Born on Dec. 18, 1932 in Dallas, the daughter of Sumner W. and Vera L. Thompson Ford, she passed away June 11, 2001 in Dallas.
She is survived by sons Joe Britt and wife Kim of Red Oak, Guy Britt of Kentucky and Tommy Britt of McKinney; daughters Carla Cox and husband Ron of Mabank and Susan Johnson of Mesquite; and five grandchildren Shelbey Johnson of Mesquite, Andy Smith of Red Oak, Joey Britt of Red Oak, Samantha Britt of Red Oak and Waco Britt of Red Oak.
Interment followed in the Pleasant Valley cemetery under the direction of Red Oak Funeral Home, Berdon Byrum.

WAXAHACHIE - Graveside services for Billy Wayne Carroll were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 19, 2001 at Red Oak cemetery with Pastor Stan Nixon officiating.
Born Feb. 19, 1975, the son of Ronnie Lee and Sherry Carroll, he passed away Saturday, June 16, 2001 at the Medical City Hospital in Dallas.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather Sherry and Edward Baxley of Watauga; father Ronnie Lee Carroll of Burton; stepsister Cindy Baxley; grandparents Jimmy and Virdie Slaughter of Waxahachie and Fred Smith of Dallas.
Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Waxahachie Funeral Home.

Born on Oct. 21, 1943 in San Francisco, Calif., the son of Fay and Alda Gwin, he passed away June 10, 2001 at his home.
He is survived by his wife Betty of Clifton; mother Alda Gwin Peterson of Waxahachie; father Fay Gwin of Waco; sons Kevin and Joel Gwin of Waxahachie and Jeff Rateliff of Whitney; daughters Vanessa Bright of Waxahachie and Lisa Craig of Waxahachie; brothers Mike Gwin of Waco, Harold Gwin of Poteau, Okla., Johnny Gwin of Paris, James and James Vernon Gwin of Waco, Phillip Gwin of San Antonio and Larry Gwin of Lubbock; sisters Betty Faye Stubbs of Chihuahua, Mexico, Carol Butler of Paris, Judy Williams of Honey Grove, and Mary Faye Cantrell of Carlsbad, N.M.; 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Tommy S. Jones, Sam Nance, Pantaleon Rios, Jerry Roninson, Steve Robinson, and William Schreiber. Honorary pallbearers are Terry Brown, Alfrado Medina, Randy Craig and Gary Cockerham.
Interment followed in the Lakeview Memorial cemetery under the direction of Waxahachie Funeral Home.

She is survived by her sons Robert Clark of Red Oak and Michael Jackson of Red Oak; daughter Eva Borden of Red Oak; brothers Bob Adkins of Irving and Perry Adkins of Italy; sisters Jewel Haley of Red Oak, Mary Smith of Duncanville, Shirley Adcock of Venus and Sue Adkins of Kemp; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by his wife Darlene Baker; he is survived by his two children Charles French of Phoenix, Ariz. and Marilyn Scott of Ferris; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brother Francis Moses of Pensacola, Flor. and sister Dorothy Carpenter of Houston.
Interment followed in the Memorial Gardens cemetery in Poplar Bluff under the direction of Cotrell Funeral Chapel.

Preceded in death by her husband Howard Patterson; she is survived by her parents; grandmother Margaret Cummings of Red Oak; daughters and sons-in-law Brandy and Lyle Miller of Lancaster, Kerrie and Robert Gowin of Palmer and Kristie Patterson of Ferris; brother and sister-in-law Charles and Barbara Jones of Dallas; sisters and brothers-in-law Susie and Bobby L'Heureux of Red Oak, Lesa Nelms and Critter Brackeen of Garland; grandchildren Chase, Brandon, Lacy, Tay and Monica; and many nieces and nephews and Prissy.
Pallbearers were Lesa Nelms, Melissa Lenamond, Kim Osteen, Billie Sue Bolin, Critter Brackeen, Lyle Miller, Robert Gowin and Billy Patterson Jr.
Interment followed in Edgewood cemetery in Lancaster under the direction of Byrum Funeral Home in Lancaster.

Preceded in death by her son Troy Lynn Ross; she is survived by three granddaughters Camilla Wildman and husband Rowdy of Red Oak, Rigina Ross and Cynetha Ross both of Waxahachie; nine great-grandchildren and brother Marion Doshier of Seattle, Wash.

He is survived by his wife Deanna Selvey of Red Oak; father Harold Selvey of California; mother Mary Burrow of Red Oak; sons Clint Selvey of Rowlett and Steven Gentry of Red Oak; daughters Molly Wilson of Garland, Mindy Selvey of Irving, Rachel Selvey of Red Oak and Amanda Selvey of Red Oak; and brothers Greg Bell of Garland, Robert Bell of Lancaster, David Selvey of Emory and Travis Selvey of Nevada.

Preceded in death by her parents, son John Ronald Coffey, and brothers Merle Brignon, Bob Brignon, Tom Brignon and Lawrence Brignon; she is survived by her husband John Coffey of Ft. Worth; sisters Maxine Wilshire of Dallas and Lou Stewart of Dallas; brother Gail Brignon of Cedar Creek; granddaughters Renee Coffey Joiner of Flower Mound and Michelle Coffey of Hurst and daughter-in-law Sharon Coffey of Hurst.
Pallbearers were James Joiner, Mike Hildebrandt, Bill Coffey, Crawford Long, Mark Anders and F.L. Wilshire.
