KEARNEYSVILLE, W.Va. - Gloria "Belle" Creamer, 68, of Kearneysville, died Tuesday, Feb. 2, 1999, at City Hospital.
Born Dec. 13, 1930, in Kearneysville, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Helen Bradford Allen.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas W. Creamer Sr.
She retired from Badger Powhatan.
She was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by four daughters, Rosalyn Brown of Charles Town, W.Va., Delores Allen of Kearneysville, Carol Winston and Jacqueline Walls, both of Martinsburg, W.Va.; eight sons, Thomas Creamer Jr., William Allen, Keith Allen and Steven Allen, all of Martinsburg, Evelyn Black Jr. and Terry Allen, both of Kearneysville, Vincent Allen of Winchester, Va., and Kevin Allen of Hagerstown; a sister, Pearl Creamer of Shepherdstown, W.Va.; a brother, Chauncey G. Allen Sr. of Kearneysville; 29 grandchildren, including three whom she raised, Charles Allen Sr., Rosalyn Allen and Kevin Throckmartin; 20 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews, including three nephews whom she raised, Evelyn Dozier, Byron Allen and Jason Allen.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia Allen; three sisters, Rebecca Wynn, Pauline Blood and Almeta Allen; and two brothers, Arthur Allen and Clarence Allen.
Services will be Friday at 2:30 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, 327 W. King St., Martinsburg. The Rev. Alex Lambert Jr. will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends today from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family will meet at the home of her daughter, Jacqueline Walls, at 1:45 p.m. Friday before going to the service.
Claudine M. Miller
LOST CREEK, W.Va. - Claudine Mae Miller, 74, of Lost Creek, and formerly of Paw Paw, W.Va., died Tuesday, Feb. 2, 1999, at United Hospital Center.
Born Oct. 24, 1924, in Paw Paw, she was the daughter of the late Henry N. and Gertrude Saville Miller.
She was of the Protestant faith.
She is survived by her two caregivers, Ida Butcher and Thelma Linger, both of Lost Creek; nieces and nephews.
Services will be Friday at 10 a.m. at Morris Funeral Home, West Virginia. The Rev. David Jessie will officiate. Burial will follow at 2:30 p.m. in Camp Hill cemetery, Paw Paw.
The family will receive friends Friday at 9 a.m. at the funeral home.
James B. Dyche Jr.
HEDGESVILLE, W.Va. - James Brooke Dyche Jr., 42, of Hedgesville, died Thursday, Feb. 4, 1999, at City Hospital in Martinsburg, W.Va.
He was the son of James Brooke Dyche Sr. of Martinsburg and Ida Emmons Landis of Winchester, Va.
He was employed by Rich Products Corp. of Winchester for the past 20 years.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Robin LaRue Dyche; three sons, James Brooke Dyche III and Mark Daniel Dyche, both at home, and Matthew Lynn Dyche of Hedgesville; a brother, Darel Lee Dyche of Winchester; and two sisters, Donna D. Shipp and Linda D. Shaffer, both of Winchester.
Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Rosedale Funeral Chapel, Martinsburg. The Rev. Ken Dyar will officiate.

Richard W. Lutman
BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. - Richard W. "Dick" Lutman, 65, of Berkeley Springs, died Wednesday, Feb. 3, 1999, at the University of Virginia Medical Center, Charlottesville, Va.
Born June 20, 1933, in Morgan County, W.Va., he was the son of the late Chester Paul and Frances Shearer Lutman Sr.
He retired in 1984 from Western Maryland Railroad after 32 years.
He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
He was a member of Highland United Methodist Church, Berkeley Springs.
He was a member of American Legion Post 60, Berkeley Springs.
He is survived by his wife, Rita Lea Rankin Lutman, whom he married
Jan. 10, 1956; two daughters, Cindy Divelbliss and Tina Harvey, both of Berkeley Springs; four sisters, Ruth Judy of St. Petersburg, Fla., Marjorie Lutman and Cecil Ann Michael, both of Berkeley Springs, and Rose Tumey of Dover, Del.; four brothers, Robert Lutman of Tampa, Fla., Ned Lutman of Perry, Ga., Phillip Lutman of Germantown, Tenn., and Edward Lutman of Berkeley Springs; three grandchildren; an aunt; nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by an infant sister, Barbara Lutman; and two brothers, George Lutman and Chester Paul Lutman Jr.
Services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Hunter-Anderson Funeral Home, 106 S. Mercer St., Berkeley Springs. Edwin Floyd will officiate. Burial will be in Spohrs Cross Roads cemetery, Berkeley Springs with military services by the Tri-state Honor Guard.
The family will receive friends today from 6 to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the funeral home.

Robert P. Blackford
KEARNEYSVILLE, W.Va. - Robert Powell Blackford, 91, of Kearneysville, died Friday, Feb. 5, 1999, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital.
Born March 8, 1907, in Bardane, W.Va., he was the son of the late John William and Emma Brown Blackford.
He was a member of Grace Baptist Church.
He was a farmer and maintenance superintendent for Keystone Quarry.
He is survived by a son, Henry Powell Blackford of Kearneysville; a sister, Mary Esther Jackson of Kearneysville; seven grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Bessie Brown Blackford Payne and Kate Blackford Parkinson; and five brothers, Benton Blackford, Corbin Blackford, William Blackford, Francis Blackford and Paul Blackford.
Services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Grace Baptist Church, Shenandoah Junction, W.Va. The Rev. Robert R. Campbell will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens, Martinsburg, W.Va.

Alma L. Harmison
BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. - Alma Louise Harmison, 79, of Berkeley Springs, died Saturday, Feb. 6, 1999, at Washington County Hospital.
Born Feb. 25, 1919, in Big Cove Tannery, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Ira Elwood and Bertha Alma Hess Douglas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank C. Harmison, in 1988.
She was a retired seamstress at Jacob Brothers, formerly of Hancock.
She was a member of Presbyterian Church in Berkeley Springs.
She is survived by two sisters, Mozzelle Strobridge of Martinsburg, W.Va. and Imogene Hinckle of Hancock; a brother, Marshall Douglas of Marlowe, W.Va.; nieces; nephews; and great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by an infant son, Frank M. Harmison; and a brother, Gerald Douglas.
Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Hunter-Anderson Funeral Home, 106 S. Mercer St., Berkeley Springs. The Rev. Bob Osborne will officiate. Burial will be in Greenway cemetery, Berkeley Springs.
The viewing will be Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, prior to the services, from 9 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
