KEARNEYSVILLE, W.Va. - Dorothy A. Jablonski, 72, of Kearneysville, died Monday, April 3, 2000, at City Hospital in Martinsburg, W.Va.
Born July 30, 1927, in Emerald, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Thomas Edward and Marie Mary Fox Snyder.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Joseph Jablonski.
She was an inspector for Thompkins Rubber Co. in Bluebell, Pa.
She was a member of Heritage Free Will Baptist Church in Inwood, W.Va.
She is survived by a daughter, Kathryn Elizabeth Wright of Kearneysville; a son, Thomas Green of Norristown, Pa.; a sister, Kathryn Noll of Federalsburg, Md.; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, John Edward Jablonski; a sister, Jennie Solt; and a brother, Thomas Snyder.
Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Jefferson Chapel Funeral Home in Ranson, W.Va. The Revs. Ivan Asbury and Russell W. Wright will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Hope cemetery in Martinsburg.
The family will receive friends today from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Grace Pauline Kelly, 101, of Martinsburg, died Monday, April 3, 2000, at Avalon Manor Nursing Home in Hagerstown.
Born Jan. 17, 1899, in Harpers Ferry, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Columbus Marion and Martha Anna Roeder LaRue.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest E. Kelly.
She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
She is survived by a sister, Dorothy M. Riker of Hagerstown; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by eight sisters, Helen Keller, Maude Copenhaver, Louise LaRue, Pearl LaNovel, Mary Elizabeth LaRue, Rosalie Lloyd, Anna Broyles and Ella Powell; and four brothers, George LaRue, William LaRue, Woodrow LaRue and Robert LaRue.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church. The Rev. John V. DiBacco Jr. will be celebrant. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery in Bolivar, W.Va.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, 327 W. King St. in Martinsburg.

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Joyce Ann Wyndham, 68, of Martinsburg, died Tuesday, April 4, 2000, at City Hospital in Martinsburg.
Born Feb. 8, 1932, in Martinsburg, she was the daughter of the late James Corbit and Mary Jane Comer Myers.
She was a 1950 graduate of Martinsburg High School.
She retired from the West Virginia Department of Employment Security. She formerly was employed by Interwoven Mills; and the State Health Department.
She was a member of Christ Reformed Church.
She was a member of Golden Rule Chapter 69; and Order of the Eastern Star.
She is survived by her husband, William O. Wyndham; a son, William O. Wyndham Jr. of Virginia Beach, Va.; a sister, Maxine Hopkins of Martinsburg; two grandsons; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Kathleen Myers; and two half-sisters, Margaret Evans and Jane McCaslin.
Services will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, 327 W. King St. in Martinsburg. The Rev. Robert S. Hill Jr. will officiate. Burial will be in Rosedale cemetery.

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - M. Pearl Riner, 85, of Martinsburg, died Tuesday, April 4, 2000, at City Hospital in Martinsburg.
Born Oct. 9, 1914, in Berkeley County, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Frank Ross and Fannie Pearrell LeMaster.
She retired as a cook from Burke Street Elementary School.
She was a member of Bedington United Methodist Church, the Wesley Sunshine Class, United Methodist Women, and was a former children's Sunday school teacher.
She was a member of Bedington Homemaker's Extension Club.
She is survived by her husband, Robert R. Riner; two sisters, B. Viola Riner of Martinsburg and Della C. Catrow of Arden, W. Va.; three brothers, John W. LeMaster of Martinsburg, Robert S. LeMaster of Falling Waters, W. Va. and Homer L. LeMaster of Stuarts Draft, Va.; nieces and nephews, including Anna McKee and George F. LeMaster, both of whom she raised.
She was preceded in death by a sister, L. Virginia Crim; and six brothers, Charles D. LeMaster, Allen G. LeMaster, Archie L. LeMaster, A. Ross LeMaster, Leo L. LeMaster and Issac D. LeMaster.
Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home, 327 W. King St. in Martinsburg. The Rev. Robert W. Barnes will officiate. Burial will be in Rosedale cemetery.

Willie S. Merchant
BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. - Willie Sylvester "Bill" Merchant, 88, of Berkeley Springs, died Tuesday, April 4, 2000, at Morgan County (W.Va.) War Memorial Hospital Extended Care Facility.
Born May 24, 1911, in Morgan County, he was the son of the late W.D. and Bessie Cain Merchant.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Ruth Cain Merchant, in 1947; and his second wife, Chlorus Yost Merchant, in 1996.
He attended Highland, Mount Cecil, New Hope and Mount Wesley Academy schools in Morgan County.
He was employed by Pennsylvania Glass Sand Corp. He and his wife, Chlorus, operated Merchant's Gulf Service from 1968 to 1979. He owned M&M Salvage Yard from 1958 to 1990.
He is survived by a daughter, Helen J. Soper of Berkeley Springs; a son, Raymond Merchant of Berkeley Springs; five sisters, Geneva Custer of Martinsburg, W.Va., Mary Hurley of Ocala, Fla., Pauline Asbury of Berkeley Springs, Louise Benavides of Branson, Mo. and Anna Marie McCumbee of Berkeley Springs; nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Roscoe Merchant.
Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home, 306 Union St. in Berkeley Springs. The Revs. Jack and Shirley Hiles will officiate, assisted by Kenneth Heironimus. Burial will be in Mount Olivet United Methodist Church cemetery.
