday in the Central Baptist Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial contributions be made to the Vision Fund, Central Baptist Church, 11109 Poole Rd., Wendell, NC 27591.
James Grady Wilson, Jr.
James Grady Wilson, Jr., 76, of 311 Staples Drive, died Sunday, June 2, 2005, at Wake Medical Center. He was born Oct. 8, 1928 in Watauga County to the late James Grady Wilson, Sr. and Allie Dale Wilson Wilson. He graduated from Appalachian High School and began his law enforcement career in 1951 with the N.C. State Highway Patrol.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Irene Weaver Wilson; son, Brad Wilson and wife, Carole P. Wilson of Cary; daughter, Jeannine W. Efting and husband, Alan Efting of Wilmington; grandchildren, Anne Wilson, Alex Wilson, Allie Efting, Amie Efting, and Abigail Efting.
The family received relatives and friends June 14 at Harold Poole funeral service and Crematory. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to New Hope Baptist Church Building Fund, 4301 Louisburg Road, Raleigh, NC 27604.
Deliliah Finch Perry Pearce
Deliliah Finch Perry Pearce, 73, of 4513 Burlington Mill Road in Wake Forest, died Saturday, June 11, 2005 at her home. She was born in Nash County the daughter of the late Talmon T. Finch and Millie Finch and was a member of Knightdale United Methodist Church. Mrs. Pearce a retired assembler with Square D.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., June 13, 2005 at Knightdale United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in the Perry Family Cemetery on Burlington Mill Road in Wake Forest.
Mrs. Pearce is survived by her husband, Robert Earl Pearce; daughter, Debbie Sturtevant and husband, Roger of Raleigh; son, Al Perry and wife, Kim of Wake Forest; sisters, Isabelle Finch, Polly Lewis and Judy Eason of Knightdale and Jane Owen of Burlington; brother, Talmon A. Finch of Knightdale; five grandchildren; one great-granddaughter and five step-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Vernon Perry and by her sister, Tillie West.

Dorothy Liles Newton
Dorothy Liles Newton, 85, formerly of Welding Road, Wake Forest, died Friday, June 10, 2005 at Sunnybrook Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. Dorothy was born in Wake County on July 1, 1919 to the lte David Hudson Liles and Lillie Mae Tylor Liles. Dorothy worked as a Sales Clerk with Hudson Belk and was a member of Wake Cross Roads Baptist Church.
A funeral service was held June 13 at Wake Cross Roads Baptist Church in Raleigh.
Surviving are sons Wayne Newton of Wellington, Fla., and Ronnie Newton of Franklinton; daughter Nancy N. Tilley of Wake Forest; brothers David Liles of Maryland, Glenwood Liles of Clayton, and Henry Liles of Garner; and six grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Cornelius Horner Newton and her daughter, Phyllis S. Spivey.

Harvey Reginald Hocutt, Jr.
Harvey "Cody Blue" Reginald Hocutt, Jr., 53, of 154 Highway 68, Jackson, La., died May 31, 2005 at Earl K. Long Medical Center. Harvey Jr. was born on March 4, 1952 to the late Harvey Reginald Hocutt, Sr. and Mary Hocutt. He was a retired cab owner and dirver in the Baton Rouge area.
He is survived by a sister, Sally Hocutt Creech and husband, Doug of Raleigh; nieces Tanya Creech, Kimberly Creech, and Ashlyn Creech; and a nephew, Doug Creech.
Memorial service will be 4 p.m. Sunday, June 12 at L. Harold Poole funeral service Chapel, 944 Old Knight Road, Knightdale. Another memorial service will be held Sunday, June 19 at Seale funeral service Chapel, 1720 South Range Ave., Denham Springs, La., with Harvey W. Cook officiating.
